Paul was great. Very quick in responding, super friendly, made sure it was a great experience start-to-finish and very flexible. The RV was very clean & comfy. We basically used it as extra sleeping space at a large family gathering so we didn’t use anything but beds. The queen bed was comfy and the heat works really well. Will rent again when back in Roanoke area and need arises. Thanks Paul!

Review:

Clean & well equipped new RV, easy pickup & drop-off, great communication with the owners, and an over-all wonderful rental experience. Every year we rent an RV, tow it all the way to the Blueridge mountains, camp, and then have to tow it all the way back home to Virginia Beach again when we're done. This year we decided to save ourselves ALOT of extra effort and try to locate a rental closer to the mountains, and we're sure glad we did. Shaun and Monica were pleasant to work with, incredibly accommodating by dropping the camper off and setting it up at our Campsite for us, as well as working with us throughout the entire rental period if/when we had any questions. Monica was even thoughtful enough to put up a "Happy Birthday" banner for my wife as a surprise, before we had arrived. We would definitely rent with them again, and highly recommend their RV to anyone else that is interested in a great rental experience in a modern camper, at a fair price.

We are virgin RV users. We enjoyed the trip so much that we are looking into buying an RV in the future. 22 ft RV was perfect for us. It was like driving a Uhaul truck. Any longer would have been too long for us. Everything worked perfectly. Scott was always available to help us.

The RV has everything you need for a great trip. Show up with your clothes and you're ready to go. This was our family's first time in an RV and it could not have gone smoother. Troy was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.

This was our first time renting a camper like this and we were very interested in what it'd be like. Pros: Owner friendliness: Autumn was very kind and communicative. He gave a full orientation of the trailer and how it works to make sure you're comfortable with it when you rent it. He kindly provided sheets and pillows and filled the water tank so you have everything you need *Bed size: The bed was a good size, hubs (5'11) me (5'8) and a 50 pound dog were perfectly comfortable. As for the bed itself, it's a bit on the firmer side. As a back sleeper I don't mind firm mattresses, hubs personally likes softer beds *Easy to tow: The trailer is lightweight and 'think' so you can still sorta see around it Cons: *A few things were broken/broke on the trip. Only having one working door was a pain in the morning as I was first to sleep (and took the far side) and first to get up so had to crawl over hubs with the dog to get out. The fridge also broke (kept tripping something on the battery). Fortunately we were camping with a large group so this wasn't a huge issue for us but on a longer or solo trip esp in the heat it could have been a real issue Trailer height: The offroad wheels look awesome and definitely give you flexibility on the roads you drive on, but it makes the sink in the back awkwardly high (and possibly really uncomfortably high if you're short) Overall it was a good experience, we were warm enough with our body heat on chilly nights leading me to believe the trailer was well insulated.

This was a great experience. Kevin was very accommodating and available at all times to help with troubleshooting any issues. This was our first RV experience so we had a little learning curve with getting everything working right. Dont hesitate to contact Kevin for help! The RV is huge with a giant fridge. We had a great time and would definitely do it again!

RV owner Katherine was great at communicating and helping us out with our first RV rental. The unit was the perfect size for our group of 4 including 2 adults and 2 teens. A great experience from start to finish! The RV was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our first RV trip. Pedro and George were especially helpful showing us all the “how to’s” related to using the RV. Pedro was flexible in the times we could pick up and drop off. He was also a text away with any questions we might have. We will rent from them again in the future!

Review:

We had a really nice time with Katherine's RV. We were totally new to RV's and she made sure to take plenty of time so that we understood how to operate all of the systems properly. The RV itself we perfectly clean, in great condition, and all things as described in the listing. There is plenty of storage space both in the cabin and a ton underneath in the back. All of the electricity/water hook-ups were quick and easy to use. It was only three of us (husband/wife/3 yo) so there was obviously plenty of space. Would still be more than enough for a family of four. Everything in the RV worked well. There's an outdoor tv that has a roku so you can stream Netflix or whatever if you're at a campsite that has good enough wifi. Driving the RV was not too difficult for a first-timer - easier and in better condition than a u-Haul for example. There's a back-up camera and the side mirrors cover a ton of space, so you're never uncomfortable or feel like you cannot see everything you'd need. The overall experience was great, would definitely rent this one again.

Review:

We rented this RV in October 2019. Rodney was there when we arrived waiting for us. His walk-through was thorough. He even helped us load up as we had little kids. There were covered plastic utensils, silverware, pots & pans, cleaning products and toilet paper ready for us to use. The place was decorated nicely, with towels, bed spreads and pillows. The satellite TV and WiFI are included in the price which is a PLUS. His location is FANTASTIC. He is less than 5 minutes from I95, you can drop off your vehicle and pick up the RV without any hassle. The RV storage facility is conveniently located near supermarkets so you can buy supplies before leaving and fast food places if that's your thing. We have rented RV's b4 and the beds in this RV are very comfortable - he did not go cheap on the mattresses which is something that can ruin a trip. The Couch & Captain's chairs were very comfortable. Rodney is very knowledgeable about RV's and is friendly and willing to share from his years of experience. He also provides you with a manual to assist if you have forgotten anything from the walk-through. His prices are reasonable and his service is great - you can always reach him when you need to. When we returned the RV, he was once again waiting for us and had the necessary paperwork to sign. This was a great family trip thanks in part to Rodney and his RV! We will be back!
