They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. The trailer was well maintained. Great communication. Would definitely rent this RV again!!
The owners were very nice and accommodating. They had many things in the camper that were helpful during our stay. The outdoor rug that was in the camper that they let us use was so awesome! Helped keep everything clean from our camping dirt!
My family and I took a trip to New Braunfels and really enjoyed it. The RV was very clean and accommodating. The oven worked great and the refrigerator cooled quickly. It was also nice to have a heater during the cold nights and comfortable beds to sleep on. Additionally, the owners were available to call at anytime. We would definitely recommend this RV to others!
Incredible service and truly wonderful people! This is a unique review because we didn't actually get to use this travel trailer. Prior to renting I was able to speak with Jan, and she was truly very friendly and easy to work with. We live in Houston, and we were impacted by Hurricane Harvey. We lost power, didn't flood and they weren't able to get to the trailer when we were going to head out of town. There was no way I was going to leave my wife and displaced in-laws at my home with a generator in that unsafe and quite scare week. Jan was amazing and offered to write me a check for the full amount that I was charged by RV Share. I opted to wait, so she didn't have to come out of pocket for some of the money. RVShare stepped up to the plate and did the right thing by refunding everything I was charged, but it does take 3-5 days. Oddly it doesn't take 3-5 days to get it out of my account into theirs when I paid.
The bottom line is that Jan and Matthew are ethical, compassionate and just damn fine Texans. In fact, Matthew wouldn't have been able to meet me to get the trailer if it wasn't surrounded by flood waters, because he is in the military and was busy saving lives based out of Ellington Field.
There is no doubt we will rent this trailer from them, and based on their character I can only imagine their trailer is well kept, clean and in great shape!
