Excellent experience and we highly recommend this rig and the owners! We rented for a full two weeks and traveled to Yellowstone with our two children. The motorhome is meticulously kept, in practically brand new condition. The owners were incredibly accessible, even answering pesky questions while we were on the road. The pick-up and drop-off was seamless. This experience far surpassed all of our expectations and we have no hesitation making the highest of recommendations for this unit and the owners. While there are many commercial RV rental companies, you get a more personal experience working with a private owner and frankly, a vehicle that is in far better condition. You won't be disappointed going with this unit!

This was a very pleasant experience. The RV performed as expected. All systems were in order. I found the RV clean and tidy, well organized, and furnished with everything needed for a successful weekend. John, the owner, is a very good-natured person and easy to work with. I would rent this RV from this owner again!

The RV was clean and very roomy and comfortable. John, the owner, was a good communicator and made the whole experience very easy for us. He handled the delivery and set-up which as novices, we really appreciated. The A/C made sleeping on the hottest nights so comfortable. We would recommend renting from John to anyone!

Great for kids. If you have kids under about 12 the bunk beds are a great touch. This trailer is super easy to tow and use. You barely notice it as you drive. It is the perfect balance of light and compact but with enough living space.

We very much appreciated that Scott was willing to allow us to pick up the rig on a Sunday morning and return it the following Sunday afternoon since we already had our reservation dates at the National campground where we planned to use the rig. After making those reservations (they need to be made 6 months in advance to get a site) we found out that many of the owners on RV Share either charge extra or won't do a Sunday pick up and return at all. Pros are that the motorhome was a nice size, drove well, had an awning, very user friendly kitchen arrangement with good counterspace, large U-shaped dinette, all tile floor (great for ocean location camping), and a separated toilet/sink from shower. The three main cons were that 1. it was advertised as fully loaded when in fact it was not, 2. the queen size bed in back was hard as a rock and 3. the batteries for the living space would not hold a charge all week. Items I expected would be in a fully loaded RV but weren't were: a couple of kitchen knives, silverware settings for 6 (incomplete), cereal bowls, a cutting board, mugs for coffee/tea/etc, pot holders, hangers in closet, dish towels (provided when I asked before leaving), no bath towels (I did know this ahead of time so it wasn't a problem), an operational can opener (we ended up buying one and leaving it there), a saucepan or two (there were only frying pans), a tea kettle or something to boil water in and a garbage can (we found out on return that there was one in the RV but it needed to be assembled and we didn't know what it was so just left it alone...a label would have helped). If you knew in advance that the bed was particularly hard you'd be able to bring your own mattress topper. Finally, the batteries not holding a charge meant that we had very limited use of lights...mostly had to use our own battery powered lantern inside, we needed to be turning the water pump off and on with every use and refrigerator light was always dim. My husband has worked on cars his entire adult life so is definitely knowledgeable in battery function. We would charge the batteries by running the generator until the level check showed bright green...fully charged batteries only to come back to the rig (NOTHING was left on) after several hours on the beach to find the levels check light on red...no charge. I contacted Scott about this during the week because we knew he was planning to use it for a family vacation as soon as we returned. He said he'd check the batteries when we returned. I mentioned it again upon returning the rig and instead of offering us a couple hundred bucks off the rental he just said "99.9% of people who rent this unit are using hook-ups," and that someone who'd serviced the rig had supposedly checked the batteries. I was disappointed that he made excuses rather than showing concern for our inconvenience.

We had a good experience with Rick's RV. He was very flexible on pickup and drop off hours ( he actually let us pick it up a night before so we can load all our things inside and not do it on a day of the trip!) everything was clean and the RV was just the right size for us :)

Highly recommend this motor home rental. The vehicle was very well-maintained, Aaron was extremely thorough in his introduction and overview of the features and recommendations for driving/usage. They supplied linens, all kitchen items including utensils, coffee maker & toaster and even camping chairs & grill. Communication was a breeze and they were very helpful a couple of time during our trip. Can't say enough positive things about the rental experience or how professional the owners were to deal with. Our family had a wonderful vacation making memories to last a lifetime.

Review:

The layout of this RV is just what we were looking to rent for our trip. However, this particular RV has several deferred maintenance issues with the most concerning being the mildew/mold on the wood under the back room mattress. Based on our experience with this RV, my advice to future renters is 1.) DO NOT ATTEMPT to repair any issue you may have with this unit no matter how minor they may seem. Be very insistent that the owner handle all repairs. 2.) Obtain emergency road side assistance from AAA for RVs. The RVShare road side assistance is severely inadequate for this unit. RVShare towing only covers 50 miles and does not cover paying for someone to come and give you a jump. 3.) I do not recommend doing a virtual pickup or drop off where the owner is not present at the time of pickup or drop off. This just opens the door for all kinds of disputes. Especially since RVShare conveniently offers a departure and return form to fill out.

Batman's vacation home was absolutely perfect for traveling the Olympic Peninsula with my husband and our teenage daughter. We were first time RVers, so the compact size made driving the WA roads a lot more manageable. The owners made sure that we were set up very well and able to comfortably operate every aspect of the RV (including driving) before we headed out. The RV was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen, plus bedding, etc. Since we had flown in from out of state, having the extra supplies made our trip so much easier. We loved staying in the "Batvan" and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great compact RV.

It was a great experience renting from Sean. The trailer is as advertised, the drop downs work really well and setup and breakdown is a breeze. Pickup and dropoff were super simple and no ridiculous fees. Look after the trailer and Sean will be more than fair with you. Just an all around great experience.
