Renting from Dave was a great experience. He was professional, courteous and accessible by phone when I had questions. The trailer was clean and completely operational. It was so great to have a cool trailer to retreat to while staying by the lake. I would definitely rent from Dave again.

Darrin was above and beyond the greatest host. He was a great communicator he actually picked me up from the airport in the RV took me to my shopping destination and showed me the ins and outs of the RV there anahas his daughter pick him up. Now if that isn’t first hand top service I don’t know what is!! He was so kind and patient with me and overall lovely. I want to work with him anytime I return to the southern Oregon area.

This older model shows its wear and tear, but that is what we were looking for. Didn't feel a need to baby this vehicle (it is a 4X4 with a winch) so we felt comfortable taking it out for our adventure.

Mary Ellen was easy to work with and well prepared to deal with RV renters. Easily came up with my "proof of insurance" paperwork which was nice. RV was as advertised but a bit of a learning curve for those new to an RV. Had a fun trip though and thinking of buying something like it in the future!

This is the first time we have ever rented an RV. The owner was available for questions and assistance as needed throughout the rental period. The owner is honest and truly cared that my family and I had the best experience possible. The RV ran excellent in the valley and over all the mountain passes. We will rent from this owner again.

My family and i rented the RV for a 5 day voyage across Central Oregon. The RV has been very well maintained and very comfortable to drive and extremely easy to setup for your nightly stays at a RV park. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to have a reliable vehicle which is easy to operate and provides a comfortable stay for your family on the road. Patty and Wayne do a great job informing you on how to use the vehicle prior to your departure and are easy to reach if you have questions when your on the road.

The rig had only been slept in 1 night by the owner when we rented it, so that's pretty tough to beat. Jason was very friendly and helpful during pickup and drop off. She pulled very easily behind a half ton pickup. Nice big bathroom and plenty of closet space for 4. There's room behind the Murphy bed, so you can pile up sleeping bags, pillows, etc. and just fold 'er up and enjoy the couch for the day. So nice to have a built-in black tank rinse, too!

1. Bad check in experience: - No checkin instruction was sent before arrival - On the arrival day, the owner messaged us and wanted us to arrive before 2pm. Since we are driving from SF, we tried without stopping and got there on time. But when we arrived at the listing address, he told us it is a place 20 min away, and the RV cannot be ready until 5pm. We have to accommadate that. He should've sent us a message earlier when he knew that RV was not gonna be ready on time. 2. Going through instruction was ok but still miscommunicated. The owner did a good job going through the RV, except for one thing. There was a valve underneath the sofa which she told us we only need when we hook the RV to the RV site with water and electricity, and did not show us how to use that valve. However, when we returned the RV and told them that we had no water running, they said that we should turn on the valve. 3. No water for 2 days. For the first 2 days, water was going through. But after we refilled the water, no more water can come out. At first we thought there was a leakage so we went to refill the water a few more times, which took us a couple hours. 4. Missing backup plans for communication from no cell phone area We parked the RV at a place without cell phone signals so we couldn't get in touch with the owner when we have the problem. We hoped that there is a written down instructions as a backup plan. There was a lot to remember and figure out ourselves.

This was my first time renting an RV, and Kevin and Jenn made it very easy to do so. The profile page on the RVshare site was complete with all of the required info, they were very responsive to my questions via email, and they gave a thorough overview of how to operate the RV. Most importantly, their RV is in great shape, clean, and we didn't have any problems operating it. I would highly recommend renting from them in the future.

OMG the owners made our trip a dream! They dropped & set up the unit, and set it up. They gave us detailed list of items we didn't need to bring & went out of their way to attend to every detail. The trailer was beautiful & having an outside kitchen was awesome.

Niece (NEE-see) is a really sweet and professional young lady. She was very easy and pleasant to work with. The trailer pulled nicely. It does have trailer brakes, which was a nice surprise. Motorized awning works great and has a full length LED strip underneath to provide plenty of light. We dry camped in Bend which got down to about 45 the first night. We kept the cabin at 70 degrees all night. When we got up, the battery tested at about 50% still (12.25V,) so that was comforting. She has heated beds, but I would imagine you'd want to be on shore power. The "bedrooms" do sleep a little cooler than the main cabin, which was expected, but me and my 3 girls still slept comfortably. The only negative is... she's already reserved for the next date we are going camping. But we'll definitely want to rent this one again. Thanks, Niece!

My first RV Share experience could not have gone any smoother. I rented the trailer for a wedding as some of us girls in the wedding were coming from different states or Southern California. The bride even asked why they didn’t think of it, so she stayed in the master bed with me the first night and we slept sounder than the guests in the cabin! So clean, such an easy process, and Dave was so amazing to bring it to the venue/ranch for us as well as come pick it up. Even though it only sleeps 4, I definitely recommend it and there’s plenary of room to throw up an air mattress if you needed to sleep a couple more!

Great experience, extremely easy communication, we had one question during the trip and got an answer in seconds. The RV is comfortable, we were 6 people with 4 kids and it was the right size. Pick up and drop off were arranged at the airport, super convenient for us. We had a great time, worries free.
