Description
Our 2012 Keystone Summerland sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, perfect for a family getaway! It has 2 single bunks, an upgraded queen mattress in the main bedroom, and 2 full sleeping beds that convert from the U-shape dinette, and sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with large sink, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator. Our bathroom has a full shower and tub, sink, and toilet. Hot and cold water accessible through a 50 gallon fresh water holding tank.
Towing vehicle must be capable at least 8,000 lbs (check your vehicles manual for towing capacity). Dry weight 5,820lbs, full loaded with water 7,645 lbs total. A sway bar towing system must be used, and can be provided if needed. Also, an electronic brake system must be installed and present in your vehicle at time of pick up inspection along with 7 pin round RV trailer wire harness.

Cancellation Policy

This camper does require full electric hook up. There is no generator available. Fresh water tank is 50 gallons.

The owners were great! Camper was clean and in excellent shape. They helped hook up the camper to my truck and provided detailed instructions for everything. I couldn't ask for anything better! I will defenitly rent through them again!
