I honestly can't imagine how our experience could have gone any better. The rig itself is absolutely immaculate. She's got a very powerful Mercedes diesel that took us over the pass into Jackson Hole without breaking a sweat. It is also completely loaded with all sorts of goodies - 3 flat screen t.v.'s, a big, automatic awning, killer Jensen stereo with 3 zones (including outside!), leather captain's seats in the cabins and, well, I could go on but hopefully you get the vibe. Mike was phenomenal to deal with. He's exactly my kind of Type A personality (Velcro on the remotes, love it!). He has seemingly thought of everything - chairs to sit around the campfire, day packs, head lamps, flashlights, etc. He met us at the airport with the rig and dropped us off at departures! I would rent again from him in a heartbeat! Beautiful rig, great owner, tremendous experience!

Overall the trailer is a very nice unit. The owner a nice young couple who are proud of the trailer and it shows. They went through the trailer and allow us to view the trailer before commenting to the rental. Being 31 feet long I would not recommend pull this trailer with any less than a 3/4 ton truck. The trailer was able to haul to ATVs end to end as there was not enough from to do side by side. This met removing the two loose seats to make room. We supplied our own tie down straps as none were supplied. It is very tight to get the straps in but the tie down points are available. While the trailer was only two years old, the tires that were on it were wore the bark on each side. When we picked it up, it was not noted that the right rear tire was low on air was it was parked at the curb. Upon returning home it was then noted that the right rear tire was low (38 psi). All tires were checked for tire pressure and brought to the proper 55-60 psi. In hindsight, this should have been noted right away with the owner on Friday morning. Sunday while camping the right rear tire was found flat due to a slow leak. While changing the tire it was discovered there was no jack or lug wrench to change the tire. The jack from my truck was used to lift the tire. I was able to borrow a lug wrench and change out the tire with the spare. On the return trip home, we stopped for dinner before getting on interstate 84. Three miles out the right front tire blow out at 70 MPH. Since the right rear tire was changed there was no spare left. We contacted the owners and let them know what was going on. We had purchase the additional insurance on the trailer and start looking for the number for road side assistance. No was found on the RV Sharing website. The owners were looking at there end, it took them 1.5 hours to locate the number. In the meantime, we were able to borrow a tire that happened to fit and go through changing it on the side of the road. Something we discovered it the additional insurance has a $1500 deductible so the tire was not covered. I believe that the rear tire caused the stress on the front tire that caused the blow out. I recommend to the owners that a tire pressure be checked at the time of check out. A jack be placed on board. The proper four way lug wrench be included. The leveling jacks and speed wrench will not work in changing the tire. I recommended that all tires be replaced. I don't really feel that I should have to pay for the replacement tire, but I did. There is nothing I could have done to have changed the outcome other than return the the trailer to the owner to address the right rear tire that was soft and going flat. Again hindsight. I am told that the trailer now has four tires and should be safe to travel. Again nice trailer and nice folk, Brandon return the borrow tire within two days.

This was the first time we had ever rented an RV. I'm so glad we were able to get Darci's trailer. She was so nice. She was so accommodating. We have 5 children and she made sure we had everything we needed. She put in extra stuff for us to make sure. Communication was so easy. Darci made this experience great. It did interfere with our vacation at all. Everything was accurate about what she said.

We had an amazing trip to Idaho! It was made so much nicer with the rental of this RV Kerri and her husband were amazing. They dropped off the trailer set up everything for us and showed us where everything was and how it worked. The communication was also top notch. If we had any issues they were just a phone call away. Pick up went even smoother. They came and started unhooking it and we got on our way immediately. Would highly recommend!

The trailer was as advertised and the owner was great to work with. She delivered the trailer and set it up at a campground we chose. She took her time to explain the working aspects of the RV and left the hitch insert so we could return at the end of the rental period. A really good experience and I would rent from her again.

A great experience for our family. Jarred was great to work with, always responded to any and all questions right away before and during the rental, gave us a thorough overview of all the features, and even drove 2 hours out to us to take care of a minor issue we had. We couldn't have been happier with the service and the RV. Thanks Jarred!
