Review:

This was our first trailer rental. We had no idea what to expect. We loved the layout, with 2 bunks and a queen for us. Separate bathroom with a tub. The dinette was bigger then normal for a rv. We sat 5 adults for dinner comfortably. Joe the owner was so helpful. He was so thoughtful, accommodating, and really worked with us. He was very helpful with picking up and dropping off the trailer. When we had a few questions about the ac/heater he was right there on the phone with us explaining how it works. We couldn't be happier!!!!!! We have recommended him and his trailer to my children. It was very easy to pull. Thank you Joe

Review:

I was extremely pleased with my RV rental with Daniel. The Four Winds was perfect for my needs and was a home away from home on wheels. I felt safe and secure. Though I did not take advantage of all the amenities offered and available, it was exactly the "creature comfort and space" I needed. Daniel was most accommodating and thoughtful in answering my questions. My brief RV experience was very positive an unexpected adventure in itself. I hope to rent again and share the adventure with my family when the timing is appropriate for a longer trek. Thank you Daniel!

Review:

Our first ever RV trip with Daniel’s RV was an experience of lifetime! The RV was in great shape and had all the amenities we could have imagined for our trip down coastal highway. The beds were very comfortable with the Kitchen and Bathroom in great condition and working order. It was quite a spacious one. We were 4 adults + 2 children and were very comfortable. Kids had a great time exploring the RV and playing in it (including with the hidden Star Wars swords Daniel had placed for their enjoyment :-) ). The RV drove extremely well through the curves and bends of the coastal highway as well. We could tell, it had been well taken care of. What we really appreciated was that Daniel went to great lengths to describe all the functionalities and facilities in the RV while also explaining how to set up systems around water, electricity, cable etc. at a camp site – all of which was extremely useful to us since we were doing this for the first time – Thank you Daniel! Overall, we had a great RV experience with Daniel and would recommend his RV to anyone in a heartbeat.

2007 Cougar Keystone

Review:

Marco and Tiffany were very friendly and so helpful they asked us to come out and preview the RV before taking it on our trip. The preview was very helpful, as this was our first RV camping trip. The Keystone Cougar was extremely clean and had everything we needed. On return day, checking in the RV did take a long time, but all ended well. I absolutely recommend renting a pretty nice RV from this fine couple.

2002 Ford E450 V10/ Tioga
$140
Review:

I rented this RV to take my two sons (ages 11 and 13) on a week-long road trip to Death Valley and back, and it was perfect! Great condition, clean, everything worked well, and it was very comfortable for all of us. Plenty of storage and a nice kitchen and bathroom for the size. It's pretty gas-thirsty and I had to fill up a number of times, but that's the trade-off for a clean-running V10 that got us up n' over the mountain passes with no problem. I would definitely recommend it.

Reese & Christopher, Merry Christmas, Adrienne’s comment: I enjoyed our family vacation to Southern California in the RV. It was a different experience for me. Moreover, I’m grateful our family has been blessed with the capabilities to embark on various trips by different modes of transportation like this one. Thank you dad for planning this vacation it was well needed and much appreciated. What’s next? Adrienne J. Bolton, Benedict College, Elementary Education Major Breuna’s comment: My experience this week to California. California is a beautifully complex state with excruciating traffic and tranquil sunsets. I longed to go to Southern California, specifically Los Angeles. Los Angeles has independent coffee shops, Anaheim is the founder of the “happiest place on earth,” and Valencia is known for its colossal of malls. I definitely enjoyed traveling across our neighbor state in the RV. In essence, I appreciate having the opportunity to gallivant around the country in what I call mi casa. Christopher Chris was affable to work with. Chris hospitable in his efforts to make sure I understood how to effectively operate the RV. I only called for information twice and each time is was available. My family and I overall experience was absolute. It was great working with Christopher. My family and I anxiously awaits your next RV adventure and I will definitely rent from him again. Their service, commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent puts them on the top shelf/first class. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to rent an RV to come here. Thank you.

It was great working with Christopher. He met with us a week prior to get checked out and do walk-around, run thru the equipt and go for a test drive. This was our first time renting an RV and it was a great experience! Julie really took her time to show us how to work everything in the RV (Inside and out) Everything was so easy to work and driving it was super fun! We had everything we needed and the RV was stocked with so many extra's like silverware, pots, pans, hand soap..etc. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough storage space, and everyone was comfortable during the drive as well as sleeping at night. She was very flexible with the pick up time and return time (as we were taking a nice 4 day trip to Disneyland) It was like our little home away from home. The RV was VERY clean, user friendly and the perfect size for our family trip. I would definitely rent from her again!

RV complaints I wondered why the RV rental picture was so grainy but now I know why. The RV was in poor repair. There was a crack on the windshield, a gash in the side, a missing step. I was provided with a stool that was stolen the first day. Let me tell you that is a big first step for someone only 4’8”! The owner practiced false advertising. I saw a document saying the RV was a 2000, not a 2004. I was told the RV came with a TV and DVD player. Both of these items had been removed and the repair of the wall was VERY sloppy. The hot water heater worked for 2 days then stopped. We had to continually heat water for dishes. Inside the RV there were drawers that wouldn’t open and others that wouldn’t stay shut. One of the huge sliding cupboards slammed into my favorite water container causing it to crack in half. The electricity worked as long as we were plugged in. However, when it came to needing to rely on the generator, even though it turned on, it didn’t supply the RV with any power. That meant no microwave or air conditioning. Cooking became a nightmare! The fridge worked as long as we were plugged in. When we had to camp without electricity the fridge stopped working and I lost a BUNCH of food. The outside pods were very difficult to manage. I had to call the owner several times for assistance and he was not always timely in getting back to me. I was informed that I “needed to lean into the pod and apply pressure from my knee, depending on which side was stuck the most.” When that didn’t help the situation I was told that I “needed to adjust the pod door by moving it to either to the right or the left, first, before applying my knee to the right or the left side of the pod.” At one campsite we filled the clean water tank. No one explained to me that this would cause the shower to back up and allow everything we had stored in there to get soaked. The window shades didn’t work. That meant the passengers couldn’t see out. It also meant that even if you opened the windows you couldn’t get any breeze. But what was worse than that is when we didn’t have hook-ups and the generator failed to work it was like an oven in there. I failed to read the rental policy and didn’t understand that even though I was being charged for 13 full days I really only was supposed to receive 12 ½ days usage. Because I returned the RV “late” the owners were very upset with me. The owners then berated me for supposedly not empting the gray and black water. I had personally supervised this activity so I KNOW it had been done. The owner called me a liar and said her gauges didn’t lie. All I could think of was if her gauges work as well as everything else on this RV why am I surprised? Do not give the owner your credit card number. The owner placed a $985.42 extra charge on my credit card. He reported to my credit card company that this extra charge was for “cleaning and damage”. All that needed to be cleaned was the 4 sq. ft. of carpeting that got wet when the shower overflowed.) I asked him for an itemized expense report and he has yet to supply me with one. Here is the thing that has me most upset… How was he able to determine the need for this ridiculously high additional expense when he has just picked up the RV at 6:00 pm and was, by his own admission, dropping it off immediately at the next unsuspecting customer? I cannot possibly figure out how he had time to clean and repair anything in the 1 hour it took him to charge my credit card. I am in the process of contesting this additional charge with RVshare as well as my credit card company!
