Description

This is a beautiful model Jayco with 22,500 miles on it. It is hard to believe you are out under the Western skies....under the stars.....having a campfire and relaxing with friends or family.

This beautiful unit can be your home for as long as you want, just treat it with the love and care that we would. This home is smooth driving and will afford you the luxury you want when away from your home.
The home is equipped with: Air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans and generator as well as automatic leveling jacks.
Hookups:
A separate generator will keep you in electricity for a few hours or you can hook up to a water and electric outlet to run from a campground. The slide out is the real key to luxury. It expands the living room and makes for complete comfort moving around inside.

Kitchen:
Dishes, plates, glasses, trays
coffee maker (Mr. Coffee), filters
all of the usual kitchen equipment like a nice large frying pan, a sauce pan, Tea Kettle (really useful)
a can opener,
spatulas,
knives as well as cutting boards,
storage containers,
dishes, glasses, bowls, napkins, silverware
and a pitcher for some drinks,
the convenience of the microwave can't be beat.
The kitchen has corian countertop and sink as well as a full refrigerator and freezer.

Garbage bags, trash containers and cleaning supplies, broom and dust pan will be there to be helpful. You won't need to bring any of that.

Suggestion for foods:
One inventive renter had the best idea of having large zip lock bags of different stews and meals that they would put into a crock pot. They would sit the crock pot in the sink and plug it in so that it was cooking all day while they were driving. Then they had a great meal at night. Of course cooking out over a fire is the real deal.

From me to you: Some hot cocoa mix will be in the cupboard along with some tea bags and coffee bags. So convenient and yummy on a cool morning or evening.

Sleeping:
There are sheets, blankets and pillows for the two queen sized beds,
There are two sleeping bags and pillows for the comfortable pull out bed as well as the table and bench bed. The overhead queen bed has curtains for privacy and two windows for a breeze. There are two plug in fans also, one for each bedroom area.

Shower, Potty and all that:
The shower is separate from the toilet bathroom.
There are towels for four, soap, toothpaste and new scrubbies will be provided for you to use.
The toilet paper that is specially required for RVs will be in the bathroom and the spacious medicine cabinets will hold all of your personal items safely.
There is a divider between the bedroom/bathroom/shower area for privacy. There is a hair dryer and some first aid products and lotion to help with comfort.

Outside:
There is a lighted automatic awning to make your evenings around a campfire comfortable even if it rains a bit. There is an outdoor outlet for music and other electrical plugins ( however respect for other campers is always in order). The outdoor shower is so convenient if you have gotten your shoes dirty or if you just want to clean up after a hike or swim in a lake or even wash some clothes outside in the big plastic tub. In the storage you will find a large rug to lay down outside as well as a table to use to hold your stuff. There is a table cloth for outside as well as a western style outdoor coffee pot to use and cast iron skillet. (They get pretty dirty over a fire so they will have their own bags.)

Electronics:
The antennae can be put up and directionalized to maximize your TV or computer access. (There is not cable, only the local channels, but hey, you are supposed to be camping !) The built in navigation system is great with twin cameras on the side mirrors and a back up camera. There are two flat screen TVs each with a Blue Ray DVD player. Please be aware that the DVD player in the cab will not play during driving. It is a safety mechanism built into the RV. When you are parked however, the cab has a CD or DVD player that will play throughout the speakers overhead in the living room.

Cleaning:
All of the hoses and brushes you need to prepare and maintain the slide out for driving are there as well as swiffer and broom with dust pan for cleanups. I will show you the hoses for the dumping of the black and grey tank. All are kept in their own specific bin while the clean water attachments and hoses are kept in their own bin, not to mixed up.

Inside entertainment:
A couple of games, books, DVDs, and special cozy lanterns for keeping the lights low and yet fun.

Transportation for Pick up and Drop off. Currently my is on a storage RV Farm location is by Highway 7 and I 25. You will need a ride out to pick up the RV and you may leave your car safely there while you are gone.

I am willing to be flexible regarding pick up and drop off times. I will give you plenty of time to load up and clean up at the end without charging you extra. The camper was fantastic for our trip to Yellowstone. We packed in 7 people and 1799 miles in this camper over 7 days. It had everything +more than we needed for a comfortable stay. We are looking at renting it again!

What a great experience! This was our family's first RV camping trip and I can't imagine how it could have been any better. Kathie was great to deal with, and her RV gave us all the comforts of home. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

About the Owner, kathie

I have been in Colorado since 1990 and have loved every minute. I have always loved the change of environment from the busy downtown life to the beauty and solitude in Colorado or Utah. The dream of owning an RV came true for me this year and I decided that renting it would be a good idea, to help me as well as share the opportunity to see Colorado in a relaxed and comfortable way. Cars are good, RVs are great! I am a very good manager of the RV and it is a big investment for me so I am looking for people to rent it who are careful and respectful. I want people to have fun, love the experience and return for more! Sitting with your morning coffee outside around a campfire, or relaxing with your family playing some games or reading some good mystery books ( which I have for you) may be just the thing to get your relaxation on. You will find some DVDs to watch and some little things that I think will make your experience easy. I hope for people to relax with each other, have some fun, let go of your stresses and just appreciate the days and time. Let it all go, it will be there when you return! Viva la Colorado!
