Great first time rental thru RVshare. This RV was in beautiful condition and perfect for our group. Dustin was easy to communicate with before the rental to ensure I was ready. He delivered it for us to our property for my dad's birthday party at Lake Berryessa, which made it really easy, and all at a great value!

Allen was a GREAT guy to rent from! He's the type of guy you want to be friends with. The trailer was a breeze to pull in my F150 and Allen helped me hook it up. The trailer was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was we couldn't get the water to work in the RV at the campsite. A pretty big deal, but it worked fine when I dropped it back off so I'm thinking it was something I did wrong.

Chris was great to deal with, very responsive. We rented the RV last- minute due to mechanical problems with another rental that we had reserved. I had to contact multiple owners so that we didn't have to cancel our trip. Chris was the only one that got back to us in a timely manner, and his response time was in minutes, not hours or days. We had the RV delivered, and it was set up and ready to go in no time. Really can't ask for a better experience renting an RV.

Do not rent from this owner.. To start the owner will be very accommodating, respond very quickly to messages to get you to book, in fact to the point of pestering and make you feel that the RV will be swooped out from underneath you if you don't book asap. We went back and forth about renting this RV and ultimately decided to. We showed up to pick up the RV, granted we were later than the arrival time suggested on the booking, but wasn't worried since we were supposed to be starting our vacation and had a 3 hour ride just to pick the RV up. Once we arrived Michael was ready and waiting for the 2 hour course on every little thing we needed to make sure and do on our trip, down to making sure to use the vacuum to clean the small carpet area and to make sure and sweep multiple times a day to ensure the RV was clean. I was a bit shocked a how he went over things so tediously, he presents this RV as if it's a brand new top of the line RV, which it's not. It has been very well used and you can even see where the sticker from the previous rental company was on the back of the RV. I fortunately did take photo graphs of the exterior of the RV but all the items I pointed out inside Michael swept under the rug and said he was not worried about usual "wear and tear" as this is an RV and that type of stuff is common, for example the multiple stains on the upholstery, peeling cabinet skins, bubbling flooring. So once my husband passed his once around the block training lesson, we were finally on the road to start what was a great family vacation, we had a couple issues along the way. First being the connection on the shower head, which sprayed all over the place to the point of not being able to use. We informed Michael and we had to take time out of our vacation to stop at a hardware store and purchase washers (at our own expense) and repair the connection on the hose to be able to you is. We were never offered reimbursement for this inconvenience nor the cost of the washers. Also one of the hubcaps came off (which were pretty sure was due to the tire shop not adequately securing it correctly, as Michael stated the tires were brand new) and as soon as we realized we notified Michael so he could order a new one as he mentioned the RV was being rented a day or two after our return. On our way back to drop the RV off my husband accidentally hit a pole at the gas station trying to get propane, to which we also notified Michael right away, we went through all the necessary steps to get the RV and damages taken care of and back to Michael, down to the point of picking up the pieces that fell off the RV (Michael's request) as if they are going to be glued back on at the repair shop. Either way Michael requested we do so, so we did. We already felt horrible about damaging this families RV so we were willing to make whatever accommodations he requested in preparation to getting the RV back to him. We proceeded to return the RV a day early and go through the check out with Michael. We obviously were not disputing the damage to the rear of the RV, the rest of the RV was left just as clean if not cleaner then when we left it. This is where things went from bad to worse. We were clearly frustrated at the damage caused to the RV and feeling horrible so we wanted to get our belongings loaded and back on the road to our 3 hour ride home. Michael repeatedly said how clean the RV looked and how well kept it was, we signed the return form with the 1. Replacement hub-cap crossed out, as Michael suggested we just pay him cash so we could leave RV share out of it 2. Damage to the rear of the RV, and our overage in mileage. I receive an email from RV share about a week or so later, stating that Michael is claiming we broke 2 of his camping chairs that he stores under the RV, mind you these were never pulled out to show us they were in working order during our tedious departure lesson. We never even used the camping chairs during our vacation but somehow we broke them...huh. Secondly he wants to charge us $125.00 for a cleaning fee, to which pictures he provides shows a tiny pile of dirt that he had to sweep and wiping down of the front console. The cleaning fee on his post of his RV only states $100.00, so he will try and get you here as well. We rented the RV for 11 days, but returned 1 day early and apparently the $2800+ we paid for it does not even cover the a low maintenance wipe down. Beware of this owner and if you do choose to rent this RV make sure you take pictures of everything pre and post trip or you will get hit with whatever he is able to get from you. Oh and one last item, make sure you do not part your vehicle in from of his house as the sprinklers will hit your vehicle the entire time and the hot sun will bake them on, in turn ruining the paint on your car. Rent at your own risk!!

We are VERY pleased with Erik and his trailer. This is the second time we rent from him. The trailer is kept very clean, well maintained and very spacious. Price is great. He's great at responding quick to emails and text messages. Our kids enjoyed the trailer and loved having the beds pop out of the trailer to look outside. We are very happy and will definitely rent from Erik again in the future.

This was our first RV experience and everything about the rental made it extremely easy for us - from the pre-communications with Joe (owner) to having it all set up before we even arrived to the campsite. The trailer was exactly as it appears in the photos and very clean. There was also a stocked kitchen with pots/pans, dishes, coffee maker. The size was perfect for us (two adults, 1 child) and Joe was also very accommodating to a couple special requests we had. Having the trailer be a drop off, meaning we didn't have to worry about pickup/drop off, driving it through the mountains, or settings anything up ourselves, made it a breeze while still allowing us to get that RV camping experience.

Loved the RV and Suzyn was great. Originally thought she had to cancel the reservation due to damage by the previous renter but she contacted me and even gave me her number and said we could still rent it if we didn't mind the damage. She kept in contact with me as to what I needed to do to get the reservation in less than two days. When it was finalized, she even agreed to let us pick it up early (7a). She provided everything (bedding, pots, pans, silverware, folding chairs, paper plates, plastic cups, coffee maker, coffee) and even offered towels and ice chests but we had our own. We accidentally double paid the cleaning fee so she said she would just apply it to any mileage overage (we were allowed 100 miles per day). We would rent from her in a heartbeat and are even considering renting her other smaller RV next year if it's available.
