Another user wrote, “Charged me for propane that I didn't use, told me it was full when I picked up the RV but that the gauge was broken. Then charged me for wheel covers that they said I lost yet were never on the RV. Also feel like the insurance is a scam too. Stay away from this company.”

One user wrote, “First timer...my family loved it. The spaces are small and close together, but the views were absolutely breathtaking. Had all the hook ups, cable and wifi included if you like that kind of thing. My kids loved going down the little river with the cousins, walking around town, deer watching, hanging out by the pool, and the free warm 6-minute showers.”
Another user complained about the site crowdedness and fees, writing, “Crammed together like sardines, noisy and dirty. Site was not cleaned between guests. Check in was almost rude...should have got a clue when I saw the bossy signs plastered all over the lobby on my way in. At $60 a night for electric only hookup, why is wifi access such a joke? Why are showers limited to 6 minutes, unless you cough up $5 for each additional token?”

Another user wrote, “Closest site to the east entrance of Zion and it was totally fine for tent camping. Like others have mentioned the bathrooms were really dirty, there was even a black widow with a web in one of the toilets and each girl was warning people as they came in to use the restroom. The showers were very cold and SO dirty, wear your flip-flops, but they are also free, so can't complain too much.”
Zion National Park RV Camping Tips
If you’re going to be RVing near Zion National Park, keep the following tips in mind.
Consider Purchasing an Annual Parks Pass
The Zion National Park entrance fee gives you a 7-day pass for $30 but does not give you access to all the other nearby parks in Southern Utah, including Bryce Canyon. If you intend to be traveling for some time in the Southern Utah region, it is worth upgrading to an $80 Annual Parks pass, which will give you full access to all of the regions’ parks (with no time limit concerns).
Use the Shuttle Service to Save Time
Parking can be limited once you enter the park, so consider going to the Visitor Center and taking the shuttle to the park instead. This will save you the trouble of having to scout for parking spots throughout your visit. Instead, you can focus on just enjoying the day.
It’s also worth noting that if you take your RV into the park, you may be charged an additional escort fee for entry.
Boondocking is an Option
Boondocking is possible in several locations throughout Zion National Park, chief among them alongside Sheep Bridge Road. If you’d like to save some money and gain a bit of convenience in the process (by being closer to park activities), it’s worth considering a boondocking experience – just keep in mind that boondocking can be quite difficult to adapt to for newcomers to the RVing world.
