Cuyahoga Valley National Park is located between Akron and Cleveland in Northeast Ohio. Spanning 32,572 acres (131.8 km2), it is the only national park in Ohio.

If visitors want spectacular views of Brandywine Falls, then this is the trek for them! This 1.5 mile loop trail starts where the boardwalk, car parking lot, and old gravel road meet.
This is another popular trail and although it spans a lengthy part of the park, visitors can easily turn back at any time they choose to. Following this trail will take you to plenty of the eye-catching attractions within the park, such as Blue Hen Falls, the I-80 Overlook, and the famous Bridal Veil Falls.

The Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad
Visitors will also love taking a train ride through the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Ticket prices start at just $18 per adult and $13 per child, and this cost also includes the Voices of the Valley audio tour.
In winter, a special Polar Express train trip is also available, providing hot chocolate and entertainment.
In the colder months, Cuyahoga Valley National Parks turns into a winter wonderland, making it the perfect destination to enjoy snow sports such as cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing, sledding, and ice fishing.
Cuyahoga Valley National Park has five designated, tent-only campsites, each accommodating two tents and up to six people. Each site offers facilities such as a water tank, portable toilet, and firewood.
The rate to camp within the national park is $25.00 per night, per campsite, for up to 10 nights.

Silver Springs Campground
Silver Springs Campground has 27 sites and is located only 15 minutes northeast of Cuyahoga Falls. It’s also owned and operated by the city of Stow, and features a number of handy features for RVers such as picnic tables, fire rings, grills, and electric hookups. Other amenities include both flush and portable toilets, a dump station, and water spigots.
Prices start at $12.00 per night for non-Stow residents.
Cherokee Park Family Campground
You’ll find the Cherokee Park Family Campground located just 20 minutes east of Cuyahoga Falls. Consisting of 120 sites with water and 30 amp electric hookups, the RV-friendly campground also provides visitors with restrooms, showers, a dump station, and a laundry facility.
Cherokee Park Family Campground is set on 50 acres of scenic forest and deer can often be spotted within the region. There are also two small tree-lined lakes and an activities area for families to enjoy.
Rates start at $32 per day or $185.00 for a week. Prices are based on a family of four.
Woodside Lake Park
The Woodside Lake Park is another RV-friendly accommodation site based just 20 minutes north of Cuyahoga Falls. Spanning across 70 acres, the park offers 250 RV campsites suitable for pull throughs and double slide outs to a maximum length of 45 feet.
All of these sites provide 30 or 50 amp electrical hookups with water and sewer. There is also a dump station, along with wi-fi, a camp store, games room, hot showers, toilets, and nature trails for hiking.
