Very nice RV, we used it for a family of 5 and had plenty of space. Outdoor kitchen area is very nice. We enjoyed playing the games that were included as well!
RENTERS BEWARE! TAKE PICTURES OF EVERY DOCUMENT! The RV itself is fine. It is a bit cheap in its construction, but it is a 2013 model after all. Rides great. This review focuses more based on working with the owners. Check out of the RV was fine, we took a test drive and was introduced to all the ins and outs of the RV. We, unfortunately, had a hit and run accident that ate up our entire deductible of $1500, which we obviously needed to pay. What came almost a month after was an additional charge of $411 for additional miles. The owner knew our itinerary, has been there before and wished us a safe trip NEVER INDICATING that our trip would go over the miserly allowance of 100 miles for the ENTIRE TRIP even though we rented the RV for 5 nights. When we returned the RV, we went over the damage from the hit and run and never once did the owners say we went over the mileage allowance and did not communicate with me at all regarding this, even though they had my number and could have called. While surveying the RV after returning it, he had me sign about the damage, not an odometer total. He never gave me copies of these documents, and they are not accessible through RV Share's Dashboard. It was not until a MONTH LATER that I was charged for something I thought was done after already paying for a brand new awning from the hit and run (when it was only an arm of the awning that was damaged, yet they got an entirely new awning). Aside from this interaction, the RV works fine and I would recommend for VERY SHORT trips, around the block, perhaps.
If a travel trailer could be a 5 Stars this one is it. Fully outfitted, there were three items we forgot to bring, only to find the trailer had them. The other campers would stop by to see how will this trailer was set up, the fully equipped slide out tool boxes, and the bath room towel rack were a hit. In the 10 years of renting travel trailers, this was the best by a long shot.
Very well equipped rental, easy to tow with our jeep. Not the best communication with owner, he was slow to respond and address was wrong for pickup site. We had a good hour delay because we couldn't get a hold of him.
Really great experience, from initial rental communication to final check out. RV was very clean and well stocked, instructions for set up and use were clear and easy to follow, even for someone who had never towed/used a trailer before. Great Experience!
Trailer was as described and ready to go. Ollie worked out perfectly for our labor day weekend. Jason was extremely helpful and made our first time pulling a trailer a breeze.
Great rental! Trailer was nice and had everything we needed. Nigel was flexible on pickup and return times.
My wife, friends and I had a blast with this trailer. We towed it from Beaverton to Newport with no problems. The owners are very flexible and easy going. Will rent from them again!
Owner was really easy to work with and had great communication. The trailer pulled great behind my 2012 F150 and wasn't too wide to see around with my factory mirrors. Everything inside and out worked as it should. Perfect amount of space for two people, but could sleep two adults and two kids if needed.
Great people and great camper! Transaction was smooth and no issues! Highly recommend!!!!
Brandan was extremely helpful - both his responsiveness before and after. He got back to me like NO other RV owner that we contacted. He went the extra yard checking to see if my vehichle loading was right for pulling his trailer/RV. He made suggestions to make the vehicle more compatible, and when there was an unforeseen problem at the last minute, he came up with an alternate that worked fabulously. He is a man of his word in all directions and it was truly a joy working with him, and camping in his wonderful 2019 Wildwood RV
Lindsay is a very kind person to work with. Everything worked well with the trailer and she did a great job of showing me how everything works.
Terrible! we had had trouble turning on the refrigerator on the propane setting but finally got it going. Then one hour after we loaded our food in, we found a mess of sugar ants had invaded. We had to throw out anything that wasn't sealed. Ants were everywhere on the counter and even in the front closet where the table is stored. The generator stank up everything. We smelled deisel when it wasn't turned on. We returned the RV after 24 hours because we were so disgusted and uncomfortable and unable to eat or store food because of the ants. A terrible experience.
Adam was great and so was the trailer. It was new, well stocked and clean. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because the trailer is listed as a 30 foot trailer, but that includes the tongue. The bedroom was a bit tight, but I WOULD RENT AGAIN FROM ADAM AS HIS COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSES WERE QUICK AND THE TRAILER WAS AWESOME.
Shannon was great to rent from. Super responsive, listing was accurate, check in / check out was quick and thorough. Would highly recommend renting her RV!
Mindy and Howard are great to work with. They answered any questions I had before and during my rental promptly and also ensured that we had everything we needed. They were very flexible and worked with me on the delivery and pickup time for the RV. The RV was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed sleeping quarters and TV with an array of DVD options. I appreciated private “master suite”. It was also very convenient having an indoor shower and TWO toilets. Mindy was so considerate, she filled the tanks with water and made sure the fridge and freezer was cold upon arrival so I was able to transfer all my perishable items directly from my car into the fridge. All the extra amenities in this trailer made my family’s stay in Oregon so comfortable. I highly recommend the Fun Hunter! You won’t be disappointed.
Rick is an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, helpful, and easy-going. More than willing to work with us on our requests. The camper was exactly as advertised, in good condition, and large (for a popup). (A few minor issues as you might expect for a 10 year old popup, but nothing that will at all interfere with your camping enjoyment.) Our family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 children found the sleeping accommodations very roomy. An enjoyable experience all around. CAVEAT: Pay attention to Rick's picture of his wiring connector. If your vehicle does not have the "7 blade" style connector, you WILL need an adapter, or no trailer lights! (Cops won't like this... neither will your fellow motorists...) This camper is too large for following drivers to easily see your tow vehicle's lights.
A wonderful experience renting! The extra chairs and tent were so helpful. Everything was comfortable and worked well. Thank you again!
Duane was fantastic in explaining the camper to me. He included a solar panel which was awesome for keeping the power on during my trip. Very comfortable and nothing more than I needed for the trip! Thank ypou Duane!
We had a great five night stay in the trailer! Lance and Keiko dropped off and picked up for us and did a great job getting the trailer into a tight spot. Trailer is spotless! AC worked great on a 100F day. Perfect size for a couple.
It was a pleasure renting from this family. They were extremely helpful with every question and problem we had pop up. They delivered and picked up the trailer, it was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely rent again!
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trailer to rent will be renting from him again in the future
excellent experience, owners are very communicative and helpful from end-to-end and their RV is beautifully maintained and perfect/comfortable for up to 4 people.
Will was a great host! Rv was super clean and any questions we had will was a text away with quick response. The nicest rv I have ever been in! TVs everywhere and had everything I needed it felt like I was at right at home. 10/10
