Excellent rental. The trailer was exactly as advertised. Shane took time to ensure we knew how to operate everything so our experience would be great.
It was my families first time to rent a RV and we were very fortunate to meet the owners of this listing and rent their gorgeous RV. We had some personal issues with beginning vacation and they worked with us although they did not have to do so. We definitely recommend doing business with them and we will also be renting again. Thanks again Mrs. Fran.
Everything about this experience was great. The thoughtfulness of the owners in teaching us how to set up and hitch up really helped set the tone for our experience. They were also wonderful in providing linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The RV was perfect for our needs. The outdoor grill, kitchen and shower were great. The bathroom is huge compared to others I’ve used. The master bed was so very comfortable. Set up was very easy. We had to set up in the dark 4 times during our trek from Dallas to Pinetop, AZ and back. Each time took us less than 15 minutes. We will definitely look to rent from them again.
It was comfortable, clean and ran perfectly. Would definitely look for this vehicle next year. It was spacious enough for two teenagers who like to move around a little on a long road trip. We couldn't have asked for a better first RV experience.
We had a great experience with this RV. It was clean, well maintained, everything worked, the AC was cold, fridge cold, plumbing worked, hitch was easy to operate, and the owners were the best.
Beverly and Lee were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were kind, very responsive, accommodating, and professional throughout our entire experience. The RV was great and Lee even went out of his way to get our favorite Kureg coffee before our trip. Highly recommend this vehicle and its owners.
Great experience! Very prompt communication during booking. Responded quickly to questions about camper.
Wonderful experience renting the RV from Gene and Rebecca. Gene explained everything thoroughly before the trip and was accessible by phone or text throughout when we had questions. The RV was very clean and well maintained. Excellent experience overall!
Really great rental experience. Wonderful family. I was impressed they had sway bars and wireless brake controller built-in to the cost of the rental. Those are excellent and costly features for them. It really showed they cared about your safety and doing what they could to help you have a great experience.
Tim was great to work with and provided the perfect orientation at pick-up. The RV comfortably slept the three of us and could easily sleep two more adults. The entire process was seamless and Tim was available by cell if needed (we did not need to call). We had no issues with the rig...it drove great and was perfect for our long trip to the Grand Canyon. I hope to use Tim and Hannah again!
The Stargazer was perfect for my needs, easy to tow, cold A/C for Texas summer, and sufficiently equipped with TV, DVD, cable hookup, etc. Adam was very easy to work with and there were no surprises from booking to return.
Our experience with Donnie and Megan was top notch. They were very helpful and accommodating. We traveled over 2200 miles and never had a problem. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
This was my first experience with an RV. My daughter has heard me talking about getting one and coaxed me into renting one first to see if I would like it. This was a prefect way to see if RVing was right for Us The owner provided us a great turnover and we had not problems on our trip Also RVSHARE provided us with a service that made us feel that all the bases were covered
Wonderful experience, Julia was so nice and sweet. It was such a pleasure doing business and would definitely rent from them again!
Trailer performed as advertised and was clean, we had a great time in the Rocky Mountains. Eric and Michelle were awesome and were very understanding when we had a breakdown of our tow vehicle on the way home. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend renting from Eric and Michelle.
Great Experience! Clay was great to work with and the camper was in excellent shape. I will be renting from him again.
Thanks to Adriana and her team. Open communication throughout the rental experience. Exchange of paperwork and signatures was a breeze. The pre-rental walkthrough went smoothly. Her “trainee” did a great job. :). We got what we expected. Plenty of storage space, clean and well kept trailer. No issues driving it down the highway. Quick to respond with answers to questions I had during the rental. Highly recommend renting his trailer if you are needing the space. Adriana and her team were a pleasure to work with.
We rented this beautiful RV from John for a 10-day trip from Dallas to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Zion. We had originally planned on some extended family members coming along, but it turned out that only our family of 6 was able to go (we have 4 teens). We had plenty of room and lots of fun in this beautiful RV. John explained everything very well on pickup day and we had no issues at all with the rental. This was the first RV adventure my family and I have taken so one of the questions I had while planning our high mileage trip was fuel efficiency. For your reference I will say that we averaged about 7-8 mpg over the 3,000 mile trip. We love the convenience and flexibility that vacationing in an RV offered. We'll have stories to tell for years to come from this year's vacation and we'll definitely be planning another RV trip. If you're in the Dallas area and looking to rent a newer, roomy RV for an upcoming trip I would definitely recommend this one.
Camper was in excellent condition and very well stocked with all the necessities. Michael and LaShelle were both very helpful and informative and were excellent hosts! Would definitely rent again and highly recommend their camper!
this was our first camper experience and it was wonderful. shane was very easy to communicate with. the 2 a/c units were very cold (my major "concern"), the kitchen was nicely stocked and the outside kitchen area was a very nice extra so we didn't have to go inside constantly.
Experience overall was excellent. The RV was very clean, well taken care of and spacious.
We had the best vacation in Big Betsy! Having never been RV glamping before and were worried about the overall details, but Brad and Annie made it so easy. They carefully walked us through everything and were always there to answer any questions during our trip. They quickly responded to every text or phone call and made us feel secure all along the way. That communication made all the difference to me. The RV is beautiful and very clean. The beds are comfortable, it has all the upgrades, and my husband said drives like a dream. It already has everything you need. Just grab clothes and food and you’re off to a great start. We will definitely be renting again!
Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! We had a great time in this camper. Having A/C made all the difference in this Texas heat. Dwayne made every step of this rental (our first) easy and trouble free. We had a few minor issues that were handled with a simple phone call to Dwayne. Thanks again for making our weekend a relaxing and enjoyable one!!! Look forward to doing it again soon.
This was a very quick process that started off great. I met Susanna and picked up on Friday, June 29th at 4pm. Very pleasant experience. Saturday, June 30th I pulled the trailer to Nacona, TX, (100M away) for a work event with the intention of having a cool place to get out of the 100 degree heat for hospitality. Once I arrived in Nacona, (9am) I set up the trailer and connected the provided generator. This is when the trouble began. The a/c would not work. I began trouble shooting, googling, etc. trying to figure out the problem. at 10:59am I called Susanna and told her of the problem. She told me that she would inquire and get back to me. At 11:07am, I sent Adrianna a text and called to let her know but no response. In the meantime I kept trying whatever I could think of to keep the a/c running. I solicited help from a gentleman parked near me, Carey Rockwell in hopes that he could figure it out. Note that I was also trying to set up a booth display and work at the same time. 11:36am I text Susanna since I had not heard back from her. She asked me to give her a minute and she said that it happens when they clean the trailer but never happens twice. Susanna text several times back and forth trying to troubleshoot. At 12:10pm she text that they would come to my location to figure it out. I hated for her to drive 2 hours and she asked to face time Carey. At 12:51pm she asked us to check the generator breaker. That was fine. I got the a/c to come on and left to try to work again. 1:21 I came back and it was still on but everything else in the trailer was off, including the refrigerator. 1:35 she asked me to turn fridge on. I did and the breaker tripped again immediately. I also tried just the microwave, just my Kureg and just the water pump. If anything else was on with the a/c the breaker would trip. I informed Susanna of this and her response was "Yeah it will trip because the a/c gets a lot of power and is not enough for the generator." 1:50pm she told me to leave everything off and leave a/c running. (it was 95 degrees inside now) Susanna text that they were on their way with a 20 amp fuse. At 3pm I had to do something different. I had spent all day trying to fix this issue and the whole reason that I went to Nacona to begin with was suffering. I had an event that night, needed to shower and get ready for and obviously could not do so in the RV. I called Susanna and told her that I had to make other arrangements and told her since she was on her way to just take the trailer back with her. I was not willing to take a chance on her fixing the problem and interrupting my work any longer nor did I want to sleep in the RV and wake up with it not working in the middle of the night and no where else to go. The closest hotel available was 50 miles away and that is where I ended up. Susanna said she understood and agreed. At 6:18pm she called and said they had been there an hour and that it was fixed and ready for me. I told her no and reminded her that I had to make other arrangements and that she had agreed to take the trailer and refund my money. At 6:36pm Adrianna called saying that nothing was wrong with the RV a/c and that I was stuck with it. This conversation became very heated and I ended up hanging up on her because again, I was trying to work. Sunday morning, July 1st, I drove my 50 miles back to Nacona. The RV was gone. There has been no contact from Adrianna at all since. No mention of a refund and I have disputed the charges. I had the RV for 24 hours out of the 72 hours contracted. Never put anything in it. Never used it. I will get my refund one way or another. Renters BEWARE!!
We had a great trip! Very roomy, very clean, fully stocked with all amenities and everything you might need or have forgotten to bring on your trip. The owners were awesome to rent from and great communication with them.
