Great experience with brand new Forester. It was clean, convenient and everything fitted to my journey. Clint and Lisa is also great. They are very friendly and kind. They also checked and examined RV carefully so that customer can use RV without any issues. Looking forward to renting RV again next summer.

The RV was awesome! My husband is not a camper, so this made his first time quite enjoyable. It’s very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen, even had bedding on the master bed. Everything was in working order and very clean. I chose to have the trailer delivered and set up on a hookup site for a very reasonable fee. The process was smooth and easy. Brian responded to all my communications quickly. Many people asked about the trailer, so you’ll probably be getting a few inquiries. Thanks again!

Overall we had a good experience. This was our first time in an RV and we were fully aware that the price for the camper reflected its' age. Unfortunately there was an issue (from the previous customers) with the vehicle and we had to leave later than planned. As we saw with other campers (from other companies) on our travels, you have to be prepared for possible problems along the way. Our overall impression of this company is very positive and although there was an issue, the company was very friendly and helpful. Maybe some customers would not have had the patience that we had, but it was very clear that they worked very hard to get us on the road as soon as possible. They lived up to their promises, were very friendly and in my opinion were honest and reliable. Booking an RV is not cheap and it is good to know if a company lives up to its commitments. These guys certainly did.

We rented this trailer for a week in Yellowstone. It was towed easily with a 2018 F150. The trailer was comfortable for my wife, myself, and two boys. Everything worked as it should and the process was relatively simple.

Review:

This RV worked out great for my husband and I. We took an uber to Joan's house from Las Vegas airport. This was very easy and affordable. From there Joan was very through in going over all of the instructions of how to, and where everything was located in the camper. She had the bed made, the kitchen and bathroom stocked with paper goods, utensils and the basic spices. She had even prepared of basket of goodies to get us started with food we may need. Coffee, tea, packaged cheese and crackers, cookies, canned soup, etc...AND the entire fridge was stocked full with water!!! In Las Vegas in the summer, you need LOTS of that!! The camper ran well, was comfortable, and fulfilled all of our needs. It was also extremely clean, inside and out and well maintained. When we returned the camper, the only thing Joan asked was that we filled the tank with gas. We did not have to dump the sewer, clean the camper, or replace the supplies that we had used. We took all of our stuff out, and Joan did the rest. What a bonus!! Joan also allowed us to keep our bulky suitcases in her garage while we were gone to give us more storage space. This is a nice perk. She also provided us a ride back to the airport, yet another perk. Overall we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of this rental and would highly recommend this to anyone. Perfect vehicle for 1-2 people.

Scott was an excellent host, very fun and gracious, and even picked my entire family up from the airport! We put almost 2000 miles on a three week trip and had no problems with the RV. It was a good value and a great experience. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect RV for our family. The right size for five. It came nicely equipped with cooking and eating wares, towels, sheets and pillows, miscellaneous food supplies supplies, lawn chairs, a grill, and even a ring toss game. Having all that included made our trip so much easier as we had to fly into Vegas to start our journey. The RV drove very well through the mountains of Nevada, Utah and Arizona and did amazingly well keeping us cool in the hot desert heat. The check out and in was so easy and the rental team very friendly.

Review:

I would never rent from this woman ever again. The pictures did not match what we picked up. The trailer was clean but along with other people that have rented her trailer all said she was late with delivery (either waiting between a few minutes or an hour) because they were either cleaning or doing repairs. That was NOT case for us. When we arrived for pick up she did not answer her door or phone calls for 45 mins. We planned our trip along with 26 people (Portland OR, Nor Call and So NV to Shasta Nat forest) and on a schedule for all of us to meet at the same time. I could not leave on my scheduled time because the Angela finally answered her phone she advised they were working on the trailer and did not know when it would ready. It is a 1 hour drive from my home to hers, I asked when she would be ready and she advised "she would call us when the trailer would be ready, and it was a safety issue" I asked what the safety issue was and she advised she was putting in a new floor, and the propane lines have been replaced (because of the previous renters damaged them). I asked what her lead time would be because my husband and I are in a schedule because of the group we are traveling with. Angela advised me that the rest of our group could leave ahead of us and we could catch up. Well that disappointed myself and my husband. I had to give her a time of 4pm for pick up (I was trying to salvage what time we had to be able to catch up with our group). My husband showed up at 4 pm to do the walk threw and Angela advised my husband if we are going to give her bad a review she would not release the trailer to us (on video), my husband did not respond because we have trip planned (paid in full + deposit) and already waited 4 hours for pick up. Angela did ask what equipment we drove to make sure our truck could support her trailer. Angela advised my husband that the tailer brakes are tight and to pull trailer as loose as possible. We have integrated elect brake system built into our truck. They have a poly (which they had installed 2 months before we rented) elect system. doesn't not talk to a ford, tundra or dodge. The front right brake locked up, Angela blamed us and advised it was because our truck was powerful. our system and hers did NOT talk to each other. We paid out of pocket for a RV mechanic in Barstow Ca $190.00 to look at the trailer and found (for the record we sat at a zero gain) the brake was locking up every time we barley touched the brake. Angela advised via text she would reimburse us for the cost, along with refunding us 50% of the first day. We made it up to Nor cal (736 miles) to our camp site (the brake locked up again) we only had 3 days out if the 5 we had scheduled for the camp. We did leave a day early because we were concerned getting her trailer back to her in a proper condition. Angela did advise us to "cut the Brake a way cable" and her mechanic may have crossed wires when wiring the new brake system on her trailer ( I have all text and emails) but let her know what the RV trailer repair shop says in Redding. Well that is when we found out it was no fault of our own (Our truck and her trailer would not talk to each other the way it was wired, also we did hook up a tundra, Dodge and a F250) but Angela stated it was our fault. We did get our deposit back, we did return her trailer back to her on the contracted time and location and she was not present for the return. We also sat at her home waiting for over 1/2 hr for the return walk threw before she advised she was not home or available to do do. The trailer does NOT look like the pictures on line. Exterior has oxidation, no decals, interior is clean, but the window coverings the blinds have damage. She accepts no responsibility for her lack of communication. This come from a heavy heart. This trip started on and bad foot, knew from the start would not get on funds back, along with a trip planned with a group of family and friends. Wish this would have been a better relationship from the first meeting. We did return her trailer clean, empty and on time per the agreement. Just wish we were advised (other than "Brakes are tight, run loose") more information before we pulled out of her home. Deeply disappointed.

Just returned from an amazing vacation with my parents, thanks in part to an amazing experience with Cat and her RV. From the very beginning Cat was so helpful in every aspect of the process, from dealing with rental agreements etc, to helping with travel information. Cat was also always available while on the road if we needed assistance with anything. It was my first time driving an RV and I found everything a breeze with this vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again should I be back in this area. Thanks so much Cat!

We were very happy with this rental. The RV was clean and comfortable. Tina was very responsive to our questions before and during the trip. So many extras were provided that were really handy--like paper products, plastic silverware, flashlights, propane cook stove, trash bags, etc. Tina was pleasant to work with and we appreciated the convenience of the airport pick-up and drop off. Our driver, Marco, was a delight!

This RV is fantastic and exactly as described. We used it on a family trip where two other family members had rented from traditional RV rental services. They had duct-taped walls, blown fuses and broken water pipes and lost several days of the vacation trying to remedy their situation. We sailed along without any problems in this RV. Pickup/Dropoff was efficient and Christian did an excellent job training on the many RV features. The additional amenities (camping mat, chairs, etc.) were really appreciated. A great find!

This RV was perfect for our vacation around the southwest. It was a perfect size for two adults and two teenagers. The RV performed flawlessly. The owners provided numerous extras that made the trip go flawlessly. Extras included at no charge were pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes and silverware, bedding, towels, camp chairs, a small grill and charcoal, toiletries, and a cooler. The cooler was a lifesaver that we used for drinks so that we didn't need to keep opening the refrigerator. The only issue we had was that the roof mounted AC unit couldn't keep up with the 114 deg F ambient temperatures at Lake Mead on our last day. But I doubt that any AC unit could cool an RV in those temperatures. The owners were very flexible also - allowing us to pick up the RV early since it wasn't rented the day before our rental started. The pick up and drop off were very convenient - a short Uber ride from any of the local hotels and with easy access to I-15.

Angela the owner was very nice and accommodated our family when we showed up early for the pick-up. Although an older RV, the vehicle performed well on the road and was a fair price. Son left a souvenir behind in RV and the kind owner Angela offered to mail it to us. I would recommend this RV to others.

Communication was very poor, only rent this RV if you can talk directly to Eric who is the owner. Other partners of this LLC were completely unresponsive to multiple texts and E-mails the week prior to pickup. Finally got in touch with Eric a few days before pickup and he was very helpful. He also met us at pickup and provided a good pickup experience. The RV itself was reasonable although the advertised awning did not work and the house battery did not charge from either being connected to shore power or from the generator which was a problem as we were mostly dry camping. The only way to charge it was to actually run the engine. I am sure this is probably a minor fix, though I did reset all the breakers and check the fuses. At pickup the inside of the RV was clean but the outside was not washed and was very dirty. Though we were told there were leveling blocks in the storage compartment there were not. This was a problem on several nights when we did not have a level site to park on. Drop off unfortunately was not with Eric who was out of town and therefore communication was again pretty poor. Make sure you can deal with Eric if you rent this RV.
