Review:

I would give the experience 6 stars if it was possible! Ralph has been great throughout: in communicating with us before rental, in spending time at pick-up to explain all the features very patiently and precisely (it was our first RV experience) and upon return. The RV was super clean, everything one needs was provided, and it is very well maintained. It was a great space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers plus a small dog, with space to spare. I highly recommend it.

Great little camper for a 1 or 2 night getaway or a week long trip. Easy to tow and set up. Very communicative owner who's main concern is the renters experience. Highly recommended.

My rental started by asking if my vehicle could tow John's bunk house. I quickly found out I could not...but that did not end our trip. John offered to haul it back and forth and set it up and break it down for a reasonable fee making our trip even more convenient and enjoyable! Great camper with plenty of amenities. Outdoor kitchen was definitely a plus!

This RV was very nice and clean (I'm a clean aholic and this past my inspection! They had all the basic stuff you need (plates, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, toaster, even a Keurig!). Mike and his wife made our first experience great! They went over the hook ups and connections to everything, very thorough. They responded to calls, e-mails, and text quickly which was nice...you don't have to sit around waiting for hours or days for a response! Very modern and up to date. This RV exceeded all my expectations! Great, friendly couple!

We loved this clean and easy to live in rv. The owners were so kind and helpful during drop off and setup. They made our first time rv experience for the family a perfect one. Our (pet allergic) children loved it too with no issues! We would definitely recommend it to others to give it a spin.

Review:

We rented Barbara's SummerLand Mini for a long weekend trip to Luray, Skyline Drive, and Shenandoah National park. We had been wanting to try out RVing with a travel trailer and get my wife out for her first camping trip (besides a tent in the backyard a couple of times). It was our first time towing a travel trailer though we have towed a small boat, also our first time camping in one and we had a very good experience! Barbara was very responsive and helpful on all our inquiries before, during, and at the end of the trip. We camped in late September and the temperatures were cool and we used all the systems and they all worked fine. Furnace, hot water heater, gas stove, TV, bathroom facilities, shower, etc. We did not test the A/C as it was never needed. The camper is small and as noted not a lot of bling but everything you need for a nice trip. Especially good for a couple or a family with a couple of young kids since it does have bunk beds. It was just my wife and I for this trip so worked just fine and we used the bunks for storage. Since it is lightweight it was pretty easy to deal with on the road and our Jeep Grand Cherokee (V6) towed it without issue up and over the mountains back and forth. We would definitely consider renting this unit again and are looking forward to more camping in our future!

Tina and Benjamin where great hosts. They went over all aspects of the RV prior to lending it. The RV was perfect for our family trip/tailgate at Virginia Tech. I recommend renting this RV if you need the space.

The camper was in great shape. All the supplies were available. Joe had the camper set up at the park for us. This was a great plan for us. Everything was in good working order. We would highly recommend renting from Joe. Jordan Lake State Park was a beautiful place!

Could not have asked for a better experience. All we did was arrive and everything was set up for us. This made it easier since we were arriving late and we have a 2 year old. It gave us so much more time to spend relaxing than having to worry about setting up and packing everything back up. The Pop Up was so clean and I loved that you can tell it has been well maintained. My husband hates camping and this has truly opened his mind about it and we plan to do this again very soon. Joe was so awesome and replied within minutes when I had any questions. Hands down the best person to rent from.

Nick was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely work with him again. Communications were good. Times for pickup and dropoff were flexible and he was very gracious when we showed up 1.5 hours late for pickup (Note to others: leave yourself plenty of time to get packed and to your destination.) The camper was as-described and Nick put effort into making sure almost everything you could need was in there for your use. Everything worked as advertised and it was just a very relaxed camping weekend, as it should have been. A very positive first experience with RVShare and I highly recommend renting from Nick.

If you want to take a vacation in a class A motorhome with all the bells and whistles - the you need to talk to Keith. He if a fantastic person with a great family. When I went to get the RV - he was gracious and so down to earth. He took the time to go through everything on the RV and answer and re-answer my questions. The RV had everything that you would need. Just add you food and clothing and you are off. While on the road - I had an issue come up that I need to speak to him about - he answered the phone answered my questions and told me to call anytime. Once at my destination - because of the issue I had - he called to make sure that we were all ok and that our vacation was going well. I have owned an RV and I can tell you that there are 2 kinds of people out there that do this - good people and those that go beyond. Keith and his family are the real deal - the RV that they rent is the best deal you can find. I will rent from him again and again. Hell - if Keith were to have a boat, travel trailer or just a cargo trailer to rent - he would be the person I would see. SO if you want to make memories and do it in a fantastic setting - then see Keith. You will not be disappointed! To Keith and your family - THANK-YOU for the best vacation trip that we have ever had! Your RV made it a trip we will not forget! THANK-YOU

Superb in every way! Owner went the extra mile in more ways than one to ensure my satisfaction and worked to my schedule with a lot of margin and grace. Spacious RV... we held a family of 7 in it comfortably for 4 days (when not at the beach or campfire). I will rent from this owner again for my next trip!

Joe was wonderful to deal with. He quickly answered all of my questions and it was very accommodating in pick up and drop off. The Palomino was a great time. It takes a bit of practice to setup, but once you get it, it's great. I slept really well on the nice Serta mattresses that are in it. It was very easy to haul as well. We pulled it behind our SUV, and it connected into our tow kit, so we had working lights as well. Joe has taken great care of his camper and it really looks like new!

We used the van as a long term rental (3 months) as I hiked the Appalachian Trail. The van was great for us. It had everything we needed on the inside for 2 people. It was small enough to park in regular spaces and go through drive-thrus, but large enough for us to stand on the inside. It had the power to get up small mountain roads. The van was admired and envied by so many people along the way. I cannot say enough about how perfectly it worked for us. The owner was more than helpful and easy to work with to ensure we had the adventure that we wanted. I would definitely rent it again if the opportunity arises.

We lived the layout of this RV with the queen bed in the back with the large window and enough room to walk around the bed. The owners tried to think of everything you would need. It was the most completely outfitted rental we've ever experienced. It was VERY clean and even the beds were already freshly made up. We also loved their delivery and setup option. It could not have been smoother! The owners were fantastic to work with. We are already planning to rent this RV again next summer.

Amazing experience. Jodie was exceptionally good about getting back to me with every question I had before and during the trip. Even if I simply forgot where a button was at 10 pm she'd respond within minutes. RV was great, comfortable, and packed full of stuff we didn't realize we needed until we needed them. Thinking about renting from her again already, and recommending her to others.

Wow! Rented this camper for a weekend family getaway. 40 of my family members went and my sister and I were NOT tent camping in July with three kids and two husbands. Insert Dustin and his "home away from home" Pioneer. From the first second of our interaction, I knew we had made the right choice. He delivers for a phenomenal price and his rate is extremely competitive. He stayed in contact with me throughout the renting experience which made me feel very secure and that he genuinely cared about doing everything on his part to ensure we had a seamless delivery/drop off and vacation. He is extremely flexible with the delivery and pickup times which I thought added a humanistic touch to this transaction. When I arrived at Kerr Lake camping ground, he was already at my site setting up home for the weekend! The camper is spacious. My husband and I took the master, my sister and her husband slept on the futon/couch (we wanted to keep the table up for entertaining but it easily slept an additional two people), and the children LOVED the bunkhouse. The mattresses in the bunkhouse are so soft and fluffy that my four year old asked us to buy him one for home. It easily slept a three, four and ten year old plus acted as an entertainment area for most of the kids who attended this family mini vacay. I counted 7 of them back there at one time hanging out and it never seemed cramped. Loud and crazy (the kids) but never cramped. The thirty min orientation was thorough enough for us to troubleshoot anything that may have gone wrong. When I was at a loss with the fridge (I'm impatient and didn't realize that rv fridges took longer to drop to optimal temp, Dustin was a text away responding with suggestions and tips about rv living. The outside lights on the camper we're a huge conversation piece whenever anyone came by to hang out. We had fun playing with the remote and making them do all kinds of things. The Radio is Bluetooth and was so much fun to have the music playing outside while we played games and relaxed. The outside shower saved us from two sandy little boys going in the camper. Yuck! And I didn't feel badly about using it because it's hooked up to the water heater! Yes, hot water! outside! I can go on and on!
