What a pleasant first experience that was... Ken and Denise took time to walk me through all the in and outs of how to operate and care for “Lucy”... Camper contained anything we may have needed... Plan on using “Lucy” again with the rest of the family..

Kevin was very quick to respond to our inquiry, and so flexible with meeting us. We decided to take a trip last minute, on Thanksgiving Day, so it was very appreciated. The RV is super clean and easy to navigate. I would definitely consider taking this out again!

Lou was very responsive to all of my questions. We used the travel trailer as an extra sleeping area for out of town guests. It was perfect and much better than renting hotel rooms. Lou delivered, set up and picked up the trailer. This was a great experience and I would definitely rent again from Lou.

Review:

The RV itself is in decent working order aside from a water leaking issue that lead to me having to spend money refilling the fresh water tank only hours after arrival. We had it for 5 days in total and everything worked fine otherwise. It was upon return that left a bad taste in my mouth. We arrived back at 10:30am and waited 45 minutes for Richard to show up. Richard charges $25/hr to run his generator passed the given 1/hr per day. I learned later that other renters charge as little as $4/hr. This was my first time renting an RV from anywhere and just feel like I was taken advantage of. Had I known that going in, I would have seeked other options or just rented a hotel. When picking up the RV, I was told that since we weren't going to a camp ground, not to worry about draining the sewage. No cost was discussed at that moment. I understand that there was going to be a charge for that, but after bringing the RV back with a full tank of fuel, I was charged a $50 re-fueling fee on top of a $150 drainage fee for him to drive to his local camp ground to drain it. He charged me $200 for dirty sinks, stove, refrigerator and microwave when I personally spent hours cleaning them. The stove top works, but the actual oven does not ignite. The switch panel for the drop down bed is broken and there are loose wires all over. Last but not least, the electric stairs that are supposed to extend out when the side door is opened were broken so in it's place was a cheap fold out plastic step that probably couldn't support more then 200lbs. One of the women guests broke it exiting the RV carrying a tray of food and twisted her ankle. We were able to patch up the step with a 2x6 piece of wood and continue using it, but were charged $50 to replace it. My overall experience with the RV was fine, but being nickel and dimed for everything and adding nearly $600 to the overall charge really left a bad taste in my mouth.

This was my first time camping with an RV and had a great experience. Gerald was very thorough explaining all the aspects of his RV. I suggest recording it because it’s a lot of info to digest and to really review the content Gerald sends ahead of time. I would definitely recommend Gerald’s RV to all future renters! Thanks again Gerald!

2017 SUNSEEKER SUPER SLIDE! HUGE KITCHEN!

Review:

This was out first rental, and by extension, first use of RVShare. The owner was incredible. Helpful, responsive, conscientious, flexible. The RV...wow - spotless, great shape, and every bit as nice as advertised and depicted. SO many additional amenities in this vehicle, from pots, pans, cleaning supplies, paper goods... I could say "it did not disappoint," but the better statement is, we were blown away. It easily slept 6 (4 adults and 2 pretty good sized teen boys). Not sure I would try to pack more than 6 in it - but 6 fit quite nicely. The super-slider gave more than sufficient extra room for a 31' RV. The roll out awning was much bigger than we hoped and gave plenty of overhead coverage for a passing shower or two. It rode very nicely for a large vehicle, and was actually pretty easy to maneuver and park. There is a really nice sized under-side storage area in the rear of this - which made storing outdoor gear simple - especially for quick overnight storage of chairs, etc. to keep the dampness off. The RV has a really decent bluetooth enabled sound system which allows for selective indoor/outdoor speaker use. The fridge kept things REALLY nice and cold. The built in generator was impressive too - in that it was not too loud and frankly provided nice peaceful "white noise" overnight to minimize external sound from nearby tailgaters. DEFINITELY as good (I really think BETTER) than advertised - and the advertisement is really nice! I can't say enough about the owner, Scott. He extremely accommodating, allowing us to meet him before we rented to see the vehicle and make sure it met our needs. He also responded immediately to all of my questions (sorry Scott - if I peppered you!!) And we were most impressed that he quickly gave us the solution to an issue with the fridge (nothing more than a propane valve which wasn't turned completely on). Ownership is everything if you are trusting someone to rent you a good vehicle you are going to cart your family around in. And Scott hit all the marks -

As a first RV experience, this trip set a very high bar! The tour of the our country was educational; the people we met were interesting; the time was well spent for two 70+'s and their dog. But most importantly, our interaction with the vehicle owners, Margaret and Rinaldo made it easy. They are considerate and friendly, and have a well maintained vehicle. We do not hesitate to recommend for rental consideration!

Review:

James was very responsive and easy to work with. I ran across scammers and nonresponsive owners but James was the opposite. Very quick pick up. There was an issue with an inaccurate reading on the generator when we returned as we hadn’t used it but for an hour. James was very supportive and did not demand we pay for the extra time which was showing.
