Other fun (but non-Christmas related) things to do in WaKeeney include a visit to Shiloh Vineyard for some wine-tasting, as well as the Trego County Historical Society Museum.

Dodge City

Dodge City is the largest city in western Kansas and it has plenty of activities and attractions on offer to keep the whole family entertained. Here, guests can watch exciting gunfight re-enactments and step inside historic buildings such as the old Fort Dodge jail.

Dodge City also has a popular zoo which children and adults alike will love visiting. Wright Park Zoo features animals such as Siberian tigers, black bears, buffalo, emu, a cougar, various monkeys, and more. In fact, there are over 45 mammals and birds on display!
