This was a very quick process that started off great. I met Susanna and picked up on Friday, June 29th at 4pm. Very pleasant experience. Saturday, June 30th I pulled the trailer to Nacona, TX, (100M away) for a work event with the intention of having a cool place to get out of the 100 degree heat for hospitality. Once I arrived in Nacona, (9am) I set up the trailer and connected the provided generator. This is when the trouble began. The a/c would not work. I began trouble shooting, googling, etc. trying to figure out the problem. at 10:59am I called Susanna and told her of the problem. She told me that she would inquire and get back to me. At 11:07am, I sent Adrianna a text and called to let her know but no response. In the meantime I kept trying whatever I could think of to keep the a/c running. I solicited help from a gentleman parked near me, Carey Rockwell in hopes that he could figure it out. Note that I was also trying to set up a booth display and work at the same time. 11:36am I text Susanna since I had not heard back from her. She asked me to give her a minute and she said that it happens when they clean the trailer but never happens twice. Susanna text several times back and forth trying to troubleshoot. At 12:10pm she text that they would come to my location to figure it out. I hated for her to drive 2 hours and she asked to face time Carey. At 12:51pm she asked us to check the generator breaker. That was fine. I got the a/c to come on and left to try to work again. 1:21 I came back and it was still on but everything else in the trailer was off, including the refrigerator. 1:35 she asked me to turn fridge on. I did and the breaker tripped again immediately. I also tried just the microwave, just my Kureg and just the water pump. If anything else was on with the a/c the breaker would trip. I informed Susanna of this and her response was "Yeah it will trip because the a/c gets a lot of power and is not enough for the generator." 1:50pm she told me to leave everything off and leave a/c running. (it was 95 degrees inside now) Susanna text that they were on their way with a 20 amp fuse. At 3pm I had to do something different. I had spent all day trying to fix this issue and the whole reason that I went to Nacona to begin with was suffering. I had an event that night, needed to shower and get ready for and obviously could not do so in the RV. I called Susanna and told her that I had to make other arrangements and told her since she was on her way to just take the trailer back with her. I was not willing to take a chance on her fixing the problem and interrupting my work any longer nor did I want to sleep in the RV and wake up with it not working in the middle of the night and no where else to go. The closest hotel available was 50 miles away and that is where I ended up. Susanna said she understood and agreed. At 6:18pm she called and said they had been there an hour and that it was fixed and ready for me. I told her no and reminded her that I had to make other arrangements and that she had agreed to take the trailer and refund my money. At 6:36pm Adrianna called saying that nothing was wrong with the RV a/c and that I was stuck with it. This conversation became very heated and I ended up hanging up on her because again, I was trying to work. Sunday morning, July 1st, I drove my 50 miles back to Nacona. The RV was gone. There has been no contact from Adrianna at all since. No mention of a refund and I have disputed the charges. I had the RV for 24 hours out of the 72 hours contracted. Never put anything in it. Never used it. I will get my refund one way or another. Renters BEWARE!!
