This was the worst experience ever! 1st he lied!Told us his lot got broke into and the coach, which you show, was messed with and he couldn't guarantee if everything worked, the generator had been messed with. Because of that, he was offering us his "personal" RV. We agreed, that was a complete lie! We also learned he rented the OMG RV to someone else that drove it to las vegas. We went from 07 class A to an 05 class C, it was filthy, the toilet was full, there were 4 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons and 1 knife. Hard to serve 4 people. Told us we needed small green propane, it required large tank, pretty crazy for being a personal coach! One of the blinds in dining area would not stay up. As our trip went on and things didn't work, it caused more tension. We started out laughing, but as time went on, we all became more irritable. We are fun positive people, so it is not like we started out grumpy. I believe Jim knew that and thought he got away with it. On day 3 went to roll down driver's window to take picture, the whole window dropped down in the door. We had to drive 300 miles home with window down! Needless to say Jim is avoiding us, sent a friend to deal with us. Wouldn't meet us to drop off key, had us leave the keys. We have contacted our credit card company. We were so excited. RVshare should not represent Jim Wills. We have not ONE positive thing to say about our experience. Our daughter and son in law did enjoy seeing NM.
This was our first time renting an RV. We have experience with using one with family and friends only. Jonathan made this transaction the best experience ever! He was great with the setup of the rental and was the most helpful and accommodating you could hope to encounter. His RV was amazing and he has thought of EVERYTHING to keep you prepared for your travel. We would/will rent from him again!
Sure, the RV isn't the latest, but everything worked during our trip. The size was wonderful for my family (4 adults and one child). I can't believe the last review because Jim was very friendly and helpful. And also the handover in Las Vegas operated without problems. I would rent this RV one more time :-)
We both thoroughly enjoyed our week-long rental of Ms. Mousey. Cristella put a lot of advanced thinking into outfitting her with all the creature comfort-- we wanted for nothing during our week out. Dave gave us a very good introductory orientation and a couple of really good restaurant recommendations when he heard where we were headed. Ms. Mousey performed really well on the road, even on U-turns, and showed plenty of gusto when the going was steep. We found we had enough room for the two of us (but if you are over 6’2" or 6’3”, you may bonk your head a couple of times). Dave and Cristella made themselves available in case of any emergencies, but we didn’t have any. We’d recommend having a look at the online video tutorial for 2012 Itasca Reyo on YouTube (they’ll give you a link to it), we found it useful to watch before arriving to pick her up. Also, take a little time to review the Alpine NAV-60 navigation system before you drive off. Have fun!
Great RV. better than expected experience. Was perfect for our needs. The master bed was more comfortable than my own bed. The football was a particular hit with my kids. Great wide open area to hang out. Also the movie collection was big surprise. We will be renting this unit again.
First thing, I was called the day before I was to pick up the camper and asked what time I'd like to pick it up. I gave them an approximate time and arrived a little after that time (40 minutes to be exact) to find the gates and office locked. I called the number and got nothing but attitude from the girl on the other end of the line about arriving a little later than the time I told them and how busy she was and what an inconvenience this is for her. Never once was I told that if I don't show up exactly when they thought I'd be there I would be charged a $90 late pickup fee. Which was just the first BS additional charge I received. I got the camper with the black tank 1/3 full from whenever the last time this camper was rented. Therefore, after towing it to the campground and the sewage being shaken up the camper was almost uninhabitable due to the smell, and this lingered the whole time we had the camper. Awesome right!? We used the camper to sleep in, nothing else, and cleaned it prior to returning it. A couple days later I get a notification that my security deposit is being taken for "damages, cleaning fee, late pickup fee and lost keys fee." I am 100% positive we did not damage a thing and returned the camper in the same condition we received it. As for the keys, those were returned a couple days later. Honest mistake. All in all this has felt like a total scam from a horrible "rental shop." I 100% do not recommend renting from this shop in Farmington, NM.
This was our first Class C rental. Overall it was a good experience, rental process and communication was smooth, I would rent your RV again!
Excellent experience with this Airstream and ownership. They went out of their way to meet me to pick it up, gave a detailed & complete run down on the operation of the unit. The unit was clean and had everything one needs to have a great trip. I would recommend this unit and will rent it every time we want to go out of town on an RV trip.
Ken was a pleasure from start to finish with this experience. The RV was actually nicer then I even thought from the pictures- he keeps it super clean! I always felt like if I had a problem I could reach out to him. Ken make sure literally every detail was taken care of with our trip even provided waters and a few groceries! They don't make many people like Ken- there should be more Ken's in this world. If your clicking looking around at all the RVs stop and just book this you can't go wrong.

This review is a bit late as we took this trailer camping at the beginning of July. Ken was fantastic to deal with! Communication was easy and he replied promptly. This trailer is extremely nice and my 1/2 ton F150 pulled it with ease. Ken set up the hitch and helped me figure out how do it myself making for a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend renting from Ken, you will be very happy with your choice.
The worst experience I've ever had. Your company should definitely fire renters how don't go through with the contract. We had plans to enjoy a family vacation for the 4th of July and we tried to rent a nice RV. We decided go with RV SARE, because we didn't want any surprises, unfortunately we choose one RV from Jim. We used the credit card, paid deposit and everything. A day before the trip, Jim called us and said he couldn't rent us the RV we wanted. He offer another one, old and ugly, instead of the one we paid for. Of course we didn't acept and we didnt get to go on our vacation. After that, we waited more than a month for RV SHARE to give us our money back. And the most annoying thing is that we never found any phone number to call to ask someone to help us. Please pay attention to this kind of stuff, specially if you put your money in advanced and nobody can respond for that.
All of our needs were met. The owners are very nice. We had a fun and memorable experience. Would do it again!
Ok where to start. We were supposed to pick trailer up at 8:30am on Friday the 11th. Owners partner didn't show up till 10am to deliver trailer to us! When he finally arrived we stated the owner recommended we use his sway bars while towing trailer but the man delivering trailer said he don't know how to use(hookup) the sway bars and they were not needed. It was quite windy and wasn't so steady down the road without the sway bars. Ok so we arrive at camp site and start to set up camp. What's the first thing we notice? It hasn't even been cleaned since last use. Upon cleaning we notice a yellow pull handle on the floor and didn't really think about it UNTIL we attempted to start generator. Guess what? The yellow pull handle is the broken pull cord to start the generator.!! Well thankfully my uncle is savvy with that kind of stuff and repaired the pull cord and nope it will not fire up. So we wer sent out in a camper with no power!! It is believed the spark plug was fouled. Yup a rainy weekend in a camper without power. So to say the least I'm not impressed with my experience with the rental what so ever! I'd expect I should be entitled to some sort of partial reimbursement due to the facts stated above. Come on now a trailer with no power!!! That's crazy if you ask me!! Also I think the tank meters are not working properly. We stopped at the Koa campground in romeroville nm on our way home to dump sewage tanks and the meter read empty. When we arrived at drop off location we did one last run through of trailer and realized that in fact the sewage(black) tank was still 3/4 full. So we had to go 20miles to the nearest dump site and pay another 10$ to drain and flush out the tanks for a second time.
Doug was great and easy to work with making this rental a perfect fit for our camping adventures. The Airstream experience was great and we look forward to renting her again on future trips.
This was my first experience with renting an RV. The RV share site was easy to use! The rental process from start to finish was painless. Ken was very thorough and easy to do business with! I will definitely be going back to him for future rentals in New Mexico.
This was our first trailer rental as well as the first time we towed a trailer and it could not have gone better! The trailer was immaculate and Ken was over-the-top helpful. He thought of everything that we might need while camping, right down to a cheese grater and a Keurig! His turn-key package will provide you with everything you need so you don't need to worry about packing anything outside of your own toiletries, pillows, entertainment, clothes, and food. Also, he graciously spent all the time that was required to teach us all about the trailer and how to maximize the benefits of its extensive amenities. His focus was 100% on us having a great vacation with no problems or distractions. Mission Accomplished! I would rent from Ken again without hesitation.
Taking this 2018 Jayco Envoy with me on my family vacation was a fun adventure. The RV had all you really needed to have a great experience, and we definitely had that! Our family had a great place to recharge and enjoy time together.
I rented Ms. Mousy to surprise my boyfriend on his birthday with an impromptu camping escapade to Colorado. Not having driven an RV before, I was pleased with how easy she was to handle and operate. David and Cris left no stone unturned...everything one could possibly need was neatly wrapped and stored for ultimate convenience including an outdoor carpet/mat, chairs, small propane grill, hand mixer, toaster, waffle iron, and so much more! You can tell a lot of thought went into the placement of everything to leave more than ample storage space for our belongings. What an amazing trip we had and I look forward to renting Ms. Mousy again, but next time I won't return so soon!
We will never do business with the likes of RVshare, Fam2Fam or Jim Wills (if he really exists) again and we gave an overall customer satisfaction rating of "zero" when we arrived back in Albuquerque on Saturday July 8, 2017...we will certainly pass the word to everyone we know about the horrible experience...our daughter is a Facebook member and since she took part in this trip will use social media to emphasize getting the word out...we are hurt and feel terribly cheated out of the money we spent on such a terrible experience...our confidence level is very low that this information will get to a human...the only person we know exists in this whole sham of a business is "Kurt" who continued to say how sorry he was about "all this"...we should have cancelled the trip after we showed up on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 to a RV with an inside temperature of over 105 degrees and a generator with an "over crank" light illuminated already before we left the pick up location...if this company really cared about customer satisfaction, you will make available a real person to talk to and a way of communicating the list of unsatisfactory examples of how horrible this situation was for my family...was promised a "refund" by Kurt on Monday, July 10, 2017 but nothing yet...sent a text to Kurt today to inquire about the delay in the refund to find out he no longer works for the Jim Wills and to contact him...great now the only real person we know in this whole chaotic episode cannot help us and we are to contact the person who does not reply to text messages or voicemails...if there was an "other" overall rating position I would mark that one because it was far less than the "one" star marked...by the way, a total refund of our money is not good enough for the horrible experience we endured...we feel this review will just be another unhappy customer and nothing will be done to ensure no other customer has to deal with Jim Wills and Fam2Fam...we never set foot in the 2007 Class A Southwind but a 2009 Class C Chateau with 100,510 miles on it (how could that be interrupted as a "very low mileage vehicle" as advertised in the brochure...there are so many more details of how horrible this experience was...Jim Wills is yet to talk with us...we had to leave text messages and voicemails but he never returned a call or replied to a text...professionally he is totally unprofessional...Kurt kept telling us that Jim is such a great guy and we would like him and that might be if we ever met him but as a business person his rating is a zero and there is nothing to like about how he handled this whole situation...575.317.4551 is my husband's number and mine is 575.317.9419...give us a call...
We had a really fun trip across Arizona, however we picked a hot week to rent an RV! Dave & Cristella are wonderful people and so nice to rent from. Communication before and during the rental was excellent. I made several calls during the trip to ask questions and each call was handled quickly and with great patience. Very much appreciated especially since we are new to RV's. The RV itself was in good shape and well maintained, a bit complex with all the features but we figured most of it out just fine.
