RVShare website filters very cumbersome to work with. Once we were finally able to confirm our rental everything was fine.

Renting from Dave was a great experience. He was professional, courteous and accessible by phone when I had questions. The trailer was clean and completely operational. It was so great to have a cool trailer to retreat to while staying by the lake. I would definitely rent from Dave again.

5 star experience all around. Jason and his wife were absolutely wonderful to work with. The RV was immaculate & had every amenity you could ever need. We were super comfortable from beginning to end of this rental, and will definitely be renting again.

This older model shows its wear and tear, but that is what we were looking for. Didn't feel a need to baby this vehicle (it is a 4X4 with a winch) so we felt comfortable taking it out for our adventure.

This was a great little camptrailer! It was easy to pull and set up. Renting a trailer through RV Share is easy and painless. Wayne was quick to reply to my request.

1. Bad check in experience: - No checkin instruction was sent before arrival - On the arrival day, the owner messaged us and wanted us to arrive before 2pm. Since we are driving from SF, we tried without stopping and got there on time. But when we arrived at the listing address, he told us it is a place 20 min away, and the RV cannot be ready until 5pm. We have to accommadate that. He should've sent us a message earlier when he knew that RV was not gonna be ready on time. 2. Going through instruction was ok but still miscommunicated. The owner did a good job going through the RV, except for one thing. There was a valve underneath the sofa which she told us we only need when we hook the RV to the RV site with water and electricity, and did not show us how to use that valve. However, when we returned the RV and told them that we had no water running, they said that we should turn on the valve. 3. No water for 2 days. For the first 2 days, water was going through. But after we refilled the water, no more water can come out. At first we thought there was a leakage so we went to refill the water a few more times, which took us a couple hours. 4. Missing backup plans for communication from no cell phone area We parked the RV at a place without cell phone signals so we couldn't get in touch with the owner when we have the problem. We hoped that there is a written down instructions as a backup plan. There was a lot to remember and figure out ourselves.

This trailer was great. Our week in it went very well, it was comfortable and gave us a delightful refuge when the temperature went into the 100s (2 days). Plenty of interior space to store our things and the larger-than-usual bathroom was a pleasure. One of our friends we showed it to threatened to reserve it for herself for next year! Thanks so much!

Jason and Shelley were wonderful to work with. They demonstrated how everything worked, answered all of our questions, provided their contact information in case we needed to contact them about something we had not remembered to ask. The RV was in perfect condition when we got it from them. They did everything they could to make our trip with their RV safe, comfortable and easy. If we need a vehicle in the future for another trip, we will definitely check to see if Jason's RV is available.

Review:

WARNING!!...Poorly maintained camper trailer with unprofessional owners!!... Don’t spend your vacation wishing you had a different camper trailer. Owner was nice and friendly, but if you do not want your camping vacation to be a disappointment due to lack of upkeep and non-functioning components, rent from someone else. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the camper needs some attention that the owner is neglecting. We had continual problems with the trailer. Foremost the batteries were dead and could not hold a charge which was verified by an auto part store. Owner failed to meet us at check-out knowing that there were problems, and instead wrote a text informing us that the trailer worked perfectly and that the issues were user error. I have years of experience with RV’s and have owned them in the past, and know how to operate camper trailers. Initially the owner was apologetic via text and said she would compensate us for the inconvenience, but we still have not seen a refund. My advice, spend the extra $10-$20 per night on a different camper that is newer. If I were you, I would cancel any reservations with this camper trailer and/or keep on looking to book another camper trailer.

Loved this trailer! It was perfect for our little family of 2 moms and our infant son plus our 2 dogs. Super easy to tow, super easy to set up and level. I'm giving it 5 stars, but this is in hopes that the awning will be repaired and functional for the next renters (which may very well be my family), otherwise I'd say 4.5. Working with Graham is a breeze.

My first RV Share experience could not have gone any smoother. I rented the trailer for a wedding as some of us girls in the wedding were coming from different states or Southern California. The bride even asked why they didn’t think of it, so she stayed in the master bed with me the first night and we slept sounder than the guests in the cabin! So clean, such an easy process, and Dave was so amazing to bring it to the venue/ranch for us as well as come pick it up. Even though it only sleeps 4, I definitely recommend it and there’s plenary of room to throw up an air mattress if you needed to sleep a couple more!

If I have to describe our first RV experience with Jamie & Scott’s Black Beauty (aka 2014 Mercedes Benz Roadteck) is PERFECT. You cannot ask for anything better than this RV and then to pair it with kind and accommodating owners who agreed to meet us halfway the day we returned it, was so gracious. The Mercedes RV is big enough for 2 to camp in and small enough to drive our family of 7 adults & 2 toddlers around town. The diesel consumption was more economical than our 6 cyl. Toyota SUV! It was the smallest RV at the RV Resort but the most handsome :) It is truly an ‘AirBNB on wheels’ which everything is included; including the sink. Although we did not use the kitchen or the bathroom, the convenience and fully equipped RV was a Godsend when we needed salt & pepper & ketchup while cooking at the cottage we rented next door. It is more complete than a lot of the AirBNBs we have stayed in. The sofa which converts to a king size bed was comfortable & the linens provided by Jamie were upscale. Oh yes & the fridge was so perfect to store our extra food & drinks while on the road. I honestly think we can navigate RVing very well on our own in the future. Thanks Jamie & Scott, our first RV experience couldn’t have been any better. You’re ‘da best’!

Jason and his wife Shelley made renting this RV an extremely easy and delightful experience. This was my very first time driving an RV, and they both went to great lengths showing the details of both how to drive it and how to operate it. Jason even drove with me around the block a few times until I felt comfortable operating the vehicle! The RV itself is very clean and comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a nice apartment! They stocked he car with clean sheets and blankets so it was all inclusive. The heating, hot water, shower, bathroom, and refrigerator were all top of the line. There was even a little awning you could push a button to expand to shade your front door. For a small fee they emptied the toilet tank. They even filled it up with gas for me so I wouldn't have to deal with moving the vehicle through the tight gas station. I would absolutely recommend renting from Jason and Shelley, and I plan to rent from them again in the future.
