We rented this RV as an alternative to a hotel room while visiting some friends over the weekend. However, we had to return the RV immediately because the generator couldn't power the air conditioner (error message from generator: "Overload!"). Chris was not able to remotely diagnose the problem so we gave up and got a hotel.

The camper was nice and spacious and it was as described. We did not get back timely communication but things did work out with them but it was frustrating not to hear back. Questions about the use of the camper were not adequately answered on pickup - we had never used a large RV camper before and didn't know how to do some things, but fortunately someone we were with helped us get it set up. Overall, the camper was nice (there was some mold in the refrigerator) and it accommodated our needs for the weekend.

Perfect size for our VERY TALL family! Our 5 adult family members rented from Collin in June 2018. Collin was fantastic. We would definitely recommend working with him again. We are very appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. Collin had a family emergency leading up to pickup day and was still on time in our rental pickup. He did not cancel. He did not rush us through the instructions. (We were a bit nervous towing that length). We did have one issue with the CO monitor come up and he responded immediately with assistance and solution. Being new to towing, we learned to position our generator better. I would recommend a larger generator for this size. We had a 4000 and we could've used a 5000. It was hot and the A/C was good. The best part of the trailer were the sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom has a full LENGTH queen with doors on either side. For my 6'6 husband, that was a dream. the bed came to the wall but the doors made access very easy. The mattress was very comfortable. The oversized u-shaped dinette converted to a huge bed which easily slept my 6'5" son. Best dinette ever!! The twin bunks although shorter in length are wide so my 6'6 son fit nicely at an angle. There is abundant storage and many additional amenities which Collin left for our use. Chairs, table, paper goods, camp stove, coffee even party lights. Plenty of clean linens and blankets. (No bath towels or pillows which I prefer) This is the first time we had a door from exterior into the bath. It was convenient and kept the inside cleaner. No trekking through. The shower has a tub and was on the small size for our height but everyone managed without fuss. Good size tanks. The interior is very roomy with the one big slide out. There were ample outlets. The kitchen outlets were not working. Collin apologized as he was unable to fix it before d/t his family issue. Since we use a grill, this was not a problem for us. We were concerned about the weight. It was a heavier tow than the light models we have rented before but our 1/2 towed it great. I think we had to refill our gas tank 2 extra times compared to the smaller trailers we have towed. The hitch had a double safety and the trailer did NOT sway at all. It does not self level but Collin provided blocks and the level.

This is a great RV! We traveled about 40 hours in this RV with 3 adults and 3 kids and it was very comfortable. The RV is easy to drive and really, really nice. Bob was great to work with and made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend the combined experience of renting this particular RV and working through the process with Bob. I also had some interaction with the RV share people and their customer service was also prompt and helpful.

Chuck and his wife Mel are by far the Sweetest couple you can meet when doing business. My husband and I have developed a personal relationship with them it seems like we're family and have been knowing them forever and we've only rented from them 2 times. They just make us feel so comfortable. They both explained to us how everything works from on the RV from top to bottom and when we called with questions they were at our service.

Owner was very accessible for all questions regarding operation of RV, etc. The unit was perfect for a first time RVer. Easy to drive in almost every area and easy to park. Would have been even better had we hauled a small vehicle behind for short outings away from campgrounds.

We got off to a rough start communicating and the pick up was very convenient but I guess Eric is letting someone rent it out for him because he didn't know much about what was going on. I should have been communicating with the people who are renting the RV out for him. Rv was clean but I don't think the tank was dumped due to the smell. I had tank santizer but just didn't work and the propane tanks were empty usually they are full and what you use you just fill it back up.

We rented this RV for a June Weekend in the country - and could not have been happier - the owner was very responsive and the RV was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was a very hot weekend and having the convenience of the cold air and comfortable accommodations made our weekend perfect. I am not used to setting up an RV so it was especially nice to arrange for John to set it up for us. All communication was prompt and timely and the weekend went off exactly as I had hoped. My elderly parents were along and used the bedroom - they said they slept very well. Several of our friends on the same trip have requested info on this RV for the future.

Oh my word!!! What a perfect first experience to rent an RV from David!!! He has thought of everything to make the transaction so smooth from quick response of my questions to equipping the RV with necessities. The RV is beautiful and basically-new. We were even able to call David from the campsite with questions on the easy set-up and close-up of the RV. You will be very happy with this super nice owner and RV!! Enjoy!!
