Review:

Nellie is absolutely perfect for two people. Small enough to drive in cities comfortably yet still spacious. Everywhere we went, other campers were commenting on how beautiful she is. Bed is easy to put together, nice awning with LED lights. Jeanice had everything in there that we needed; keurig, cooking utensils, folding chairs, cleaning supplies. Also, Jeanice could not have been more helpful; always available and very informative. Thank you! We had an awesome trip in Nellie.

Maria and Tyler are the most amazing hosts, responded to questions within minutes and even did some research for us on choosing a location. The RV was spectacular, clean, modern and literally had everything for our trip. Very spacious and really feels like your in a 5-star hotel. We opted in for the full package including bedding and they provided the most comfortable sheets etc.... Overall was an amazing trip and a fantastic RV.

We just needed this trailer for extra sleeping space for a large birthday party. It was very clean and spacious. Communication was great. Tyler delivered the trailer and spent the time to set it up and give a detailed run down of all features.

This RV is a gem, it is in great condition, and very well appointed inside. My family had a great camping trip in this RV and we will be renting it again for future trips. Oleg & Yelena were very nice to do business with, they were informative and accommodating. The whole experience was professional but low pressure at the same time.

This was our first time ever renting an RV and William took the time to go over everything we would need to know and was super helpful. It was the perfect size for our little family and we had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy and we even had time to watch DVD's and some TV during our weekend getaway. Having the propane grill included with the camper was really convenient. AC worked great. Overall we liked this camper and would recommend to others.

This was our first time renting and staying in a pop-up trailer. The model was older however the very spacious and easy to setup. The pickup and drop off process was smooth. The listing indicated that it included a 12V battery, however when we got to the campsite and realized that there are no electrical hookups, the battery wasn't working, which was frustrating.

2004 Starcraft M-1707

Review:

This is listed as sleeping 6 people. I'm not quite sure how starcraft or the owner was counting. There is one queen sized bed that opens out on one side. There is a twin bed that opens on the other side and one more twin bed that can be converted from the dining area. If you don't want to convert the dining table every night then this is a 3 person(adult) pop up. This was not a great layout for me. The dining table was in the way and we moved it up against one of the seating areas so we could move around the table. I could never get the refrigerator to work. I own a pop up in another state and know that they can be tricky with lighting the LP gas. Once you do get it lighted though the gas works great. Unfortunately for me, the gas never lit and we bought ice to keep our food cool. The owner is a very nice person, but communication was not always clear and we had some problems. There were two batteries included with the trailer which actually didn't help with the refrigerator and when we first arrived at our campsite we had to remove the batteries from the hitch area to actually open up the trailer. I consider moving the batteries and dealing with the uncooperative strap holding the batteries upon arrival a real inconvenience and blow to our setting up the tent. The owner did remedy the battery problem after I had arrived. Unfortunately, both batteries were stolen while I left the trailer overnight at the camp ground in between two different camp sites. The insurance that you are required to buy from rvshare does NOT take care of that kind of thing. The insurance is for roadside emergencies. If you are interested in renting this trailer I would be very clear about everything to avoid any possible misunderstandings. I would ask for compensation if you can't use the LP gas to use the refrigerator unless there is AC available. I stayed at a primitive camp site that did not have AC.

Very easy to drive around town, go to stores and park. Very smooth riding. Easy to maneuver in the campground. The slide out greatly increases the feeling of roominess. The owner, Mary has stocked it with lots of items, even folding outdoor chairs. You just need to bring your personal items. Made our camping trip very enjoyable.

David was friendly and professional. He patiently explained everything we needed to know and offered to provide on call advice if needed. The vehicle itself is fantastic, especially if you are looking for a more compact RV. Overall very positive experience. We would rent with David again in a heartbeat.

I typically don't take the time to write reviews, however, I feel compelled to leave one in this particular case. Scott P rented me this RV that was in exceptional shape which should come as no surprise considering how new it is. Scott took the time to explain everything about the vehicle as this was my first time renting one. Of course I had questions after I left and Scott responded immediately to walk me through how to do this or that. He genuinely wanted me and my family to have an excellent experience, which we did.

The RV itself met our needs perfectly. However, the rest of the experience? Not so much... 1 month prior to the reservation: I asked if 11A would be ok to pick-up the RV and was told that should be fine. 3 days prior to the reservation: I reached out to confirm, was told 11A is too early and 1P would be better but that George would text me in the morning to confirm. Day of the reservation: I live about an hour away and hadn't heard anything by the time I left, so I reached out to confirm. At that point George said he would meet us closer to 330P (mind you, I was already en route with a 7yo and dog in the car). I was irritated but understand things come up, so we killed a couple hours (which was interesting since it was a 90+ degree day and the dog was with us). When we headed to the address to get the trailer, I reached out to let George know we were ~15 minutes away but didn't hear back. I then reached out when we arrived, at which point he said it would be another half hour but we could start hitching the truck up to the RV. HOWEVER, when we opened the gate, we were greeted by a Bobcat and a mound of crushed stone directly in front of the RV, so couldn't hitch up. At this point, George called and mentioned that he could drop the RV off at the site if needed, but that it would be much later that evening. Without a guaranteed time, I shared my concern about not having a place to put our 4 kids to bed--George said he understood and we abandoned that plan. When George arrived and opened the RV, he mentioned he had planned to get there earlier in the week to empty/clean it but hadn't been able to. SO, while we waited for the landscapers to come move the stone and Bobcat, I helped unload the RV... When we were finally all set to leave (just before 6P), we noticed the registration sticker on the RV license plate expired in 2015. George said he had the sticker/paperwork in his car...at his house in a different town. George said he would email it to us in case we ran into any issues. Thankfully we didn't run into any problems because he never sent the email. We arrived at the camp @ about 730P and it quickly became apparent the black water tank hadn't been emptied--or at least not fully--after the last trip. As a nurse, I deal with plenty of unpleasant substances on a regular basis, but emptying a tank of someone else's (literal) crap after being made to wait around all day isn't exactly how I like to kick off a vacation. I'm not generally one to complain since we are all human and I understand even the best laid plans sometimes go awry. However, I was still bothered a couple days later so I reached out to George to let him know about the black water tank and ask for some sort of recompense given the issues that had come up. He said he took issue with all of my points except the delay, but agreed to pick the RV up from the camp (~an hour away). I appreciated that he agreed to pick up the RV but, given his minimally-apologetic attitude, wouldn't reserve from him again in the future. If issues such as these wouldn't bother you, then go for it--the RV fit our needs.
