We had a wonderful experience renting this travel trailer! Jake was extremely easy to work with and very flexible. He was very communicative and knowledgeable and made it very easy on us. The trailer was great...had many amenities. It was also very clean when we picked it up.

Review:

So glad we did the rental of this pop up instead of tent camping at the lake. Pop-up had a battery charging problem that the owner was working on and he disclosed before we came to pick up so we got a discount off the regular rate. Still served our needs very well. Pick up and drop off was easy. We would rent again!

This is a nice pop-up camper. It isn't super luxurious but it was perfect for us! Pick up and drop off was easy! They were flexible with the times so that made use feel less stressed about being somewhere at a specific time. We would rent this camper again!

2016 Thor Vegas
$199
Review:

We had an amazing 2 week trip in the Thor Vegas & miss it already! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our boys ages 7 & 10 loved being able to grab a snack while riding on the couch in search of Bison & Grizzly weaving our way through Wyoming. We seem to have split boondocking equally with making reservations at campgrounds during the trip and found boondocking to be our favorite! We easily last 3 days on the battery with using the generator minimally (mostly just to make coffee!) The drivability was easier than I expected, we were able to pull off and park if we found a swimming hole and found that parking even in downtown Jackson Hole was a cinch. Communicating with Tom leading up to the trip and arranging for pick up was easy breezy and I loved that he shared the excitement of our travels at pick up. Brooke Lalumiere Fairfield, CT

We had a really great trip. Paul is a great owner and was awesome to work with.

2014 Starcraft 16RB camper
$79
Review:

Owner sent us on our trip with a defective battery. They even sent us a text message that we should bring a battery charger after we already picked up the camper! We had to borrow a battery from another couple who were camping next door during our trip so we had some power but then we found none of the electrical outlets worked. Interior had broken blinds that would not open/close. Mattresses were not clean and had dirt and pine needle debris. I thought it was a good value for the price but you get what you paid for. Terrible communication from owner. Do yourself and family a favor and look elsewhere. On a side note RV Share in general is a terrible company to work with. Any company that doesn’t have a PHONE NUMBER for customer service is suspect. Check for yourself if you can find one….

2014 Winnebago Travato

Review:

The RV rental through Brad provided a reliable vehicle with comfortable bed and excellent refrigerator but we do not recommend renting from Brad without significant changes in his practices. The website lists the vehicle as having “less than 25000 miles on it.” In reality, we discovered the vehicle had over 59000 miles on it when we picked it up. His communications with us lacked a business-like approach of promptness and eagerness to fulfill our reasonable information requests as customers. Some emails went unanswered, some were answered over a week later. If his preferred method of communication is not email, he will do well to inform customers early on of this preference. The “Pick up anytime after 10:00 AM” was actually listed as “8:00 AM” when we booked the rental in January for a July schedule and that was not honored. The “Drop off by 7:00 AM” was actually listed as “5:00 AM” when we booked which is unrealistic. He scheduled vehicle usage by the previous renters so that he did not allow himself enough time to prepare it for our rental causing a delay that forced us to alter our trip plans. The original booking called for pickup at 8:00 AM and we planned our travels out of state for camping reservations (which, you know, often have to be made 6 months in advance) to fit this schedule. Three months after booking he told us we could not have the vehicle until 5:00 PM contrary to his original commitment. Upon reminding him of this change in the booking contract, he relented somewhat to allow a 12:00 noon pick-up. If he had told us from the beginning of the rental arrangements that it would be best to pick it up a day later, we could have planned for that requirement far in advance. His orientation of us as renters to the use of the vehicle was unwritten, unplanned, and informal and he acknowledged that he has thought about improving this in the future. His supplying of propane at “2/3 tank” with the recommendation of returning it at the same level was unrealistic; we returned it “full” which was the only option possible from the propane supplier. He offered no compensation for time and effort it required from us to find, purchase, and manually replace a burned-out headlight lamp on the trip in a resort location; rather, he offered only simple, straight cost reimbursement for part.

Review:

Excellent experience renting this camper. I pulled this trailer with a F-150 and had no problems. Fully loaded with camping material if you forgot something and has entertainment for the little ones: tv’s, games. Had a cheat sheet with step by step instructions which made it easy to use since this was my first time. He was Very friendly, flexible and I will definitely rent again.

Review:

Diana was very accomodating, took time to explain everything at pick up. The picture book on Rosie's features and operation is a very nice touch as well. Pick up and drop off were very easy and flexible. "Rosie" is a solid value for the money. While a little bit older than other units we have rented, everything was in good shape and in working order, Rosie is well maintained. We appreciaited the extra space that a slide out dining area provides.

We nicknamed the RV Big Bertha as she wasn't the prettiest but definitely a highly functional vehicle. We slept our family of four without any difficulties and were able to go on some wonderful adventures with Big B.

1982 Fleetwood Jamboree

Review:

First of all the pictures on the listing are not recent. We understood that this was an older RV, but holy crap. The awning has been ripped off, leaving shreds of the material flapping. The stereo has been removed and replaced with nothing. The refrigerator stunk so bad that we had to put baking soda in and the smell was still present half way through the rental, ruining our wedding cake. The battery died every day, despite being plugged in to the 30 amp outlet. We lived by flashlight power from dusk till the time we went to bed. The roof leaked. It dripped oil and other automobile liquids. Needless to say, we did not feel safe driving this RV for our roadtrip that we had planned for our honeymoon. Not to mention that he “tuned” the carborator himself. (we used a half of a tank of gas driving 50 miles) Thanks for ruining our honeymoon! We hope this is seen by potential renters and RVshare.com personnel.
