Review:

The RV trailer was great. We camped in the Death valley, and overall had a great experience. We towed with their VW toureg without any difficulty and we are grateful that they let us rent it. Most people we met on the campsite were amazed that the SUV could tow the RV. My only suggestion is that they could stock the RV better to enhance the renters experience. My first RV rental was in PA, and it came stocked with all cooking essentials, potable table with chairs, and a table top grill, flashlights, batteries, first aid kit etc, shampoos, lotions.. pretty much anything you could think of. Perhaps they set the expectation very high, cause I was surprised to find that we had to bring some of our own stuff, including few essentials such as cooking oil, a little inconvenient for out of state renters. It also did not have a scrubber for the dishes or a trash can. We were also surprised that one of their LPG cylinders was empty and we were told that this was our responsibility to fill it. The beds were not made, and I had to ask them for additional linen for the table that converts into a bed. We had emailed them about potentially making a potable table and table top grill available, but this was not accommodated. Again, this could be simply because our first RV experience was exceptional and the owner went out of the way to accommodate all our needs. Other than that, great experience overall. The RV is relatively new and pretty functional. The heater works well, we were warm and comfortable at night. The stand up shower is a plus. We saw some amazing places in Death Valley and had a great time with friends.

I had a wonderful first-RV experience. I would definitely recommend. Communication was great and the owners were extremely accommodating and friendly. I had never rented an RV before and I cannot wait to do it again. Based on some of the strict pricing policies around pick-up / drop-off time and generator usage I saw on the website, these owners seemed far and above more interested in making things simple and easy. (Who in their right mind goes on an RV trip that begins at 4pm and ends at 9am??? That's like stealing two whole days from a trip, not to mention forcing rush hour and night time driving). Again - I would absolutely recommend renting this RV. It was clean, ran wonderfully, had everything setup for us, and the interaction with the owners was great.

The experience with this RV was fantastic. We spent 4 nights out camping around Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, etc. perfect fit for 4 adults. Kitchen, bathroom, beds ... everything was comfortable and well placed. Joe explained everything very clearly the first day, and he also gave us some 'instructional' videos of the RV beforehand, which came very much in handy. Joe also provided towels, sleeping sheets and blankets, utensils, plates, soap, ... nothing was missing in this RV! Also very easy to drive if you have driven a medium sized U-haul.

My wife and I took the RV on a 11-day November trip through the Utah national parks. Everything about the experience was great. Joan was very responsive to all my questions before I booked and throughout the process. Pickup was easy, and Joan was very flexible about both pickup and drop-off times. The vehicle drives well -- generally enough power for hills on the interstate, unlike some others I have rented. It has all the basics, plus all the stuff you would probably put in if it was yours -- a complete tool drawer, good kitchen equipment, collapsible chairs, nice bedding. It is on the smaller end of the Class Bs - I am 6 foot tall and I bumped my head a lot. But it was also the cheapest Class B I could find for rent in Las Vegas, so overall it was a great value.

The RV was the perfect size for our family of 4 and well stocked with everything you need for camping. Unfortunately, the battery was low so the generator wouldn't run and we froze for a couple of nights. The owners also do not want you to use the shade pop out so we couldn't hang our outdoor lights. Be careful of their check in and check out times. Evidently we were 20 minutes late on the turn in and early on the pickup and they charged us extra fees out of our deposit. They also charged us a generator fee?? The RV is new and clean and ran like a champ tho.

This was our first experience with RVShare. We had a wonderful trip in Christina's RV to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The space worked really well for our family of four and the RV drove very well. Christina was so easy going and communication was great. She was always ready to answer our questions. We were a little disappointed that the RV wasn't cleaned more thoroughly for our arrival and it did smell of smoking. We also ended up taking a lot of our own kitchen stuff with us as. But I think all of these things are easily fixed and it's definitely a great value for money vacation.

2015 Mercedes Sprinter Leisure Travel / Free Spirit, Seasonal Discount

Review:

This RV was exactly what we sought and needed for our "Grand Circle" trip in UT & AZ. No issues on the road; handled well. Excellent gas mileage. New tires gave peace-of-mind. Owner polled and accommodated our need for a "real" bed, which was memory foam and very comfortable. One issue is that the dump hose was dry rotted (probably original) and broke off on first attempt. There was no resolution on the road, so we could not dump what little black/grey water was in there. Thankfully, the owner reasonably did not charge us for dump fee upon return.

Review:

This was our first time renting an RV. We had an incredible road trip from Vegas through to Utah and back in this rental unit. It was a great way to travel and take in all the state has to offer. The unit was incredibly clean, it smelled so fresh when we picked it up. From the floors to the bedding, towels, etc. we were VERY impressed with the care and attention the owners put into their unit. Being a 2004, it was in great shape. It was relatively easy to use, was well equipped with spices, cooking oil, pots & pans, clean towels and linens. The chairs and table for outside were a nice touch. There was a hammock and sleeping bags too. The BBQ supplied is charcoal style. The instruction manual was handy to reference to make sure we were doing things correctly. One thing to note is that although there is an awning in the pictures, it is broken and not able to be used, it is not actually listed in the text description, but because we saw a picture of it, we just assumed it was part of the unit. We didn't need it because it was cool out when we were traveling, but something to be aware of if travelling in warmer months. We did have some troubles though, the CO2 alarm went off 6 of the 9 nights, and we could not figure out why (even nights with the stove and furnace both off and the RV plugged in, the alarm would go off around 3/4am not allowing us to sleep very well during our vacation). Because we were 8 hours away from the owners location in Vegas, we just dealt with constantly springing out of bed in the middle of the night and pressing the reset button repeatedly until it stopped. Other minor things included a wiper blade broke during our trip- luckily it didn't rain and we didn't need the wipers. A light bulb for the outdoor porch light also wasn't working but there were extra bulbs supplied in the RV so we easily replaced it. Being an older unit, these sorts of things were expected along the way. We let the owners know of the malfunctions when we got back. They are very kind people and seem to take really good care of their RV and were going to look into why the sensor was going off and trying to fix it.

Bryan was extremely helpful and answered his phone anytime I had a question about anything. I was hesitate at first because I've never rented one before. After talking to him and reviewing the trailer It was great. I would definitely do it again and will be renting from Bryan again. He also left new sponges, toiletries, cleaning stuff to make the process excellent. If you have any questions email him and he will respond quickly.

It was a great experience! Everything we thought would be in the camper was as described. Our trip was a logistical challenge and Ciara made it easy for us taking care of the details around drop off and picking up the camper. Huge value for us here! She is a great communicator and we will definitely book with her again.
