Jim was GREAT to work with! He was quick to answer questions I had prior to our rental and very helpful with everything from transportation to and from the rental, to helping us find a campground for our stay. The RV was everything the pictures showed and was extremely easy to use. I would definitely rent from him again.

Excellent communication and flexibility. Unless you have a truck I wouldn't look at any other popup as the front deck gives you tons of storage. We were off grid for 3 days and I bet the battery could have lasted for another week running the LED's as normal and the water pump as much as you need.

Upon picking up, there appeared to be no one around. Knocked on doors. We were almost ready to leave when a female came out stating "Sign Paper". I asked if she had the keys and she did not know what I was asking. Andrey was no where around. Poor communication, even after giving him my cell number. I never got his. Good thing I know a bit about trailers. Quick inspection of the trailer showed much damaged. Noted on pick-up form and signed and off we went. This single axle trailer really could use a sway bar. Arriving at out location and setting up, we noticed that the indicator said the black water was full and the grey was half full. Right blinker light was out, and the patio light did not work either. Items misleading to the rental are as follows: No bathroom sink, No CD/DVD Player, No AM/FM Radio, No Fire Extinguisher. As far as clean, my son found a few miscellaneous items under the foam mattresses. The next day I dumped the smelly black water, only to find that it only had a few gallons. Right after dumping the black water guage said 3/4 full. A previous review mentioned the black water issues. It would be nice if Andrey fixed these 2 items. I fixed the 2 light bulbs. Tough call on this review since other reviews suggested this might not be a perfect rental, but we were in a pinch to find a trailer at the last minute. My opinion - I think Andrey is running his trailer business kinda like a puppy mill - wants the money, but doesn't care much about the dogs. Not the worst rental ever, but there is a huge opportunity for improvement on Andrey's part. No one was around to greet us when we returned the trailer.

We had a great experience with Mark’s RV this summer when we came to Portland. We went to the pacific coast and discovered great places. Mark is a very friendly and helpful guy: his explanations are very clear and complete (he even made videos to explain how everything works in the RV). There is a lot of space in the RV: it is perfect for several people. Mark had given us kitchen supplies, towels, bed sheets, cleaning products,... there were even DVD’s and games! We didn’t missed anything. We have nothing else to say but : thank you Mark!!

Matt & Gaye were very easy to deal with. They are good at communicating and making sure you are comfortable and ready to go on departure. The trailer was clean and worked well for our needs. This trailer is easy to tow and back up. Garage/ kitchen outside in the back is perfect for hot days to cook and prep your meals. Lots of areas to store stuff when on the road. Battery and propane lasted for the long weekend we took. Fridge kept things cool even in hot weather. Over all it made our weekend camp trip fun and easy. Would definitely rent again.

Review:

As a business owner this is out of character for me to do reviews like this but we only have 2 weeks to be able to do a review and still going thru the hassle of trying to come to an agreements I had no choice but to leave my negative review because of RV Shares policy. We hope this does not happen to anybody else. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT AS ADVERTSIZED AND THEY ARE KNOW BEING VERY DISHONEST ABOUT THE RETURN OF THE RV. The owner has somebody else to check in and check out and was is very dishonest and I am still waiting on copies of my paperwork that we signed. They added more damage after we signed these papers. This is what I sent to the owner Greg to try and resolve and they are not willing to work with us. Some advise to anybody wanting to rent this RV take pictures and get everything in writing. EMAIL SENT TO OWNER of a few major issues and few minor issues we had that should have been addressed before we rented the RV hoping we can come to an agreement. AS you know before we left the RV was filthy. We spent a couple of hours cleaning it and also taking out all the items that were in the RV and using our own. IE: Coffee pot, blender, toaster is toast, our own plates and utiensils. I sent you pictures prior of the dishes and stove. We wiped down everything including the cabinets. Its being returned cleaner then we got IT. Except for the items we did not use we just put those things back in the trailer. We also found left over clothing ect. I will start off with the major items: I am texting you photos and a video as well: When we left we filled the RV with water and by the middle of the day we were completely out of water this was just from traveling. We noticed a trail of water when we picked up the RV and mentioned it to Jim and he replied it was coming from the hand shower not being closed all the way. When we arrived in late Thurs night to Yellowstone we had no water. In the morning we hooked up the rv to the campsite water and ended up having water pouring out of the bottom of the RV. There was a leak in the drain on the tank; See video texted to you. If it was not for having a plumber on our trip (my husband) this would have basically been a huge problem. He was able to tightened and all the fittings on the tank and as of know they are ok, but I would encourage you to do a thorough check. The second major problem is the tires. The front tires are shot. See photos. This is a huge safety issues. The third major issue is your kitchen sink, its about to fall off see photos. AS for the minor issues, I was told all we really had to do was show up with our clothes and food. Not so much the case: Your adult lawn chairs are broken Lights burned out Toilet paper holder falling off TV’s the bottom bunk DVD doesn’t work major bummer when traveling with 4 kids Generator Quit on us several times Fuses constantly blowing even when plugged in or generator on Blind is falling off over table section Broken step going in Molding coming off all thru out Drawers under table would not stay closed Handle on end of cabinet by sink coming loose The smaller items are things that were advertised to be include but were not. The 3 items above are defiantly items that need immediate attention. We do not feel that the RV we rented was not what we had been told we would be getting. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN RENTING THIS RV VERY DISHONEST AND NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED

We really enjoyed our rental experience with this small class C and with Ryan and Jennifer and their dad. This is a new unit that's in really good shape. What really makes this stand out are all of the extras the family has included with the coach. They really decked this coach out so you can just pick it up and head out on the road. They really thought of everything when stocking the coach and that makes it a much easier experience and an even better value.
