Shelley was so great to work with! Very accommodating of our schedule, and quick to respond to our inquiries. We had never rented a camper before, so I had ALL kinds of questions. She patiently answered me, even before I had booked! Her pride in this camper shows. It towed easily behind our suburban and slept 10 people (4 adults and 6 kids). The air conditioner worked FABULOUSLY. We just don't have anything negative to say about this experience! We'd book with her again in a heartbeat!

Everything was just as it was listed to be. Excellent experience for our first time RV'ing. John took the time to explain how everything worked and where everything was. Coach is beautifully kept and maintained. Wonderful conversation when picking up to begin our adventure and I feel that a friend was made in the process.

My wife and I had a great experience with Carin and her camper. She explained everything to us very well during our walkthrough and we had no issues during our trip. We did not have hookups while camping but the generators worked great keeping us cool and providing the power we needed. This was our first time renting a camper and we definitely recommend to others!

We could not have asked for better! Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating when our previous plans fell through last minute. He answered all of our questions and kept in contact while we were on our trip. The camper was clean, comfortable, and easy to set up. Our kiddos slept in the bunk beds and my sister in law and her husband slept on the table/bed. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We highly recommend!

Great experience!! It was clean and everything worked perfectly! Jim had an easy-to-follow check list, instructions and all the “extras” we forgot as we never camped before. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well for a hot summer night.

What a fantastic experience. This was my families first RV trip and we wanted to see if the 5 of us would enjoy the experience enough to buy our own RV. Landon went above and beyond to make sure everything wend perfect. He explained everything we needed to know about the RV and how to have the best experience towing it. We have a 2017 Ford F250 and the truck performed beautifully. Needless to say we are now shopping for our own RV.

Review:

This Jayco pop-up is great for the family camping weekend or more. The owner was comprehensive on overview and excellent with communication. But the trailer performed so well, we had no problems at all. A breeze to tow. Super easy set up and surprisingly roomy (from a pop-up neophyte's perspective--but nonetheless.). AC works great. Nice beds. My wife and 9 year old daughter were stoked to have a cool, comfy place to sleep when we went camping in the 90+ degree heat up at Smithville Lake this past weekend. Great value. I would recommend this rental 100%.

RV was as described. Wes was flexible on our pickup and drop off times. He was patient explaining the ins and outs of the RV (this was our first RV experience) and answered a few calls later for additional questions. We had a great weekend trip and would put this one at the top of our list to rent again.

We had a great experience! This was our first time taking a RV trip. April and her husband took time to show us how everything works and answered all of our questions before we left. The RV is beautiful and very clean. They stocked the RV with pretty much everything you would need. April even checked in on us a couple times during our trip to see if we needed anything. This was our favorite family vacation! Will definitely rent from them again!

We rented this camper while staying with family to provide additional sleeping space. We basically only used the AC and beds, though we did also make use of the propane stove and oven one evening when the power was out due to a storm. It was very comfortable, and we were able to run the main AC unit off of 15 amp house power with a plug adapter. We were not able to run both AC units at the same time without overloading the house circuit, but even with temperatures in the 90s the main AC unit was sufficient. Wes was incredibly helpful and punctual, and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Review:

Summary - Don't be fooled by the price. RV is long in the tooth, so expect to have things falling apart and get hit with undisclosed fees. Details - - Spare tire - the RV spare tire is being held on with an improvised piece of metal and 2 screws (only 1 is locking). This is an undisclosed road hazard that nearly fell off during our trip. I can only imagine the damage that could have caused on the highway with anyone behind. Once we realized it kept coming loose, we were diligent about tightening it everytime we stopped. Not safe though. - Water line - one of the hoses provided to supply water leaked at both ends. It is the cheapest kind of hose possible and leaked profusely from the metal connections even after changing O rings. - No generator - Undisclosed. The description indicates that no generator use is provided for free. Don't be fooled, there is no generator, so this is confusing at best, misleading at worst. - Storage - all the water hoses, including the one used to clean the tanks (they said not to use it, but stored it right with the other ones), and 1 sewer dump hose are stored in the same compartment. We ended up having to use the one they used to clean tanks because the other hose leaked so bad. Yay! - Hitch stand - the block they used to stabilize the hitch was falling apart upon delivery (so I guess this was disclosed!), but it fell apart after our second stop. So, expect to improvise. That's part of camping I guess, but just be prepared. - Black water indicator - The black water indicator always indicates that the tank is full. That wasted quite a bit of time for us. This was obviously known by the owner, but, again, undisclosed. - Space and so much stuff - This unit has a fair amount of interior space and exterior storage, but it is chock full of their stuff - airbeds, tables, footrests, pantry items, throw pillows and more pillows, games, toys. Heck, it has so much stuff, games were stored atop the outside sink. At one stop, one of those games (which we never used) must have jostled enough to turn on the outside faucet, which made the whole back of our lot a giant puddle. There is everything you can imagine loaded in there, even the compartments outside. There was even stuff that belonged to prior renter. Just be aware. - Lots of things coming loose - from screws in the door holder and shades, to refridgerator parts, to facia on counters, to all the pictures hanging everywhere. Just expect to be chasing parts all around this thing as you roll along. Awning - The vinyl on the awning is peeling and appears quite worn. So, much so that we didn't use it again once we saw that, for fear that it wouldn't survive even the slightest breeze. You have been warned. Cleaning - Despite a thorough walk-through upon delivery (that I believe only discovered 1 chapstick that we left behind amongst all their stuff) and no mention of any problems with the condition or cleanliness, we were hit with a cleaning fee. The amount must have just been of their choosing because there was no mention of it prior at all. Damage - despite the condition of this RV, I was also hit with a damage fee. I didn't see or note it prior, so that's on me. But to hit me with the full body shop/what you charge an insurance company amount is a little ridiculous all things considered. Lessons learned from this RVShare experience, I guess. Probably worth 1.5, but I rounded down due to the general rudeness of the owner and his general inability to answer questions fully or timely. Good luck and happy travels.
