We just added this camper to our inventory and it is in excellent condition! This is a spacious 30' bunkhouse that has Bunkbeds in the rear of the unit that can sleep 3. Tub/shower, toilet, and lavatory located next to the bunk beds. Relax on the sofa while watching some TV (FM stereo, surround sound, cable ready, and DVD player) that’s located above the booth style dinette. Fix those camping meals in the kitchen that’s equipped with a 3 burner cook surface, oven, microwave, double door refrigerator, and double basin sink, surrounded by plenty of counter space. It also has an RVQ outside gas grill. When all the fun is over, retire for the night in the master bedroom (queen size bed) located at the front of the unit, housing plenty of storage. Also has a/c, water heater, furnace, power awning and outside shower.
Rental Includes: Keurig coffee maker, 9x12 outside rug, tool box with basic tools, battery operated drill with a socket to use on stabilizing jacks, all sewage and water hoses, outside shower, pot & pans, plates, cups, and utensils, led lights for awning, TV with DVD, and cable hookup. Insurance: All of our campers are fully insured, so you do not have to worry about getting additional insurance.
Pick up and drop off times: We tell people it is similar to a Hotel room. Drop off is before 3:00 pm on your last day and pick up is after 5:00 pm on your first day. This gives us time to clean and inspect the camper before renting to the next customer. Yes, most of our campers go back out the same day they are returned. We have it setup this way because most campsites require you to check out by noon and you can check in after 3:00. Please message us if you have any questions.

Delivery & Pick up: We can deliver and pick up the camper if you do not have a tow vehicle. We charge $1 per mile (our competitors charge $1.25 to $1.50). We use Google maps to determine the mileage for a one-way trip and then multiply by 4 to get the total mileage for two round trips. We charge $75 for setup and take down of the camper. If we have to dump the gray and black water holding tanks it is an additional $75. Please contact us to get a quote. We can sometimes give you a discount based on when and where you need it delivered.
Camper Site Requirements: 120 volts / 30 amp power supply, fresh water hook up and sewage (black water / gray water) hookup. Camper is also wired for TV cable. Fresh water tank is 59 gallons, the gray water tank is 33 gallons and the black water tank is 33 gallons. Exterior height with a/c is 10' 6". Total camper length is 30' 6".
The camper can be run on a generator if it has a 120 volt / 30 amp outlet. We can provide a generator for an additional $25.00 a night if needed. Towing Information: You will need 2 - 5/16" ball for your hitch and a 7-Way Blade RV-Style Trailer Receptacle or an adapter for a 7-way Round Trailer Connector. Please contact me if you have any questions about what you need to tow this camper.
The weight of this camper is 5,400 lbs empty and the GVW is 7,500 lbs. The hitch weight is 800 lbs. You will need a 1/2 ton or larger truck / SUV with an electronic/electric brake controller in your tow vehicle. It is the renter's responsibility to check State laws when traveling through other States. This trailer also has an RV Safety Break-Away Switch. The break-away switch works by applying 12 volts of power to the trailer brakes when the plastic key is pulled out of the switch box allowing the circuit to be completed and power applied from the breakaway 12-volt battery that is installed on the trailer.
