Mr. JD Hill the owner's agent is quite the "number". He was indeed kind enough to do his best to ensure that we had a decent mattress including checking out the options and adding his own memory foam top and mattress cover as this was a stated priority for me however otherwise he was incredibly arrogant and in denial about the quality of his cleaning service (dirty pots and bowls, sheets and blanket covered in cat hairs and then best of all we found a mason jar with close to two ounces of very pungent marijuana in their buds behind the driver's seat and turned this over to him at the end of the trip) knowledge of the non-functionality of many of the components ranging from the passenger seat seatbelt which would not reliably clip closed risking huge liability for potential personal injury, to a leaking pinched water supply hose which I showed him on inspection and he agreed to replace it with a hose marked non-potable and later insisted that I broke it...when it had obviously been pinched/bent at that point for quite a while; a shower hose that leaked at the bottom such that there was insufficient water to use the shower; a non-functional DVD he did know about but not that the TV also didn't work, the antenna would not raise (but even when raised from the roof TV non-functional) and here best of all the motor oil was more than 1000 miles overdue according to the sticker and down about 1 cup which I topped up.
I have been RVing for as long as I can remember! First, as a kid with my family, then with our own RVs. We started with a Coleman tent-trailer, then after about a dozen years got a 29 foot travel trailer. After a few years we went back to another tent-trailer, and now have a Thor Four Winds 28z. We are the property manager for six motorhomes during the winter months only. We love to go camping! We hope you enjoy our RVs as much as we do!
