doug was very easy to deal with. he made sure that all my needs were met. he also made sure that the RV was clean and to my liking. he checked up on me a few times to make sure that i had no issues and that the unit was in tip top shape ( which it was ). you can tell that he took pride in his RV ! he checked the oil and tires in front of me to make sure i was in perfect shape for the open road! THANKS DOUG !!!!!
Great RV experience for our first time. Justin and Mandy were very responsive and helpful before and during our trip.
Great working with Steve very very accomadating on pick up and drop off time. Also appreciate that they are pet friendly as our dogs are our family
Great rental and I will say I would change my vacation dates if it meant not being able to rent from Ken. Awesome person.
Josh was very professional and the RV was perfect our group! Thanks for the great service!
RV Share, We regretfully write this email after a difficult experience with Tina and Marko’s Thor Hurricane RV. My friend Mac and I arrived to pick up the RV in Reading at 2:45 pm on Friday October 26th and Marko arrived shortly after us. Tina arrived shortly after that to check in another customer. Upon walk through Marko apologized for the broken dinette table that was unable to become a bed because the previous customers were rough on the RV and broke the dinette/bed, awning, driver fan and door to the back bedroom. He also apologized for the loudness of the heating unit before turning it on and then turned it on for a minute for us to notice the loudness. We told him that it was unacceptingly loud and that the broken dinette / bed was a big deal as well. He acknowledged them being a big deal but said they figured we would have still rented it even if they forewarned us by a few days. He said I could can for a full refund and we thought about it but were in Reading to pick it up at 3 pm with 6 people ready to go. I said you should have given us that information when you had it and we may not have taken it but right now we will still take it. After a brief discussion (in the RV) Mac and I decided to still take it after checking the weather and seeing lows in the low 40s and thinking we could endure it without much heat if we started the RV once in a while to get the heat from the front. Marko thought this was a good solution as well if the sound was unbearable. He mentioned working out a partial refund for our inconveniences and we said that sounded reasonable. Marko said that him and Tina talked about it and because we were a party of 6 and not 7 or 8 they decided not to call us to see if we wanted to cancel because of the issues with the bed and heat. My friend Mac was leaving with his daughter in a rental car to the Philly airport and my wife Stephanie and our two boys were leaving separately to go home after drop off on Sunday. So what were we to do when faced with an unbearably loud heater and broken bed on arrival? This isn’t even mentioning a few other secondary issues like the door to the back bedroom that was apparently broken by the previous group also. As a result there was no privacy to the back and you had to hold the broken part out of the way when opening and closing the back extender so it wouldn’t get stuck. He told us about this upon initial walkthrough. Marko and Tina both said they were sorry for not telling us sooner but said that we didn’t think we would have canceled because of those issues so that is why we didn’t tell you ahead of time. So we took it with trepidation. Literally minutes into our trip, my 12 year old son and Mac’s 11 year old daughter were playing cards while seatbelted at the table and it fell off and smashed to the floor as I was driving. Mac picked it up and tried to put it back but it swayed loosely and we were unable to ever secure it as a table again. We never used the table again and were already aware it was broken as a bed so we left that area off limits for the entire weekend which was a shame because it is a large area that is supposed to be a dinette and bed. We used the empty space for coats and paper towels and we still sat in the bench seats without the table there. We saw loose broken screws at the base and where the table connects so it looks as though the previous renters smashed into it and broke it and Tina and Marko said it was okay as a table but not a bed but in actuality it was fully broken not just the documented broken bed. He told us the previous people were very rough and did a lot of damage they did not have time to fix before we came like the bed portion of the bed/dinette, the back sliding door, driver fan (which is a safety issue because the large window kept fogging up and the fan would have helped while driving), awning (which was duck taped) and dents in the side. Marko acknowledged the loudness and he apologized for it before turning it on. It was unbearably loud. This recording of the loudness from early Saturday morning. It was the same loudness upon check in as it was during this sample and during the entire trip. It was acknowledged by Marko as being very loud. A few hours after this recording, the heat stop working completely. We reported this and the broken table to Tina on Saturday morning. We didn’t even bother calling to try and get the heat working again because it was so unbearably loud and wasn’t putting out proper heat at all anyway. Two neighbor RV groups complained about the loudness on Saturday morning and we said we wouldn’t run it at night again so we didn’t mind that it completely stopped working. We started the RV every few hours but essentially endured a very cold RV for two nights and a very loud RV for the first night. Tina apologized again upon the drop-off walk through and they both said everything looked fine. They thanked us for stripping the beds and putting the towels and sheets in piles. She said she would look into a possible refund for me and even though we were upset, they were apologetic. They said nothing about damage to the table or water damage caused by us while we were there. We did no water damage in anyway and we did nothing to break the table. The table/bed had been smashed into and broken as a bed by the previous group. We did nothing but had two kids sitting at the table and it crashed off and was flimsy when we tried to put it back. We never used it as a bed or a table for the entire trip. We can’t even say it broke from normal where and tear. She is saying we broke it by trying to use it as a bed. We slept uncomfortably in three groups of 2 (even though only 1 couple went) and are accused by here of using it like a bed. These are total lies. Maybe the previous group after smashing into and breaking it, tried to use it as a bed. Those scratches that she is pointing out were already there and were not caused by us. She is trying to charge us for something she should be giving us a discount for. The makes no sense and she won’t get away with it. We did nothing at all to cause water damage or a broken table and we should get our security deposit released back to us right now. You should also be aware that Tina and Marko knowingly rented us an RV with an unusable heating system and bed. They told us these things upon pickup. If they would have told us sooner, even by a day or two, we wouldn’t have taken. We weren’t looking forward to the heavy rains, wind and cold that were expected and happened. We caused no water damage and anything she is referring to, again she never mentioned it to us when we were there and they conducted their walkthrough because there was no wet spots anywhere and no damage caused by us. These are lies that she made up after the fact that have no basis. David Christofides 610 733 5121
Rick was super flexible with pick up and drop off. Fully explained everything. Will definitely consider renting from him again.
Willie rents a great RV. He was fantastic with support during trip (very fast to respond by text). EXCELLENT value since he includes generator costs and unlimited mileage. He even gave us tables and chairs to take with us!
Mark and Alicia (owners) were very helpful in the whole rental process. This was our very first experience in renting, driving, and traveling with an RV. We wanted to try something different as a vacation, and traveling with your own "motel room" certainly does that. If this is something that you have been thinking of trying, Mark and Alicia are wonderful to work with.
We had a great experience working with Ken and had a phenomenal time with the RV over the weekend!! Highly recommend Ken and the Memory Maker!!!
Had a great weekend with the Motor Home. Lots of room for the grand-kids. Looking forward to another weekend.
Great layout on this RV trailer-- plenty of space, clean, tidy, supplied with everything we needed and everything worked well. I used it as a base for a work-week and definitely will rent again if available. Timothy is super at communication and even had double checked all was working before we arrived. We had him deliver and i felt very happy upon seeing the camper ready to go for us. Thanks again!!
What a great experience. Joe was great to work with. He was very accessible throughout the entire process and very accommodating. The RV was in great shape! We would definitely rent this RV from Joe again.
Annabella was extremely professional and helpful with renting her Rv to us! It was our first time renting and rv and Annabella made sure it was easy and stress free. She taught us how to use everything and answered the phone right away at least 5 times while we were away and had questions! She even accommodated our pick up and drop of preferred times. The Rv (Thor) had everything we needed come with the rental from camp fire tools, to chairs, to inside cooking utensils etc. The price was below expected and I would highly Reccomend this Rv and owner to anyone who is looking for an all in complete easy trip with an easy to drive powerful, fun Rv! Can’t wait to rent Thor again!
Very easy to tow and set-up. This 29’ Prowler had all the essentials (beds, facilities) for our first RV experience. Jennifer and her husband were easy to coordinate and thoroughly explained the (electric, water, sewage) hook-ups and towing process. So we had an easy time towing to our RV site and setting up. She also loaned us a few camping chairs during the rental. On the 2nd night, we had a hard rain that sounded louder in an RV than a home. Also, the queen bed was harder than we were accustomed. Hey, this was our first RV trip! Since we had a longer trip to make, we decided that we needed to return the RV 2 nights early. Jenn was understanding and we had no issues with the return. She asked RVShare to refund us for the unused nights.
The owner was very responsive and the RV was as described. No problem with the RV during trip. Defenetly a trustable and recommendable rental !
Ed was a great guy to deal with. He was very thorough with teaching me all workings over the rig until I was comfortable on my own. The rig itself was very clean and in great shape. I was impressed at how well it drove. Wouldn't think twice about renting again! Thanks Ed
Abner and Sarah Jane were wonderful to work with - they were very responsive and made all of the logistics very easy! The RV is well-equipped and very spacious. I would certainly recommend!
Chris & Heather were Great to work with! What few questions we had after getting the camper were answered by phone immediately and satisfactorily. They were extremely helpful in providing us a rental that fit our needs when another rental fell through and worked with our needs. Highly recommend and Will definitely use them again when in the area. Thanks, guys
This was a great size for my husband and I for our weekend getaway. Big enough for the two of us but small enough that we could get into regular parking lots. I was surprised how quickly the stove was able to boil water when I made dinner. The full size fridge was nice to have although we didn't fill it on our short trip. We didn't have a need to use the oven, but the microwave worked fine once we reseated the plate (glass plate shifted while we were driving I think). Thanks Steve!
Great camper and Bryan could not have been more wonderful! Answered all of our many questions timely and in detail. Camper was exactly as advertised. Would absolutely rent from him again. In fact, we're already planning our next trip. Highly recommend!
Great Trailer, awesome layout with plenty of space to move around. Kids loved the bunkhouse in the rear. Great people to deal with too.
First time renting RV experience was very good and John was very helpful and flexible with pickup and drop-off RV was brand new an Immaculate inside and out highly recommend this RV.
Unfortunately, the RV I booked was under repair. Rich was nice enough to swap out his personal RV for our trip. However, it was bigger than I originally wanted to drive (35') and it was older than the model I had booked. Some parts of the RV did not work properly during our trip (radio, backup/side cameras, some outlets). Never was able to pick up tv reception with antenna but the apple TV saved us thanks to my brother having his YouTube TV account available. Communication was good but sometimes delayed. Drop-off was a little delayed but it was understandable. Overall, the RV was nice and Rich was helpful. It just wasn't the unit I booked and it didn't work exactly the way I expected.
Owners a pleasure to deal with and very helpful with pick up, drop off and providing information. Vehicle was just as advertised and was perfect for a football weekend.
