Bill was exceptional to work with and provided a friendly and flexible experience. He was flexible with our delivery time as our planned arrival time was in flex the day prior. Also, my older son locked the keys in the RV and Bill was extremely accommodating and met us half way to give us another key to get in the RV. Pickup up was super easy and Bill arrived exactly on time. The overall process was great and I highly recommend Bill and his family and their RV for anyone looking to rent an RV.

Derrick was awesome. The camper was set up and ready when we got there. We needed to be moved and he gladly moved the camper to another spot. He bent over backwards to meet our needs. Super friendly and the camper had everything we needed. We will use him again in the future. Highly recommend, top notch service.

Mary & Jay were very pleasant and helpful. They took their time walking us through the operation of their trailer. The Casita was clean, well maintained and easy to tow and set up. Everything was functional. It was nice to sleep on a custom mattress rather than standard trailer cushions. Plus the blackout blinds allowed us to sleep in and provided privacy.

Beastie Buggy was incredible. First of all, Greg's YouTube tutorial was spot on to familiarize ourselves to the van. Plus he gave us a hands on tour when we picked it up to ensure our comfort level. The van is big but very easy to drive and Greg had everything in it that you would ever need. Yes, I over packed and he and my wife laughed. We definitely will rent from Greg again. Highly recommended.

The open layout and neutral colors in this RV are inviting and cozy. My daughter loved the bunk beds and my husband and I were very comfortable in the master bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-designed and the owner has it stocked with anything you need to cook a family meal or to roast marshmallows by a fire pit. This RV was spotless when we picked it up. It has amenities galore and the owner was friendly and easy to contact. He responded promptly to questions before and during our rental. We had a blast camping in this RV and highly recommend it.

The Beastie Buggy was perfect for our trip into Pisgah, but it can handle a lot more. It's the best sprinter conversion I've ever seen...every detail designed and thought through...its rigged up to go off-grid for a really long time. Also, Greg was really helpful and accommodating with my travel plans. Already planning next trip.

We enjoyed staying in this great pop up camper. Chris drove it to our camping area and set it up. We were off grid and to our surprise, the camper had a refrigerator that operated on gas so we didn’t have to depend only on the cooler. Also, the camper had a fully charged battery pack for phone charging. It had two overhead lights that worked on battery and the sink had 10 gallon water reservoir. One side was a queen sleeper and the other was a double. Owners were very nice and easy to contact. Overall, it was a great camper and I would recommend it!

A true home away from home! Melody and David made renting their RV a wonderful experience. As first time RV renters flying into Asheville from South Florida, we were amazed at their attention to detail and awesome communication throughout the rental process. There is so much to love about this well cared for and clean RV including a comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and linens, spacious interior, and outdoor accommodations. We loved everything about your RV especially the set-up and take-down option. We hope to rent it again soon!

We rented Joe's Coachman camper for the weekend and so thankful we did because it was definitely too hot for tents! we had 4 people total staying and there was plenty of room. Picking up was super easy and Joe took the time to explain everything we needed to know. This was by far a great experience and we will rent from Joe again!

Superb service, great equipment. Lindsay was very helpful to us as we arranged for drop off and pick up of the equipment. We found the RV already in position, all hooked up and ready to enjoy or camping at the GSMNP. She does "extra" - placing out chairs for us, a table cloth on the picnic table, small plants and decorations in the RV, even metal sticks for us to roast hotdogs and marshmallows! She did everything except light a campfire!!! [ joke ;) ] We felt like royalty - rolling up on site and everything waiting for us. When we make this trip again, we will make a point to rent from Lindsay again... and again.

5 star experience! Owners were very flexible and accomodating throughout the process. The camper was clean and fully prepared with all the amenities we needed for our weekend excursion. All of the features and functions were thoroughly explained prior to departure, so there were not any surprises once we reached our camp site. I will definitely be looking to book with Brian and Kathy for my next trip in the area!

Signed contract - paid in full 5/22/2018 for 9/30/2018 rental @ Davidson River Campground, Hemlock Loop #119, Standard electric site (water fill & dump station at entrance/exit). 9/23 RVShare sent reminder of rental. 9/23 or 24 I sent message to owner to coordinate delivery, orientation. 9/28, 6:46 PM owner replied, said on vacation and friend was to deliver and set up. Orientation would be by phone on 9/30. I replied with reminder that water tank should be full and answered his question that there was a dump station in the park. 4:29 PM (day before reservation) owner sent message "We don't use the water storage tank for rentals..it takes to much time To winterize and flush lines out." I objected that was not what we paid for. Owner got belligerent and said I should have read unit profile and it was not for "primitive camping". No where in profile was mention of restriction for no water on site. Without further consideration the owner cancelled the reservation at 5:03 PM, leaving me with a paid campsite, upset plans with other friends who were also camping, and very frustrated. I sent complaint to RVShare at that time but received no reply until 10/2/2018, which stated, "The owner has the right to cancel a reservation for any reason they see suitable. The reservation has been cancelled and your refund has been processed." No where in the rental contract is that stated and I consider the cancellation a breach of contract.
