I selected this RV because inexpensive trailers with lots of space for guests are difficult to find, and I needed backup guest space for a house party. The incredibly nice owner was a bonus I didn't especially select for, but am very glad I found, because things fell apart in my family life during the period leading up to the rental. John was super flexible about when and how we got things done, leaving me to focus mostly on the other problem I needed to tackle. He made everything go smoothly with the rental even though I couldn't give it my full attention, and I am very grateful.
The trailer itself was exactly as advertised. It's not frilly or fancy, but it has a serviceable kitchen and bathroom, a good-sized dinette, a comfortable sofa (which folds out into another full bed), and best of all for us, a queen master bedroom AND two single bunks. Bunkhouse trailers are hard to find and usually expensive when you do; this one was priced at a good value.
The only real drawbacks are those you'll find in most RVs: the beds are on the short side, as is the ceiling height, so if you are especially tall beware. But we put a 6'2" guest on the lower single bunk, and although it was a close fit, she did okay. The mattresses are also pretty thin, but again, that's something you'll find in almost every RV.
The bottom line is that the trailer is a no-frills, decent, comfortable place to stay at a bargain price, and with the best owner it's been my pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a trailer that will fit a family, and you want an easy, pleasant rental experience and a good price, get this one -- you'll be glad you did.
