Review:

We rented this camper for the Labor Day Weekend 2017, They delivered and set it up and picked it up. Very clean camper. Mike and Sherrie were wonderful with communication and very accommodating. My husband is a disabled fire fighter and this opportunity made it possible to enjoy our time with friends. Thanks again Mike and Sherrie you two rock.

2017 Airstream Basecamp
$150
Review:

We really enjoyed the little Basecamp. Everything worked well and we were able to get into any camping spot we wanted. Stayed in several State Park sites. Super easy to pull and very comfortable for two people. Great galley and very functional shower. We were really surprised at how comfortable the bed was. We slept well, warm and comfy. Finally, we met a lot of folks just because it is somewhat unusual, great conversation starter.

Review:

Craig was GREAT to deal with - on point with communication and made pick-up and drop-off a breeze, despite me being 90 minutes late to pick-up and dropping off a day early. On the hardware front, this rig was definitely adequate for two guys to do a mountain bike road trip but only just. We had no major mechanicals and most of the gear worked as it should. At this price point, I had pretty low expectations but I was hopeful that the pictures shown were taken after a trip and upon pick-up, it would actually be a bit cleaner but, nope, the pictures are very accurate - the rig is a bit of a jalopy. I was thinking of this like staying at at Motel 6. Nothing fancy nor luxurious but everything would work and be clean enough but that wasn't quite the case. The listing implies one would have all of the basic kitchen gear, which I guess was true but pots and pans were unwashed, utensils were missing, etc. It was kinda fun, actually, to use a 2' BBQ spatula to make pancakes on a 12" skillet though. The oven didn't work, the freshwater tank didn't seem to want to fill (could have been user error on that one), the audio system didn't work at all. Even though it wasn't disgusting, the rig definitely had not been cleaned in some time. Like I said, though, it was adequate for two dudes but I was glad neither of us brought our girls as they would have definitely thought otherwise.

Review:

We liked the RV, it definitely served it's purpose. The owner David is very nice and laid back. He was flexible with the pickup and drop off times which ended up being the main reason we chose to rent from him. Overall we had a great experience. The only cons with renting this RV... there aren't cup holders in back for passengers. Minor detail, but would have been nice for long road trips. It's also very loud on the road...I'm guessing most RV's will be noisy, but you'd have to blast the music to hear it over the engine, road noise and rattling. Or talk very loud while driving. I don't have much experience with other RV's, so I'm not sure if this is common or not...but just a heads up for anyone else looking to rent it. Overall, the RV did great. It's easy to drive and can hold the speed limit for the most part. We averaged about 7 to 8 MPG over 1500 miles. It's comfortable to sleep in, heats up easily and also cools down with the A/C. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to rent this again as it's the best bang for your buck around town.

2017 Meet Sally, our Starcraft Satellite

Review:

We took Sally on our fall National Park tour - Yellowstone, Tetons, Arches and Mesa Verde. It was a great experience! Kelly was so easy to work with and she has done a really thorough job of making sure you are ready to be out on the road. The trailer is well stocked with kitchen utensils and bath/bed linens. We were very pleased with the storage and refrigerator/freezer size - stored everything we needed for the first week out. We hit many seasons on our trip! The first snow in Yellowstone was beautiful and Sally kept us toasty warm. Arches and Mesa Verde were just ending summer and the days were warm. We used the air conditioner once to bring down the temp a little and it worked great. Sally was just the right size for the two of us. Thanks Kelly for a great experience!

We had a great trip with Rosie to Yellowstone. Jen was wonderful with communication and walking me through how everything works on the teardrop when I picked it up. No problem towing it, we could barely feel it even going over the mountain passes. We had people ask us about it and taking pictures at almost every stop. We'll definitely rent Rosie again.

2017 Forest River R-Pod model rp180

Review:

Owner Terry was incredibly flexible and extremely communicative and accommodating during the process of planning our rental, meeting up, and was especially informative when walking us through all the amenities of his RV. We were amazed at the thoughtfulness Terry put into prepping his RV for us with anything we could’ve needed during our rental. On top of all that, Terry is just an all-around kind and pleasant person. The RV was immaculate from the start and a truly relaxing home-away-from-home for us. The space was just right for two adults, and it was easy to adapt to the tighter confines of RV living in Terry’s smartly laid out “Todd-Pod.” Our only regret was not having more time with his RV, relaxing in the evenings under the side awning in the included canvas camping chairs. Should we have the chance to seek an RV rental in this area again, Terry’s Todd-Pod will unquestioningly be our first choice.
