Review:

First time my family and I have rented an RV and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Tabitha and Gary were great and easy to work with. They responded immediately to all requests and questions. Their RV was as promised... clean, plenty of room and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. I highly recommend booking with them! Thanks for everything!

Ethan provided excellent communication prior to pick up as to what was provided and suggestions on what to bring. Pick up was an efficient and thorough run through. The NO BO was just the right size and the ability to put our own bike rack on the back of the trailer was awesome.

What can I say other than this is the one you want to stay in! Todd was so accommodating in a situation that forced us to move the trailer mid-week. Not only did he deliver the trailer to us and set it up, he also moved it for us in the middle of our trip and set it up all over again! The trailer has everything you need. Yes, everything. Do not waste your time packing utensils, pots/pans, plates, etc. He has already done the leg work for you. I am one who usually needs to plan it to the "T" and ends up over-packing. Seriously, trust that whatever you need is on board! Pack your clothing...pack your food...pack your favorite book and climb aboard.

Review:

Michelle and Scott could not have been nicer to deal with yet very professional. As a former KOA campground owner, I’ve seen and dealt with literally thousands of RV’s. The Winnebago brand combined with the Mercedes Diesel engine make for an outstanding RV. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. The RV was easy to drive even in a 30-40 mph headwind. The Diesel engine provided plenty of power and was very quiet. The gas mileage was over 15 mph. Very comfortable with a lot of storage. Michelle and Scott provided everything you need. All we had to do was bring our clothes, personal items, and food. I highly recommend renting this RV.

First thing, I was called the day before I was to pick up the camper and asked what time I'd like to pick it up. I gave them an approximate time and arrived a little after that time (40 minutes to be exact) to find the gates and office locked. I called the number and got nothing but attitude from the girl on the other end of the line about arriving a little later than the time I told them and how busy she was and what an inconvenience this is for her. Never once was I told that if I don't show up exactly when they thought I'd be there I would be charged a $90 late pickup fee. Which was just the first BS additional charge I received. I got the camper with the black tank 1/3 full from whenever the last time this camper was rented. Therefore, after towing it to the campground and the sewage being shaken up the camper was almost uninhabitable due to the smell, and this lingered the whole time we had the camper. Awesome right!? We used the camper to sleep in, nothing else, and cleaned it prior to returning it. A couple days later I get a notification that my security deposit is being taken for "damages, cleaning fee, late pickup fee and lost keys fee." I am 100% positive we did not damage a thing and returned the camper in the same condition we received it. As for the keys, those were returned a couple days later. Honest mistake. All in all this has felt like a total scam from a horrible "rental shop." I 100% do not recommend renting from this shop in Farmington, NM.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. As a matter of fact, we were considering purchasing a Class A model before renting this Class C, and are so glad we didn't buy. If there are more trusted folks like Brandi who rent their RVs, why buy?

We had a great time at Ridgway State Park just north of Ridgway, CO and south of Montrose. We arranged to have it set up, and as we were leaving the City Market in Montrose with our final supplies (firewood!), we had a phone call that it was ready to go. We show up and there are chairs and marshmallow roasters just ready to go. Big Sarge was very spacious and we had a great stay. My teenage daughter got sick so she stayed in Big Sarge with a friend while we drove to Telluride. My daughter and her friend had a nice time just hanging out, cooking sausages, and generally feeling like they were on their own in this RV.

The owners were very friendly and easy to contact. Initially we had a late start because of some difficulties but they made it up to us and were very nice. The RV is large and spacious enough for 6. They were able to deliver to Grand Junction!

The owner could not be sweeter. I think that the rv rental experience will only improve for others. We were his first renters of this rv, I think, so the experience was as not as smooth given that we were the first . But overall , I would recommend. He tried to be accommodating and have learned from the experience. I would rent again from him. Giving him4/5 stars but know that he will improve for next renter!
