Carol and Paul were amazing to deal with. Communication was easy. They were fast to respond and answer any questions I had. Scheduling the pick up and drop off was a breeze. The RV was in great shape, very homey and spacious. Bathroom and the bedroom were a lot bigger than expected. We would rent this RV again!
Super cute trailer. Perfect for a single person or couple. Barry was nice and helpful.
Great RV Trailer. Andrew and Ashleigh were very accommodating and easy to work with. Would absolutely rent again from them...
Great experience- this was the first time we rented an RV and Tammy was fantastic. The RV was great! Would absolutely do it again!
I rented the 2004 StarCraft M-1707 trailer to provide extra sleeping space for our family reunion. We parked it in the backyard and mainly used the space for sleeping as well as the grill (thank goodness it had one, ours broke!). The camper is clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all my inquiries and flexible to meet my schedule. He even drove nearly 2 hours to drop it off and pick it up, plus completed the set up and tear down for us!
RV was as advertised. When we were looking at renting it I wish there had been more pictures. But it turned out to be very nice anyways. The owner Jon was a very nice and reasonable guy. He did a through walkthrough to make sure I knew how to operate everything in the trailer.
Some friends and I took John's RV up to the White Mountains, we had an absolute blast and loved every second in the RV. It was very clean and easy to drive. John was awesome the whole way through- was very easy to contact and responded quickly, gave us detailed instructions for everything when we picked it up and even drove us down the road to give us some tips and pointers. He was more than accommodating and I would recommend this RV to anyone! He provided all of the cleaning supplies which made it very easy for us to clean up after our trip. We have nothing but great things to say about this trip, the RV and John! :)
Excellent experience for this first time renter. Highly recommend the Forrest river cruiser and especially owner Cody Wilbur ; polite, responsive, accommodating, a pleasure to work with .
Bartek was great to work with. He wanted us to see the RV, before renting, to make sure it would meet our needs as well as to meet us. I think that shows a lot about the renter. He went over everything, and even sent us pictures of the RV as we were leaving. Him and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. This was our first time renting as well as his first time and I have to say, I'd do it again! This was a great experience and Bartek's RV and hospitality made it so much more fun going out to Mt. Rushmore with family. Thank you Bartek and family!
Robert was very helpful and professional throughout the entire renting process. He took the time to educate me on the camper and was available whenever I had questions. Great customer service and communication. Nice camper. I highly recommend renting from Robert
We had a great trip and the RV was perfect for my wife and 2 boys. They loved the bunk beds. We used it at 2 campsites. One with hook ups and they other without. Good for both. Scott was easy to work with.
Overall a wonderful experience! Andrew was super helpful when I picked up the camper at his house, even towing it out onto the street so a novice like me was more comfortable. They were also flexible with the drop off time.
Nellie was great just the right size for 2 people easy to drive , wasn’t crazy about mts.
Tons of little issues that made this rental a total nightmare for us. Owners seem to wanna use renters to do repairs they don't want to do themselves. They did not bother to communicate with us till just a few days before the rental itself leaving those renting rather uneasy and uncertain about the status and state of the rental agreement.
My kids and I had a great time with this clean, comfortable camper. It was perfect for our family of four.
Had a great time RVing in Maine. With a couple teenagers the space was great. Had everything we needed. Jim could not have been any more accommodating. Great guy to work with. RV was exactly what was advertised. No surprises.
Mike and Wendy did a great job communicating with us any questions we had and gave us their phone number and email so we could contact them at any time during our trip. They explained all the various items about the RV before we started our trip which was a great help. This was the first time we rented an RV and there was plenty of room and we found the RV very comfortable for us( 2 adults and 3 teenager), We all enjoyed the RV and the conveniences it provided, it made for a great vacation experience. The RV was clean and as a first time driver of an RV I found it very easy to drive. Thanks to Wendy for taking me on a test drive! Thanks again to Mike and Wendy for sharing their RV and I hope others will use your RV for their vacation plans.
Very nice people. My first time experience was the best. Raul explain everything on the RV his mother was at his side explaining aswell. More than I expected, and affordable. Cleaned everything worked out great we will defitnely come back to rent again! Thank you!
Great experience renting with Tyler. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times which helped tremendously. The RV was exactly what was described, pleasure to rent from.
Great experience for our family. We rented for a week and this was the perfect situation for us. The listing is completely accurate. You can park in a normal width parking spot, you're just a bit long is all. Makes it easy to get around and park just about anywhere. Easy to maneuver and handle. Very comfortable.
The owners were fantastic!... took the time to go over the RV and were very flexible!... can’t wait to rent from them again!!
Barry was easy to communicate with, no problems picking up or dropping off the camper trailer. Overall a cute little trailer and a good value.
We had a great time in this trailer. It was clean and well maintained. It my first time using any type of RV and the owner took plenty of time to review everything ahead of time. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to my nest!
Garrett was easy to work with and always quick to respond to questions. I would rent from Garrett again and highly recommend any else do the same.
Great Rig, Tyler was very quick in getting back to us and accommodating our requests. Would rent again from Tyler.
The RV was super clean! Everyone said their beds were comfortable and Dan was great! He explained how to use everything and said to contact him with any issues, which thankfully we didn’t have to. Very nice guy and highly recommend this camper for a family of 4-5 people. Sleeps more than that but it’s a tight fit! We had 6 adults and it was cozy, but did the job!
Sanjeev was very accommodating. Everything was as advertised and communications was thorough and easy. The pick up and drop off well organized and all systems were explained well. We really enjoyed renting his RV and Sanjeev made the process easy and enjoyable. Thanks so much
We picked up the RV and it shook like the tires were going to fall off. Horrible driving experience. We asked about the tires needing to be replaced owner said no he had it checked out but tires were fine. After 2500 miles tires from mile 1 to mile 2500 shook the entire time. Very frustrating and everything inside the RV rattled and made a lot of noise. Driving the RV was hard enough with the bad roads in New York and Pennsylvania, but the front end made if dangerous to drive with white knuckles. Driving down the first day in Conn. We were locked in the RV with no way out except through the emergency Glass window in the back and only I was tall enough to get out. It was a nightmare. We were never given a key for the dead bolt lock when the dead bolt broke, we could not get roadside assistance to help that we paid for, they only handle tires and batteries. I suggest making sure you have other roadside coverage. We have AAA and they do not touch RV 's unless you add RV insurance. No locksmiths would come help after 5 or 6 calls made. We ended up calling 911 and the police came, this was after not being able to get out for almost 5 hours. We never got to our destination that night. We could no longer shut the door without using cable ties to hold it shut when driving. This went on for 3 days until we go to South Carolina. I had to search all the RV stores to see about replacing the lock, this took over 3 hours while my family was at the beach. When we left I found one place that had the exact lock, but could not install it until the late afternoon. So I took and hour and half more time to install it. Did I get reimbursed for my loss of a half day? NO. During the first 3 night everyone in the RV was bit by spiders and had big welts on there arms and legs. Was never properly cleaned and sprayed after the 8,000 trip to Alaska the owner took it on. It sat though the winter and we were the first to go into it and use it. Lucky us. We stayed at very nice RV parks along the coast, with electric sewer, water and cable. Only one problem, the 5 tv's listed in the owners description, don't work. We did not see the 7th game of the NBA finals that we expected to see. The owner should have let us know that they have it set up so only they know how to use it. You just can't plug in the cable from the camp and watch TV on one of 5 TV's. Take them out or don't advertise them as working. We paid more for cable and could not use it. When we got to Virginia Beach, we put out the awning and was not able to leave the next morning at 8 am to get up to Gettysburg PA for the tours. Again another issue the awning would not retract, the motor was bad and now we can't leave. Had to call the park RV maintenance man to come at 11:00 and work on it for an hour, only it was a 2 man job. So instead on me will my family at the pool or beach I was again helping the mechanic fix the Awning and all he could do was manually roll it up and secure it. No more awning for the trip. Needed to leave at 8:00am didn't get to leave until after 12:00pm. Was late getting to Gettysburg and missed the history tour. Disappointing to say the least. Did I mention the fact that the RV lists sleeps 8, but it really is 6, but the one bed in the rear berth was pulled from the owners house and an old mattress that if you sleep on your side your are laying on the flat wood base. My wife was miserable. Key not too, If you like your guests, make sure you bring extra mattresses because the blow up mattress they used was horrible too. It had a lump behind your shoulders when you slept. So the only people out of 6 of us that slept well was the two in the bunk beds. Again the owner said they never used the couch to sleep on. So they through an air mattress on it without checking it. Nobody had a good nights sleep with this RV. Another important item needed that was lacking was there was no sewer snake to help the flow of sewage at the sight. Every RV in the park had one. Not this one, they are $25 at Walmart. After loosing 2 half days to malfunctions at $225 day and missing 2 tours, one on the way down and the other on the way back, was very disappointed the owner did not reimburse for my loss of time, me locating and fixing the lock on the side of the road. My time working with the mechanic in Virginia beach. Owner made excuses and did nothing. If this is the kind of experience you want than this RV might be what your looking for. Good Luck
