This wasn’t my first time using rvshare.com and I couldn’t be more pleased. Chad dropped off and picked up the trailer, so I didn’t have to mess with towing it. The trailer had everything we needed and a few extras. I’ll definitely rent from Chad again next time we are in the area.

Charlotte was awesome at communicating and answered all of our questions. We loved the trailer and had a fun family weekend. They provided delivery, set up and pick up for us and it was SO worth the charge. We didn't end up getting out of Austin till 4pm on a Friday and were so glad we weren't pulling a trailer in rush hour traffic. When we arrived at the campsite everything was ready to go and it made it so much more relaxing to just get there and unpack. The trailer was clean, beautiful and perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen kids). We would definitely rent from Charlotte again. Thank you for providing us with your trailer to make some wonderful family memories being "off the grid" for a bit. it's great to slow down once in a while.

The RV was clean, spacious, very cleverly laid out and well appointed. Jarrad furnished cookware, sheets, pillows, towels and even coffee! He delivered the unit and picked it up to bring home. It was a crowded campground at a music festival and he maneuvered like a champion into the nicest spot! We especially appreciated the outdoor cook top and "patio." What a lovely weekend and made even better by Jarrad's kindness and hospitality. We will be back to rent from him again. Thank you!

Very fun trip in Jerrold's RV! He walked me through all the operations, we even did a test drive to make sure I was comfortable with it. Bringing it back was easy too. Very kid-friendly-- even having popsicles in the RV freezer and Smores ready to cook. I appreciate Jerrold's responsiveness to my naive questions and the overall process was stellar.

Awesome! Cliff was easy to work with. This RV is super fun. Lots of space with a king bed, 4 recliners, and 2 queen beds (with their own 1/2 bath) plus a loft- which our kids loved. Full size fridge was also super nice. We very much enjoyed our weekend.

probably the worst RV experience I have ever had. First the owner delivered the RV to the location (agreed upon). I have stayed at this particular lot (same location) for three years with no problem. Owner could not get the RV level. They had tried to level it with random blocks. It was off so bad that we could barely stand up in the RV much less sleep. Since we were there for 3 weeks obviously sleeping was a nightmare. So owners brother graciously came out to try to level RV. But....when he leveled the RV the door wouldn't close. SO....owner's brother came out probably 5 separate times to try and level RV. Finally we just had to stay in an un level RV so the door would close. 2nd issue. Owner set up RV but fridge wouldn't work. Brother came out and fixed this after about an hour. 3rd issue, owner forgot to open grey water valve. so....Next issue, RV was delivered with only one tank of gas. SO, since fridge was running on gas and hot water heater was on gas, fridge stopped working and no hot water. All of these things should have been checked during our agreed set up. Just one annoyance after another. Thank goodness the owner has a nice responsible brother to take care of all of her issues.

We had a wonderful and problem-free time with this Keystone travel trailer. The owners were very detail oriented and provided absolutely everything needed for a great trip. The trailer was very clean and the tow bar stabilizers made it a piece of cake to tow. The owners had good communication which made pickup/dropoff easy. I look forward to renting this one again in the future should the opportunity arise.

My family and I really enjoyed renting this RV. There was ample room for enjoying when it was cold outside and the main bed was super comfortable! There are some included household items, so if you forget something there’s a good chance it may be in there already. Owners were so kind and easy to communicate with before, during and after. We would definitely rent again!

Less than 2 weeks before my 60th birthday, I got a hair brain notion that I would like to commemorate the event by renting an RV with my family and travel to Arkansas to visit some close friends for the celebration. As we near retirement, the idea of tripping around the USA has always intrigued me (as it does for many). The opportunity to explore the RV lifestyle (and the challenges of hauling a 40 ft travel trailer), seemed like a perfect way to ring in ‘year 60’. RV Share was a great resource to look for that prospective “haul”. I contacted many folks on the site and they were all very responsive and willing to answer any questions to newcomers, like us. We made the good fortune to link up with Jill. Her trailer was new and luxurious with all the comforts of home and located just 10 miles from our house. And, (although daunting in length) it was Ultra Light and an easy tow, in relation to my 3 horse trailer. This was also Jill’s first experience as a renter on the RV Share site, so I guess you could say that we were 2 amateurs making our way through our first trailer rental experience. Jill was very accommodating. She set aside some time to meet us the weekend BEFORE the rental so that we would have plenty of time to go over all the intricacies of the trailer. How to operate and connect the sewage lines, water, slides, propane, kitchen stuff etc. It was a lot to learn, having never even been in an RV, let alone being responsible for towing, setting up, taking down, etc. They were as excited as we were to begin our experience. They provided everything. Sheets, towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, games, even a small stand-alone icemaker and propane fire pit! We picked up the trailer the night before leaving on our trip. A short trip home and we were loaded up and enjoying the new “home away from home” right there in our driveway that night. The next morning we were off---grandson, dog, adult kids and us ---only to be thwarted with an extraordinary and rare event which terminated our planned trip, almost immediately. Something (a metal piece of sorts) lodged in the trailers’ connector shorted out all the electrical in the truck. We were stuck at the GMC dealer awaiting part replacements and repairs on Good Friday of Easter weekend. Jill and Jessica came and got the trailer and immediately took it to the dealer. Within several hours they had repaired/replaced the connector and the trailer was ready to go. But, we had no truck and now, no time to make our planned trip to Arkansas. Our kids (and grandson) were heartbroken. I started to call camp ground all around DFW trying to at least salvage the weekend with tent camping. It was almost impossible to find anything on the Easter holiday weekend. However, we found some available sites at a place by Eagle Mountain Lake. We told Jill of our change of plans and that we would come and collect all our things from the trailer and just go tent camping. They surprised us with an offer to transport the trailer to the campsite at Eagle Mountain and then pick it up on Sunday, so that at least we could have our ‘trailer camping experience’. They sacrificed their own holiday weekend time (and truck travel) to try to accommodate us, as best they could. So, the weekend did not go as we expected. The campsite we found was less than optimal and not what we had planned in Arkansas. We didn’t get to see our friends, and, although the trailer was quite large---it honestly was not so accommodating for 4 large adults, a dog and a 5 year old active grandson BUT----did we make memories that will last all of us a lifetime..? YES! The trip came with something money can not buy: Patience, compassion, family support, the making of new friends, memories for our kids to share and draw from and kindness from strangers that became a special sort of ‘family’ (thank you, Jill and Jessica) So, would we try it again?---heck yes! (but with a tent site to enable extra sleeping space!). Would we recommend Jill and the trailer? Absolutely! Jill and Jessica truly went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. The trailer is awesome. Anyone would surely enjoy staying in it. Not many come with the most comfortable leather recliners imaginable. We thank Jill and Jessica for enduring the first trailering experience, with us.

Let me start off by saying just recently moved to Texas me and my family we are a family of 5 two teenagers and a nine yr old. We were in need of a outdoor family trip and got online and started looking for camping trip of which we love to do but have never camped out in a trailer we have always camped out on tints. Would like to start off by saying it was a amazing experience for my family and I camping out on Jarred trailer, what you see online is what you get his trailer is well kept up very clean what I like most of the trailer is that the kids have their own room on one side of the trailer and me & my wife on the other side of the trailer. We also loved that the AC & Heater worked great and the trailer has pots pans and plats it has everything you need. Now I would like to give you my experience booking online and the working with Jarrad, the experience was great went online RVshare and was looking at his trailer and reached out to him and he responded a few mins after and after that I asked if it was okay if I could get his number to call him and he had no problem with that. After that I booked online and then we kept in contact over text messaging all the way up to our camping trip, I payed the extra fee for Jarrad to deliver set up and pick up trailer when done with our trip to me it was worth it. Reason I say this because when I got to my camp site Jarrad had the trailer set up ready to go for us with AC on and refrigerators on. With that said I recommend giving Jarrad try and I will book myself again with Jarrad for my next camping trip.
