The RV arrived on time and was set up. Andrew was very pleasant to work with. He went over the inside workings of the RV, told me I shouldn't have to worry about dumping before he picked the RV up in a week. the first day all was fine except for the sewer odor from the toilet. my brother who was also camping with us gave me two deodorizer packets which i put into the toilet after dissolving them with water. this did not help the odor. day two everything seemed to be working ok, but the odor remained. day three, after taking a second shower in the rv, the water started to back up in the shower. I called Andrew at 10:33 on Saturday July 28 to tell him about the problems. His wife told me that he had worked the previous night and would call me after 5:00pm. He called me back at 5:11, after explaining the issues, he told me that it would be alright to use a plunger in the shower/tub to see if that would unstop it. My brother and my son, that were there with their campers and have several years of experience with campers didnt think it would be a good idea to start trying to "fix" the problems when the rv didnt belong to us. Andrew texted me on Sunday July 29 at 8:11am asking if we had been able to alleviate the problem. He then called me at 8:20am and we mutually agreed that he would come and take the rv back with him. At this point the odor was terrible, the tub/shower was full of water to the point that we couldnt use the kitchen sink any longer. he said that he would be out the next morning. After arriving, Andrew said that the problem was that the gray water tank was full. My brother and son had both considered that as the problem but there was only one handle to pull to dump any water, black or gray, and the handle was black. There was no way that any of us was going to pull the black handle on a campsite in a Georgia Power campground! Andrew acknowledged the missing handle and said that was something he would have to fix. Before he left with the camper, Andrew and I agreed that he would reimburse me for the time that the rv was almost unusable. I was to pay him full price for two days, half price for two days and nothing for the two days that I didnt have the rv at all. He told me that my rate was 125.00 per day, and by my calculations he owes me back 375.00. He told me that he would send me a check for the difference but I have heard nothing back from Andrew, nor received any refund from him. Also, i am still waiting for the refund of my security deposit to appear on my American Express account. I did get an email from RVShare that my deposit had been released.

I would recommend renting from Andrew to everyone! The entire experience was excellent. He came and set everything up in minutes and returned to break down, so all the work was done, and all we had to do was show up and have fun. The unit itself was very clean, and seemed like new. Andrew and his helper we extreme professionals and we will surely look for them again!

What a great experience! The RV was perfect for our trip and Andrew was great! The RV was already cooled down with the A/C before we even got there. He was on time and so easy to work with. We can't wait for our next trip.

Wonderful, clean RV. Good communication. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! Thank you Andrew!
