Mark is a great communicator and the RV was clean as described.
This unit is very warn on both the inside and out. Several doors were broke, the lock on the awning was broke, the handle by the door was broke, the exhaust vent on the outside Is broke. The inside is very warm with multiple scratches in the paneling. There is also water damage and the left side of the camper gives when barely touched. The transition in picking up the camper was fine and the owner was quick to answer emails but I wouldn't rent this camper again.
Jared and his family are all great people to rent an RV from. We found everything we needed for our short trip in the RV, and this one has all the nice-to-have features, too! We received plenty of instruction on the various features of the RV, and Jared put together a great handbook that details all the common tasks.
RV was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and very clean. Would reccomend this RV to anyone. no flaws.
We were blown away by everything they had in this RV. We never needed anything, it was all right there for us. So spacious too...plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. Plus the outdoor amenities are awesome. Plus lawn chairs, plus, extra beach towels... they thought of it all. Love Love Love this RV. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. This RV is one of the nicest we have ever seen. Owners are super easy to work with and accommodated everything we needed. Thank you, Kathie!!!!
This was our first time renting a trailer and we had a great experience! The owner was very responsive, provided a ton of information on how to operate it, and made sure we had everything we needed to make the trip a success. The airstream is exactly as advertised; it’s very nice inside and is stocked with little things you would need on a camping trip(plates, utensils, cookware, bug spray etc). We were two adults and two kids and could all fit inside comfortably but any more than that might be a bit tight. We would definitely recommend this trailer to anyone looking for a rental! Hopefully, we’ll get to take it on another trip in the future!
Jeff was great to rent from. The trailor was clean and well taken care of. The owner had us come by a few days before our trip to review how to use every and set up. This was our first time using this site. I hope to always rent from Jeff. Thanks again!
The owner was super friendly and easy to work with!!! We would love to rent from him again
Our RV rental from Mary Louis and Stan was an awesome experience. They made the process of renting an RV really nice and easy for our us. The RV itself was really nice and clean. Very spacious to fit our 2 families for a camping trip to Assateague. It came with all the amenities one needs and some more such as A Canopy and beach chairs, outdoor burner/ stove ....And they gave us some great training and tips for operating the RV. The RV is well maintained and easy to drive. Making our overall experience a truly enjoyable one for the trip. We will absolutely rent from them again on our next adventure. Thanks Mary and Stan.
Chuck makes it easy to pickup/dropoff. We used it for 4 days and couldn’t have asked for a better rig to use! I definitely recommend chuck’s camper! And it has bunk beds for your kids so there’s plenty of room for the whole family
Great camper! Perfect for two. Very well kept and clean. Would definitely rent it again!
Where to even begin. This was my first RV trip and I would absolutely do it again, especially with Von’s RV. I’ll start with why it was so good and then move to what I learned so that new RV travelers might not have to learn on the fly like I did. Von’s 2007 Daybreak was huge, easy to drive, and comfortable. We drove, cooked, showered, slept, watched movies (we brought our own blueray player with an AVI adapter), and more. Everything we wanted was there for a great trip. If the weather held up and if we had more time we would have even spent some time outside under the awning (he has a metal fire pit and camp chairs in a compartment and there are outlets on the outside of the unit even). Now working from back to front. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the bed is comfortable and not much light gets back there if you did want to sleep in a bit (but lights of course if you need to see). There are then two twin bunks in the middle bump out. He has some extra foam on the beds so they were pretty soft as well. There is an AC unit in the back that blew cold. We cranked it up the first night too high and woke up frozen, night two we dialed it back and it was perfect. Right across from the bunks is the bathroom. The bathroom is small, but has a toilet, sink, and shower. The water came in hot when needed and all fixtures functioned. Next forward is the dining area and kitchen. We used the stove, fridge, freezer, and sink. The stove worked well (electric ignition, so no matches needed) it cooked our food evenly and some pans were included in the drawers. That is the only gripe from the kitchen, the drawers. When driving they open and close on occasion. Von said that was his next project, so that might be solved by the time the next person rents the unit. The kitchen, dining, living room area is the front bump out and it was very spacious. A second AC unit, so again, very comfortable). The couch, table bench, and chair were fine. The two captain’s chairs that spun 360 up front were really comfortable. We drove for hours and I felt great the entire time. The table and couch turn into beds. We did not need the table bed, so no comment, but the pull out couch was as good as any other couch. Not as good as a real bed, but I spelt fine. There were shades on all the windows including the huge windshield up front. They blocked all the direct light, but there was a glow through that made it hard to sleep past 8. So if you want to get up early to hike, great. If you want to stay up until 2 or 3 am, not as great (but really, that was my fault for having too much fun and staying up. The RV is 35 feet overall, so it is not small, but there is a backup camera as well as your passengers can help spot you or direct as needed. It makes tighter turns than I expected, so we never had issues getting into or out of spots. Lastly, Von is the owner and he is another great aspect of this RV. He wants to make the trip as comfortable as possible. He was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive, and just an overall good guy; he’ll make sure you have the best experience possible, very accommodating. Oh, last note, bring pillows, bedding, and food/drinks; that’s really it. Now, outside of this RV, as a renter there are some things to know. Get familiar with the RV before you go. Have the owner show you before you leave and read any literature possible (Von helped here and was all over this, but I did not even know what questions to ask). Many things are intuitive, but finding switches, valves, and compartments is tough, especially when you do not know what you are looking for and it’s dark. Remember if you leave the USA you might or might not have phone reception depending on your plan. We suffered a flat tire to no fault of the owner, the tire blew. It was not bald, just something that happens. When we found a phone to call the roadside assistance included in the rental they really did not do anything. They gave us two options, either we can be towed to a shop within 50 miles that we provide the address for (it was 11PM, in Canada, and not many shops work on 35 foot RVs) or they can mount a spare for us (assuming you have one). So if you do not know the name or address of a shop or don’t have a spare/can’t find it you’re SOL. Roadside assistance would only mount the tire, they would not bring one, seemed unhelpful, especially given our situation. Roadside assistance has a number, but RVShare only has a website, no phone numbers anywhere. This makes it hard to get in touch with them to ask questions. Since we needed a tire we wanted to ask are we allowed to authorize work or how does reimbursement work? Luckily we got a hold of Von shortly after and he said just take care of it and he’ll reimburse everything. This again goes back to him trying to make the experience a great one. There was no hesitation or negotiation, he did not ask us to price shop, it was spend whatever you need to finish your trip and he’ll cover it. We got a company to bring a tire out and install it, they were there within the hour and after another hour of labor (dually in the back, so the flat was the right rear inside tire) we were good to go (thank you to Popular Tire in Mississauga, Ontario). In closing, even with a hiccup or two, we had a great trip and would absolutely do it again. I would try to rent from Von in the future (next summer?) for a longer trip. Von was great, his RV was great, and I could not recommend both more. Just make sure you do your research to understand the vehicle and any other situations you might encounter. That goes for any RV, this beautiful beast or any other you may choose to rent.
Rodney was very professional, friendly and helpful. Our family had a really nice time in this RV. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the swivel TV.
Margaret keeps the RV in great condition! She is available to answer questions and I will rent again. This was my 2nd time renting and had a great time. Thanks Margaret!
LaVerne was great and the trailer was perfect! We would definitely rent it again. Highly recommend!
Great communication with Mark prior to and during our trip. Very helpful in showing us everything as far as setup and takedown.
RV was great and as advertised. The family was super helpful and I'd definitely rent it again.
The owner is very attentive and accommodated all our needs! He responded quickly to any and all questions and concerns without fail. There was a quick and easy set up and pick up and the owner isngenuinely kind so I will rent from him again and again!
RV was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Working with Dave was seamless. Great communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay our vacation.
Eric was very accommodating with pick up and drop off very easy to communicate with the camper was everything as described
We could not have asked for a better overall experience for our first RV trip. Cindy and Paul were great throughout the entire process from explaining the RV to first timers to answering questions promptly before and during the trip. The RV was clean, spacious, and easy to use and drive. Highly recommend!
The owner spent plenty of time reviewing the RV features and how everything worked. He was also prompt in answering questions via text when I was on my trip.
Kathi and Paul do everything in their power to ensure your comfort and that your rental experience is perfect. They provide almost everything you need during your trip and they ensure that the coach is immaculate at pick up. Furthermore, Kathi and Paul go above and beyond with communication and are always available should you have a question or request before or during your trip. I highly recommend this RV - you will not be disappointed.
First time renters of an RV and it could not have been easier. We had a great vacation and part of it was contributed to the fact that our RV was a worry free and stress free experience.
Excellent communication! Very accommodating and extremely nice! The camper was fantastic!
Our experience with Jim and Dinnie was wonderful. They are were so accommodating and friendly. We felt like we had know them forever. Upon entering the camper we immediately felt a homey feeling. Dinnie did a great job! Jim I'm sure took care of the outside setting up the chairs and carpet under the table. We will definitely rent from them again. Thank you for the memory!
