Was our first time renting an RV and using RVshare. Darin was very helpful when I goofed up on a couple of items in reserving the RV. Was a bummer for our daughter who wanted to watch DVD's on the RV tv. We had to use generator to do that when we stopped. Other than that, had a great time, the RV is stocked with a lot of items to use on a trip. The RV was very clean and comfortable. Thanks Darin for a wonderful memory trip.

Upon pick up, outside of trailer was filthy. It was dusk and inside lights did not work (dead battery) so couldn't see inside well enough to access but my feet stuck to the floor from a soda that exploded and never was cleaned up. Owner mopped floor. When I got home with trailer, the next morning started to load it and realized it was never cleaned inside. Soda was everywhere on table & bench seating and floors were still sticky. The fridge was dirty and the toilet was dirty along with urine on floor below toilet. It was gross. The tool to wind the jacks was missing so I could not stabilize unit. Bedding in bunk area not cleaned and guests complained of it smelling. Owner's wife shared that husband did not clean the unit after they had returned home. She came and cleaned unit prior to our departure. There were broken important parts on unit. Black tank handle missing, front door outside lock missing so door can't be held open. Owner explained the unit stocked with dishes but our first morning camping we had hot coffee but no coffee cups and had to buy them at gift shop. We returned the unit cleaner than we received it even after wife cleaned it and I washed off outside of trailer because it's the right thing to do. The owner was non responsive to text after wife cleaned unit. I had to contact RVshare to find out why my deposit had not been released. Our opinion, the owner is clueless as to how to care and maintain his trailer and he's in it just to get some $$ not to ensure the renter has a good experience.

This was a stinking nightmare, pun intended... No really. These folks are new RV owners so they are not well versed in RV maintenance. When we arrived to our destination, (out in the boonies, no cell service, nearest dump station was over an hour away) we parked, unhooked, leveled the trailer, got all situated, finally went inside to get ready for bed and holy crap, literally crap - the trailer smelled like POOP! The gray tank and holding tank were almost completely full.. So the entire way to our destination poop is splashing around and ripening the smell of doo-doo. Anyone who has an RV knows this is not a good thing to do especially in the heat.. This holding tank had been sitting in 100 degree weather full of poop for who knows how long, just cooking. They mentioned to us that when cleaning the tank they just put a hose in the toilet while releasing the opening to the tanks to empty them. From what I know is that you need a wand, and its important to really douche the tank out.. Anyways, that was a crappy situation.. I mentioned this to Mona, when we went into town for some groceries. She apologized and asked if we could go dump it, we decided that if we felt like packing back up and driving over an hour back where we came from that we might do that, I mean if we get the chance.. After getting back to the campsite Mona continues to message me, and I do not have service so I did not get the messages and I am obviously therefore not able to reply. She continues to message me several times throughout the stay without getting a reply from me. At one point my phone got service and the incoming text messages made the single beep text tone become a ringtone of non stop beeping.. I message her on a phone with a different cell service to let her know I got her messages and to text me here because my phone isn't getting service. She asks when we will be back and I let her know that we were up late the night before and we will be late returning the trailer.. I told her we needed to clean it up and that we would have everything done and she wouldn't have anything to worry about, the trailer would be ready for the next renters the following day, but she was worried because she needed to wash the bedding before they came... She continued to blow up my phone which I had set down while I got to cleaning the trailer. I was literally on my knees cleaning the floor, making sure it was spotless, better than I found it. You could have eaten off the floor.. Well we returned the trailer, and Mona was pissed we were so late. We gave them $100 first thing apologizing for being late, and then paid for items we used, and the generator. She then says well you need to pay the late fee, its $200. My fiancé says that's more than the daily rental rate. She smirks and says "Uh huh". He said "what did you just make this all up right now?" She says "Ya" If you notice the late fee says that it will not exceed the daily rental of $130 on the rental terms. This woman squeezed $1000 out of us for I believe it was 5 or 6 days.. She is a complete scammer. I would never use her again, I would never recommend her, and I would leave negative 5 stars if I could..

Review:

Adorable trailer and exactly as the listing promised. This trailer was easy to tow and incredibly easy to mange/maneuver. Very clean, and Shannon's instructions were spot-on and easy to follow. We used this w/out hook-ups for a 3-day camping trip - and was the perfect alternative to a tent for our family of 3. We made the mistake of not 'moving in' to the trailer better (i.e. filling the cabinets and drawers) before we left, which caused a lot of clutter at bed time. But, once we unpacked our boxes and bags at our camp site, it was much better. If you will be using this on battery more than 2 or 3 days, I'd highly recommend renting the generator too; we did not get it and the battery died shortly after we returned home (thankfully we could plug in). I would definitely rent this trailer again.

This is the perfect RV to rent for your vacation. Just as it states it is stocked and ready to go. Just need food and your personal stuff. This was very helpful to us. The owners are very helpful and communicated with us on a regular basis from the time I signed to rent the trailer. The price is reasonable. If your looking for a trailer to rent, stop searching and rent this one. It also has lots of storage.

This was our first time staying in a trailer and experience was phenomenal! Trailer was delivered to our campsite and we were given thorough instructions on use. Trailer was very clean and owner (Gary) provided all of the necessities plus extras. We stayed at the Oregon coast and even though days were warm it gotten very cold at night, lucky for us we were able to kick in the heater and sleep comfortably. We were really happy with the trailer and the entire communication we had with Gary. I highly recommend going through Gary for your next trip!
