Let me start off by saying that I was a bit skeptical of this entire rvshare thing to begin with. But as it turned out, it was great! The Lambs made it very stress free and always assured me that it was going to be fine. They made it a point to make sure that we knew how to work everything and get all hooked up! They went step by step and even had a quiz at the end! (just kidding!) The camper was very clean inside and was actually roomy. They made the whole process stress free for my family. They are great people. We thoroughly enjoyed renting from them and would do it again. I would recommend them to anyone that is near (or far, as we were) their location to rent from them!
We had a great time camping at the park. Jason was there with everything set up and ready to go when we arrived. Responses to questions were prompt. Will be renting his camper again.
I loved everything about this rv rental experience. This was my first time renting from Steve but it definitely won't be the last.
We enjoyed our experience, this was our first time renting an RV and it won’t be our last. The RV was ready on time and very clean. Barbara was very helpful. We look forward to next time.
This is an older model Jayco. It is so well built with beautiful solid wood cabinets, an incredible tall, spacious shower with great water pressure. The floor plan with the two large slides make it look and feel like a house!!!! It is the best!
Good gas mileage, nice electronics and features, including the external features, very comfortable to drive and sleep in. Would definitely rent again.
Hidden problems and undisclosed mechanical and physical malfunctions and failures ruined both our vacation and my son's wedding. There wasn't ONE DAY of the rental period that we were able to enjoy our camping experience...beginning very early in our trip, the camper smelled of sewage. We had a wedding to attend 600 miles away and were on too tight of a timeline to stop or turn around to have it checked. After settling in our campground site, my 87 year old mother was injured by the toilet breaking and dumping her to the floor (including her waste water and contents), and though the cheap, plastic toilet was later was repaired, the repairman suggested we not use it unless it was an emergency; the hot water heater pressure release valve was broken and spraying steam and hot water into the air, we had to shut it down until repaired two days later; the AC was leaking enough to gather large puddles on the floor and the situation worsened until it was "raining" water, soaking furniture and linens; one of the "futon" beds had been broken in a previous rental event and could not be used to sleep on nor sit on; because of the AC problems, the sewer gasses, no toilet, we were force to RENT SEPARATE CABINS for four members of our party. I missed most of my photoshoot with the groom (my son) and groomsmen trying to clean up water messes, while I was forced to unhook and move the camper to a site nearer the campground showers and toilet facilities, then arrange repairs. Repairs were made, but my wife and mother had to miss the photoshoots with my son's wedding party in order to remain at the site while the repairman worked on the camper problems. While returning home, a nine hour travel time had increased to over fifteen hours because the engine kept overheating, the oil pressure gauge showed a warning light for too much pressure. The engine occasionally stalled, once while the camper was blocking a busy three lane highway. These problems continued through the middle of the night while traveling through rural Georgia and South Carolina - I stopped very occasionally to let the heat drop and pressure drop, and only proceeded while all gauges were operating in the normal range. This seemed to keep the camper from stalling. Since mother could not use the on-board toilet, we had to use whatever rest stop or gas station was nearest...sometimes at the danger of putting the oversize camper in very close, tight maneuvering situations. I had accidentally damaged the camper in one of those tight situations (while trying to get the stalling camper out of the aforementioned busy three-lane traffic) and was told my personal motor vehicle insurance (Liberty Mutual) would not cover a rental so large (so beware and cover yourself with your own, or purchase RVShare's coverage).
Nate was very responsive. There were a couple of hiccups, but handled them immediately and was very helpful throughout the entire process.
This could not have gone any more smoothly. Extremely nice people and a great RV to spend the week in. Highly recommend!
It was our first experience but Mr Derrick and his family made it great for us. They were very thorough and helpful. They have a great unit and we had no problems. We would definitely rent from them again.
Leeroy Jenkins and his owners are amazing to deal with and made the process so easy. I highly recommend renting from them.
Trailer was supplied with most everything but clothing & food, could not have been better
We had a tremendous experience with Sam and Marcie and their travel trailer. Everything was super clean when they delivered the camper and our experience could not have been any better. Pick up and drop off was extremely easy. We'll definitely be renting from them again.
Really great experience renting this trailer and owners made it very easy to pick up and drop off. They had a few extra amenities like paper plates and utensils, a coffee maker, ROKU TV, charcoal and grill - I would definitely rent again!
We so enjoyed Danny's RV. Any question we had, he answered within minutes. The pick up and drop off was easy. The RV drove like a dream. We will definitely be using Danny's services again in the future.
Great people to deal with, nice friendly, great communication. Fast service. Camper was nice and clean and well maintained. Delivery and pick up was awesome for me! I will definitely be renting from them again!!
Sam and Marcie were so kind and easy to work with. The camper was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely rent from them again!
Nathaniel was super friendly and accommodating. However, the camper didn't work! No bathroom or water, for 4 days. They evaluated it and found it was broken before even rented out to us. They offered us a 50$ refund, but we have yet to receive that. Its been over a month.
Matt of Lake Murray RV rentals was GREAT! He went out of his way to be sure the pick up and drop off went smooth. It's not would I rent again, It's when....I WILL be renting again this summer!!!
Scott delivered on everything he promised. It was clean and perfectly setup when we arrived. We will for sure rent from him again.
Great folks to do business with. Sam helped me out with delivery and pickup he also showed me setup and breakdown of the camper. Marcie truly cared about me trip and make sure the camper was stocked up with chairs and little extra bits that made it feel like I was renting from old friends. The camper is very easy to pull and setup. It is stocked with fresh towels and linens. Very clean camper and large living area. The outside TV and fridge is great for tailgating and hanging out. It was a great vacation and I can't wait to rent from them again.
Great communication! I had a great renting experience. Kept in touch throughout the entire process, from arrival to releasing the security deposit.
Working with Matt was great. We had a delay in our schedule for pick up and he worked with us to meet in a more convenient location the next morning. When there was a communication error on my part with drop off, he made it easy for us to leave it in a safe place for his pick up and not delay our trip home.
