Description
Whether you want to camp in cold or hot weather, this camper has 2 inch walls, thermopane windows, fully enclosed and heated holding tanks. Camper purchased new in Feb 2017 and we have all the extras you need to make a fantastic trip. This is our family camper that we take very good care of. We only rent our camper out 3 times a year, minimizing the wear and tear while supplementing the cost of our family camper. Finally, we take care of delivery, setup, and pickup(within 100 miles - We do not allow clients to tow our camper).

Cancellation Policy
Very Strict

Renter may receive 50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. A $99 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds.
Notes
We can provide everything you need for your adventure. Just pack your bags like you were headed to a hotel! This trailer is nearly new and very clean. Given its 80 gallon fresh water capacity, and 60lbs of propane, and TV powered by 12V battery or standard 110, you can head out off the grid or to a campsite for a very comfortable stay.
This is our personal, family camper. We do not own multiple campers as a rental business. We only rent our camper out 3 times a season, to supplement the cost of our camper while minimizing the wear and tear on our camper. Rest assure this camper is very well maintained and clean, you will not be disappointed!
We do not allow renters to tow this camper, we will deliver the camper onsite to your destination(within 100 miles). This way, whether you have a small car or pickup, you can experience camping with out the stress of learning how to tow a camper.
We also provide sheets, pillows, blankets, all the bedding you need, and 4 bathroom towels. In addition, we provide cookware, dishware, soap, salt n pepper, toilet paper, paper towels. (all of this is included for the $15/night fee, we call this out as a separate fee because most rentals do not include this, and our base rate compares to those rentals) You just stock the fridge and you are ready to go.
