Pick Up
Rental Value

We enjoyed the RV. We learned a lot about a class A RV.

This was a good value. The RV has some wear and tear but met all our needs and our entire family had a great time. We had seven adults in this RV for five days. It was cozy, but we fit, and had the time of our life. Marteese is a gentleman. This was our first RV rental. He walked through everything we needed to know, he was available by text to answer a question we had, and he was very flexible with our drop-off time. This is a fairly large vehicle, so don't expect sports car rack and pinion steering. However, my son and I had no problems and it drove similarly to large trucks that I have driven in the past. Marteese was very good to do business with.

Phil & Debi

This was our first time renting an RV and it was a great experience. Martese went through a full tutorial with us, and couldn't have been nicer. His RV was clean, and very comfortable.

The RV has issues with the front end that need to be repaired which cause a vibration/shudder that shakes the entire dash and front end of the RV. At first I thought it was a bent rim or tire as it started around 63 MPH once I got on the freeway after picking the RV up. I mentioned this and was told it had just been checked out. It almost seems like a ball joint or the front shocks are worn out and or damaged as it would come and go at all highway speeds which was not a pleasant experience at all to drive. Marteese was excellent in coordinating the pickup and drop of the RV but there were several basic items that we purchased and left in the RV as they were not there, along with burned out light bulbs no functioning table as the stanchion was broken for the main table and the second table top had no stanchion. We spent time inside cleaning before we headed out to the Grand Canyon as a layer of dust was on the windows and flat surfaces.
This RV supported our trip for 4 with great comfort when stopped for the night. The 4 outside chairs that came with the RV along with the George Foreman grill were MONEY as it was very windy at several stops and outside grilling would have been impossible.

The RV rental from hell!

Be aware, there's a myriad of problems with this RV that the owner and agent (Marteese) are aware of. They will not disclose the problems until you hit the road and discover them yourself. Lesson learned the hard way!
I'm an RV owner myself and for this trip, me, my wife, a toddler, and infant were looking to experience a much larger rig.

Our destination was Tucson to Oregon and back. We planned our trip for 5 days of traveling with shore power along the way then 14 days of dry camping and then 5 more days of traveling with shore power along the way.
This RV is nice on the surface!

The RV interior was dirty upon pick up. The floors were so dirty when our kids crawled/walked on them their feet and knees were black! Bathrooms and kitchen looked as if a wet rag was dragged over them but not cleaned, gross!

As we drove off from picking up this RV we started smelling raw sewage. Checked the black tank meter and this RV registering 3/4 full. We tried to flush the tanks ourselves without much luck. The tanks wouldn't empty past half full, meaning these tanks are cemented with feces and toilet paper and need proper servicing.

Several hours down the road we noticed the refrigerator wasn't working with propane switched on. We contacted Marteese and he suggested we just run the generator to power the fridge. Wow, that's gonna be a lot of extra gas and generator hours. This turned out to be one of those problems they already knew about!

At our first RV Park stop, we planned to do dishes and shower. We quickly discovered the water heater doesn't produce any hot water. So that's broken as well! Great, 21 more days without hot or even warm water.

We finally arrived at our dry camping spot in central Oregon (no cell signal or wifi). I had a production job on site at a music festival. A day later the generator dies. Fault Code 45. Somehow I managed to get shore power off the festival grid. So we at least had power!

14 days later we left the festival site with no generator power, no 12v (no lights), and no refrigerator so our remaining food was left to spoil in the refrigerator until our next stop 6 hours later. Luckily we brought ice packs (which helped)

Also broken: door between master bedroom and main area, kitchen table, windshield wiper fluid (full but didn't expel), kitchen drawers (top and middle kept coming out completely, we had to tie a scarf around them to keep them from coming out while driving.

Also, our infant burned himself from the metal part that holds the table between the front seats. This is not the owner's fault however it is dangerous! It is right above the motor and heats up to a frightening degree. We had to put towels on it to keep our kids from getting injured.

When you rent an RV you shouldn't be forced into constantly troubling shooting and problem-solving issues, you should be trying to enjoy your vacation. I spent half of my vacation troubleshooting this RV.

When we picked up the RV, he had said that we are the last renters due to other renters negligence, however, we question that since what we have experienced. We own a cab over camper and know how to properly maintain it. The owner admitted he didn't know how to do some simple maintenance, and it shows.

Marteese or the owner never once offered an apology or at least a partial refund for the misery of renting his RV.

Great time in San Diego for the 4th of July! Thanks Marteese! The RV ran well for us.  Marteese was great and  gave us most of the information needed and easy to reach if there was an issue. We are campers and boaters and we loved having the RV 4  miles from the beach at the KOA campground there in Chula Vista!  Grandkids loved the trip too!  The RV added greatly to our comfort. Thanks! would rent again in a minute. RV was spacious and lots of extras on board!

Great value and quality. Beautiful comfortable coach.
AC is powerful and cold. Clean facilities. Plenty of storage space. Refrigerator runs cold. Drives very well. Doesn't drift. Auto leveling works like a dream. Love the 1.5 baths. Makes it very nice to not disturb the master bedroom occupants.
Overall great value and great experience with the renter.

This was a great experience.
