We were new to this and Triet did a great job of explaining everything before we hit the road. Easy to drive and easy to hook up. We had a great time and will definitely do it again!
Picking up was supper easy and Dan was flexible with both pick up and drop off times. Unfortunately Dan wasn’t able to be there for the pick up but I have done this before so it wasn’t as Necessary as it may have been for someone else. Spoke with Dan on the phone and went over the previous damage and any concerns that either of us may have had. While my family and I were out camping, this RV worked great! Lots of amenities and little extras he has in the trailer makes things supper helpful! I forgot Folding chairs, along with an ax and hatchet, no worries he has them in the rv! Tools, yup they are in there too. Along with a few other things you may need! My four kids, parents along with my wife and i slept in this trailer, so the size was perfect! Dan was supper helpful and the trailer was great! I will be looking to rent again when I come back into town for sure!
Incredible! Our first time renting an RV & this one was perfect. Owners are very helpful & knowledgeable. Has 4 sleeping areas large enough for 4 adults.
Paul and his wife were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible with pick up and drop off times. The RV was stocked with many items. Our little family had a great camping trip. We will definitely be renting from Paul again.
This was a great trailer at a great value. A little less expensive than a hotel, and a way more fun experience!
jenni and her husband were very easy to work with and flexible. they arrived on time to set up everything with all the great nice touches including cute outside lights; they RV was very comfortable and we all had great sleeps; it is fully stocked! we absolutely loved our weekend
Great to work with. Perfect size rv for us. They were very helpful and convenient location from PDX.
This is a great rPod and hauls really easily. We were towing with a 2019 Honda Odyssey without any problem. Maksim made the pick up and drop of easy and was able to accommodate flexible timing for both that worked well for my schedule. The unit was clean and everything worked great while we were on our trip. I would definitely rent again! Thanks, C
Very responsive and really great to work with. Owners did a great job walking through the trailer and how to use everything. Trailer worked awesome for the family and would rent it again.
The steps in to the vehicle were missing, making it hard to get in and out of the RV. There was only one plate. It was a nice enough vehicle, but more honesty upfront and a step stool that allowed for easier entry and exit would have been appreciated.
We had a great time with Ollie. Perfect size to tow with my truck and big enough for my wife and our two dogs.
Dishonest and unresponsive owner. Everything seemed fine until after we returned from the trip. During pick-up I noticed extensive cosmetic damage and scratches all over the outside of the trailer and some scratches on the inside; like someone had driven this trailer through thick brush. I pointed out everything i could see to the owners representative and took extensive photos of all the damage, prior to taking possession. On the first night of the trip we realized the battery was bad, so we made a trip back to town and bought a new deep cycle battery, which operated great for the rest of the trip. The cost was a little over $100. Not too big of a deal. The owner responded via text message that she would be happy to refund the cost of the battery. Once we got home and dropped the trailer off at the drop-off location, that's when the trouble started. I got a message from the owner that we had caused a number of scratches. Luckily i had photos that proved the damage was there prior to taking possession. The next day was more of the same; she indicated her representative had found more damage that he was sure was not there prior to my trip. I had photos that proved that damage was pre-existing also, and after a number of back and forth discussions, and having to zoom in and guide her with specificity to the areas of my photos that showed the pre-existing damage, she finally agreed that i had not caused the damage they had claimed. In the couple of months since then, I have repeatedly requested to receive reimbursement for the money I spent on the battery, but have not gotten a response. I reached out to RV Share and they attempted to reach the owner, but said she was non-responsive and that i was on my own to try to collect the money directly from the owner. Part of the problem is that the owner lives in Olympia and stores her trailer in a back-woods location outside of Vancouver, WA. Stay away from this owner. It's unclear to me whether she was intentionally trying to make me pay for pre-existing damage, or whether there is just a disconnect between the owner and her representative who I discussed all the pre-existing damage with prior to taking possession. Either way, I am out the money for the battery i purchased for her trailer and she appears to have no intention of making me whole on it, like she said she would. Very dishonest.
Ken was awesome to deal with ! Made the experience so easy , we enjoy the weekend at the coast with a awesome place to stay in!
This is a very cozy, clean and perfect trailer for a getaway weekend. Great communications and very accommodating. would definitely rent again.
Ian was great to work with on pick up and drop off. Trailer was well equipped for camping which made packing much easier. Very nice clean trailer that I would recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing weekend.
This trailer handled and functioned as expected. We had no issues and it was very comfortable. AJ was very flexible and accommodating when scheduling issues came up.
The RV had everything we needed. Justin and Sarah are the sweetest! I would definitely rent it again.
Mike was excellent before, during pickup, and with the return. We were looking for an opportunity to try out different types of motorhomes for a few before purchasing and Thor absolutely served that purpose. It was easy to drive, handle, park, and live in. I'd absolutely recommend Mike and Thor for anyone wanting to do a camping trip out of Eugene.
Trailer was ok - My wife was very disturbed by the blood stains in the mattress pad and Mattress cover - definitely wasn't her she is past that. My wife completely cleaned the trailer before it was returned and that is when she found the blood (owner hadn't wanted us to clean before returning but we look after our stuff and treat other peoples property like we treat our own). The trailer towed poorly from the start when braking down hill and was positively dangerous coming down long winding grades in the eastern part of Washington. Mid trip I noticed one tire about 5lb low (been checking them regularly) put air in and investigated the issues in Twin Falls the next day via an RV Shop, Les Swab and a Machine shop that deals with Trailers - Swab wouldn't fix the puncture due to the wear on the tire and found another tire on the RV de-laminating - I had to buy two new tires - Swab also recommended the tires should be Class D not Class C - Class C have a MAX inflation pressure of 50lb (Recommended inflation pressure stamped on trailer label and a load capacity of 1650lb = 6600lb max load for the 4 tires and advertised DRY weight of RV is 6300lb -- I am glad the over stressed tires didn't blow and roll my $80K truck!! Class D have a Max inflation pressure of 65lb and a load capacity of about 2150Lb each - Math! RVShop recommended that the uneven wear should be checked and the machine shop found the rear axle 1/2 inch out of alignment causing a pigeon toe wear on the tires - makes downhill braking sketchy because after that was fixed it tows great. First time with an RV but I have towed many large trailers (four place snow mobiles, big boats and have a commercial heavy truck license) this thing was suffering from owner maintenance neglect who was only paying attention to the cosmetics. The extension hose for the sewer dump was a sprinkler (VERY GROSS) only used that once for a dump the plastic was rotten. the owner was given Swab Reports and old tires (I paid for the axle align) and he offered immediately to pay for the tires via Venmo I don't have that so we left with the agreement that he would reimburse me the $262 for the tires as soon as I sent him a Venmo link - did that and he decided not to honor his agreement and claims that the screw that caused a slow leak on one day which was reinflated until it was possible to fix it caused all 4 tires to be past their wear limits - HUH!! wouldn't recommend doing business with this guy.
Renting Amy's RV was an awesome experience. Very responsive throughout the whole process. The RV was in EXCELLENT condition and everything worked perfectly. There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and we had plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable for our 8 day trip in Oregon. We would definitely rent from Amy again!
