The RV came to us in clean condition and the owner was very help in explaining all the amenities and set up of the camper. The RV also came with almost anything you would need to enjoy a week long camping trip with your family or friends. Would defiantly rent this RV again and recommend it to friends.

We had a great trip, the unit offers plenty of room for our family of 6. The bunk beds are excellent for larger families and eliminate the need to convert the dining area each night. bedding was provided including extra blankets for cold nights. Although we didnt use them, there are multiple TV's and a speaker system for your use. They also include a coffee maker, Ice maker, plates, cook ware, cleaning supplies and water jug in the unit. This unit has everything you would need for a long camping trip. You just need to bring your personal items and food and your all set. Outdoor chairs, grill, large mat, mesh tent, roasting sticks, lighter, fire starting supplies, ax, and tarp are all included so no need to pack your own. This was a great RV and Doug was very easy and accommodating. Pick up was great, I went out earlier in the week and did the full walk thru to save time at pick up. Drop off was quick and easy. Doug was MORE than reasonable when it came to "Extras" like mileage and generator time. Doug communicated very well and even sent me a couple texts during our trip just to make sure everything was going well and if i had any questions. We had a minor issue (power cord failure) and he was quick to get a solution and even gave me a little break for my time spent picking up the replacement part.

Chris delivered his trailer on 7/3/19. Chris completed the set up including connecting the electrical line from the house on the property to the trailer and started up the Air conditioning unit. Warm air was pushing through. He gave us the inservice regarding the trailer and amenities. During that time no cool air was being pushed out of the vent. He completed the tour and stated that there might be an issue with the volt drop due to the length of the electrical cord coming from the house. He stated the temperature in the in the trailer dropped from 90 degrees to 80 degrees, however there was only warm air pushing out from the unit. He left and after 1 hour, I checked the air and it was still very hot in the trailer. I called Kara, Chris'wife and she stated that she would call Chris. We waited for over an hour and I called back letting Kara that the AC was still not working. Finally, Chris called back and he and my brother in law , who has 35 years experience as an electrical engineer, worked on the issue all day. Meanwhile, the second trailer (#2679106 , Cynthia - owner) that we rented from RVShare arrived. We ran a separate electrical line to the trailer and the AC unit worked without an issue and within a few minutes , the trailer was very cool inside. The AC unit in the trailer never worked at all. We moved the electrical cord from the 2nd trailer to the trailer and the AC unit still didnt work. We also ran a direct line from the other home on the property to the trailer with 10 gauge wire that we purchased that afternoon and the AC and the AC still didnt work. I called Chris and told him our situation of having to scramble to place 7 adults with sleeping accommodations, which ended up putting family members on air mattresses and cots on the floor in the basement of the home. I requested that he come and remove his trailer from the property since we were unable to use it . He said he was out of town for the holiday and would pick up the trailer on his way back into town. So, the trailer sat from 7/3/19-7/7/19 on my family's property without being used. On the pick up day, my husband made a note on the pick up form that "AC unit never worked." We were told by Chris that he would have his friend take a look at the unit. He called back a few days later and said there was a capacitor failure and we would be charged $169 for the repair. We were never given a report and I made 4 separate requests to see the evaluation. On the last request, Chris told me he would send it to me "after my friend writes up the report." So there was a charge against us without any concrete documentation of service. My brother in laws onsite evaluation is the following: "His (Chris) capacitor was in the process of failing when he delivered it. It's weak condition caused the compressor motor to have insufficient starting torque and prolonged the time that locked rotor current was drawn. This allowed the onboard meter to register the voltage drop. A properly operating system would start a few cycles, a fraction of a second. The onboard meter wouldn't register the brief voltage drop of the starting unless the motor was stalled. The fact that he (Chris) saw the voltage drop tells us the motor was stalled and not cooling. He also said the highest starting current he ever saw was about 18 amps. The unit was drawing 50 amps. there was nothing wrong with the sites power supply. It meets all applicable codes and standards." Bottom line, both trailers needed 20 amps service to run the AC units. The 2nd trailer worked flawlessly, Chris trailer had a preexisting issue with the AC unit and therefore, we were unable to use the trailer at all for our family event. Working with Chris over the phone, the issue wasn't resolved and we requested that he come and remove the trailer from the property.

Doug made sure our recent camping excursion went off without a hitch. He had his camper dropped off at Mounds Park by his son in law Chase, who was very friendly and helpful with making sure we knew how everything worked and encouraged us to call him if we needed any assistance at all. This camper is roomy, clean and very nice. The fridge in the outdoor kitchen was so convenient on a hot July weekend. Great camper, nice people, excellent experience. I would definitely reccomend Doug and will seek him out in the future when we need to rent a camper.

Kyle's RV was extremely clean and well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing long weekend vacation. Our party consisted of three adults and a toddler and we were very comfortable with the space. It could easily sleep more. Kyle also provides great customer service. It was my first time using this site and it showed when I made my reservation. He was very patient with me and helped walk me through completing the rental agreement when he noticed we were a few days our from the reservation and I had overlooked doing that. Then on the day of drop off, I had some unforeseen fires happen at work that caused me to be about an hour late. Kyle was very understanding and stayed and waited for us to get there. After we arrived he did a thorough walk through and showed me exactly how everything worked. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this RV from Kyle again in the future.

Bru's Happy Place was exactly what our family needed for a quick weekend getaway! We rented this pop up with sleeping space in mind. All 9 of us fit perfectly (4 kids). My husband even said it was the best nights sleep he has ever had. The entire process of set up and tear down was so simple thanks to the wonderful youtube videos Mike prepared. His prep didn't stop there! From cooking, cleaning, and play; he has all of the essentials in this baby!

A one night rental that turned into a terrible nightmare for us and it cost us $1,700. Our experience with Brad, RV Share and National General Insurance -- all of it has been so stressful and aggravating I wouldn't wish the experience on anyone! RV Share is a shell of a company in another state. So, if something goes wrong you're left dealing with owners who have zero experience on how to handle the situation, a company that will only "Chat" with you - and every time you ask a question they will answer it differently. And a giant insurance company who really doesn't care anything about you. And all costs are covered by the renter at premium price and betterment, it is not limited to the security deposit. Strong, but true words; we do not recommend renting from Brad. He's a nice enough guy with good intentions. But in our side of this situation if something goes wrong he isn't experienced enough to handle it. That lead to us to pay a lot of out of pocket expenses beyond what was damaged. Also, the lack of communication and understanding of policy for a really big issue is a big deal. He left everything to RV Share and they were absolutely terrible to work with. We don't see any benefit of renting from him versus renting from someone who can better handle an accident should one occur. Other RV companies handle this SO MUCH BETTER! Outdoorsey for example, I was curious about their coverage so I reached out to them. I was able to quickly speak to a representative and reviewed how they would have handled our situation in a very honest and candid conversation. Their insurance is shared between owner and renter for collision purposes only. (Which is what we thought was the purpose of RV Share's National General Insurance --we were wrong.) All other damage is covered by the security deposit from the renter. Also, because awnings are subject to a lot of damage and expensive, they have very detailed information regarding cost of repair already listed on their website but the representative explained it in great detail with me on the phone. I couldn't believe that in a 15 min conversation I had all the information -- and it was a never ending process at RV Share. Seriously, save your fun weekend or a long vacation and run to a company that can properly handle renting out RV's!!!! Company's like GoRVing or Outdoorsey if you'd prefer a Peer to Peer rental. After this experience I'd actually recommend a CruiseAmerica or a local places like Touchdown RV Rental. I didn't see any benefit renting from Brad or RV Share -- just a lot of headaches and empty pockets if something goes wrong.

Brian was great to work with from the very beginning. Extremely kind, flexible, and professional. All calls and/or messages were answered promptly. He explained everything about the camper to us newbies thoroughly. This was our first TV experience and Brian really helped us feel comfortable towing. The RV was clean, well stocked with more than the essentials, and towed easily with my F-150. Our 4 and 7 year olds loved the bunk beds. The unit is in great shape and everything worked as it should. I could not recommend Brian or his RV to you enough.
