Before the detailed review I will caveat it with the following: - ViaRV offered financial compensation to amend issues (refunded gas/mileage overage) - I appreciated pickup on a Saturday morning when they would typically be closed That said, I encountered many service/parts issues that really complicated the entire trip and made for a less than desirable experience - Battery was not in working condition upon pickup, and only way to resolve was asking my group to drive 20-30 mins north to service center, where we waited nearly 2 hours to determine fix and get us on the road. - The cabin was dirty (mainly living room area and stairs) and we were given the excuse that "Well, this one just came back from Burning Man, so not everything could be cleaned) - There was very little instruction or tutorial given (we said we were first time RVers) and I had to consult an online owners manual to get generator running, turn on propane, etc.). We had to learn all functions ourselves, on the fly. - The RV defaulted to "Tow" mode, something that was not explained. Thus the ride was very loud/bumpy until we figured out how to resolve. Overall I appreciate that the company was willing to offer financial compensation for our issues, but I expected a much better experience from a company. Maybe it's just because I got the last of 12 RVs, and they saved the worst RV for last.

Great little trailer to tow. Kept us out of the rain in the winter and easy to maneuver in to camp sites.

John and Cheasly were amazing hosts for our first RVShare adventure. They offered door to door service which made pick up a breeze and 24/7 support in case anything went wrong along the way. You combine that service with one of the lowest price points on the site and you’re looking at an amazing getaway with friends or family. I can’t wait to book with John again!

2005 Super C Jayco Seneca HD Floorplan 35 GS

Review:

Great experience! Derik and Sarah are wonderful! For the coach being a 2005 it appears like new. Awesome to drive and stay in. My wife and I and two daughters did a ten day trip from Snohomish to Denver Colorado and back not a hitch. The average temperature was about twenty degrees, the coach stayed plenty warm. Lots of snow and wind the rig is a beast and took it all like a champ. The Duramax Diesel is a monster, wouldn't rent a coach without it.

Review:

This RV was perfect for our holiday family reunion! John delivered it and set it up for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always available and very prompt to answer any questions we had before and during the rental period. The RV was spotless and spacious. Very comfortable! We would have spent so much more for motel rooms for everyone. Renting this RV was so reasonable; we will definitely do it again. Thank you John!

2004 Palomino Thoroughbred T-23-BH

Review:

Our rental plan includes that the trailer is delivered to the site where we will use it while visiting relatives. It was delivered on time, set up nicely, and was clean and well equipped. This is the second time we have rented this trailer in this way so we knew exactly what to anticipate. We especially pick this trailer because it has a full sized real mattress for us rather than a bed that you shift over from other uses using foam pads.

If you’re on the fence about renting this RV, do yourself a favor and book NOW while you can. Gene and his wife were extremely accommodating the entire time. Communication was quick and efficient, either through text, call, or email. The RV itself is immaculate and had several handy items that weren’t expected and helped make the experience even better. I can’t think of anything they could have done to make the trip better. We will definitely be renting with them again in the future.

We had a great trip with the trailer. Pat and Tina are super easy to deal with. The trailer is comfortable and has a lot of room. While it might be a little worn around the edges, it was clean and well stocked. Overall the NW Cruiser offers a lot of value for the money.

Lance was a real pro and made this a fantastic experience. I had never been in an RV, and was delighted to discover everything was clearly labelled. Lance took about 1.5 hour to explain how everything worked, and was a great educator. I felt as competent as I could hope to be without actual experience, and we had a phenomenal week puttering around the Pacific Northwest. This unit is absolutely spectacular. Just imagine you're renting a nice 500 square foot condo on wheels. Everything works, drives better than any loaded 5 ton truck I've driven, and resulted in a beautiful holiday for me and my family of 4. Thanks again Lance, we'll be back!

2017 Highland Ridge Ultra Lite 2504BH

Review:

This was our first RV Rental experience and it was a great one. We had just purchased a new truck with the intention of buying a trailer and thought renting first would be a good way to experience it and see what we likes. The process was much easier than I thought, thanks to the owners. They were very communicative, supportive, and went over and above to ensure that we had a successful first experience. The trailer was well equipped, included basic kitchen utensils, bedding, and outdoor chairs and BBQ equipment. What really made this trip was the owners support. They provided us with the proper hitch for our truck and the trailer (which eliminated me having to worry about that). When I arrived to pick up the trailer, we realized that I had not had a trailer brake installed on the truck. So the owner hauled the trailer to the site which was an hour and one half away. Very generous. He showed us how to set up, leveling and hook-ups, and got us on our way. Thankfully, we were able to get the trailer brake installed and had the experience of hauling it back. Overall, this was a great experience and the owners were absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend renting this trailer.
