RV was amazing and very clean. The process was incredibly smooth and the owner has everything in place for a fun trip. He was very kind and would follow up on all communications. Had a great experience and cannot wait to rent this RV with my family again!
Paul was immensely helpful and flexible in making pick-up and drop-off arrangements. The RV exceeded our expectations, was totally reliable, and provided a home from home for our two week holiday. If you rent from Paul you won't be disappointed.
Excellent to rent from and everything went perfectly on our pick up and return. Will rent the trailer again next year.
This was our first RV experience, we did not have anything to compare with! And it turned out to be a lovely experience, the RV was fully equipped with everything we needed. David was very descriptive when he showed us what and how to operate the RV.
Steven made the whole experience extremely easy and seamless. He and his wife were at our site at the set time for delivery and pick up. He and his wife set up and gave us a complete run down on his affordable and very well kept travel trailer. We were impressed on how well it was stocked with everything that was needed including the games. Thanks again for making our stay fun and relaxing.
Paul was great to work with, communication was excellent. He was very flexible with pickup and return times. The trailer was perfect for my family of 4. Set up and take down was quick and easy. My midsize SUV pulled it with no issues. This was a great experience and we will definitely be renting from Paul in the future.
List of damages and malfunctions of the RV: *Defective awning: This has been compensated that with a canopy which we appreciated. However, this was not what we expected. *Loose table: The table in the RV is extremely loose. Drinks are easily getting spilled over the table and on persons' legs. We expected the table to be stable. *Engine problems: Already on the first day of using the RV, I figured, that the engine has problems which caused some unease in regards to the upcoming road trip to remote locations. From time to time, the engine performed with interruptions or we didn't happen to start the engine - it even happened that the engine stopped working at a red stop light and we blocked the road for a while. Other than that, I observed that the temperature meter was changing its value from min to max which was traced by interruptions of the engine's performance again. The "engine" sign and the "check gages" sign was on and off randomly, too. *The low beams of the RV are extremely faint. It is almost impossible to drive the RV at night time outside of a city where street lighting is rather poor. I doubt, that the low beams fulfill minimum requirements in terms of intensity according to state law and DMV regulations. *The fridge froze most of our vegetables and fruits and we also didn't happen to increase the temperature in the fridge. The owner's advice to change the position of the sensor didn't lead to the desired behavior. As a result of that, a lot of our food which we stored in the fridge got bad and inedible. *The two windows at the rear bed are not rainproof. In rainy nights, the rear bed got wet which is very uncomfortable for the person sleeping in it. The owner's advice to drive to an area where it doesn't rain or to park the RV in a protected place made us feel not being taken seriously. *The locking mechanisms of the drawers are all completely worn out. We weren't able to safely store food and other heavier items (like plates, mugs and pots) in there, without them being opened as soon as we were on the road. Compartments in an RV need to be locked to keep heavier items from moving around in unexpected dangerous traffic situations. To wrap up with respect to the above list, I have a very strong feeling and many indications that the owner is neglecting the maintenance of his RV. To me, there is a big difference between old (the RV is from 2006) and badly maintained. I like old things, but only if they are well maintained, which is not the case for this RV. After the return, the owner charged me a cleaning fee of USD 50, although we returned the RV with the same cleanliness as by the time we picked it up. He waived the fee after my complaint without explaining his change of mind, but in my opinion this was an unfair attempt to earn some extra money. He claimed two damages and charged USD 100 for that. Only after several requests, we received pictures of one damage. I have not yet received pictures of the other damage. Other than that, these damages have not been noted on the return form, the owner claimed these damages only after the return. To me, sharing an RV is based on the idea to finance and maintain a relatively expensive product like an RV by sharing it with other people and make it affordable for the owner and the renter. As far as I understood, the owner does this for his living (he has some more RVs), which I would completely agree with, if he would behave in the same way as an owner who is actively using an RV. To me, it seems like he only tries to make the most money out of it. Such people should not rent RVs on platforms like RVshare – and my experience was always positive on other such platforms by now.
Excellent communication. Trailer was as described. Simple convenient pickup and drop-off procedures. Trailer was comfortable for my intended trip, and a good value.
We had a great vacation with the family and enjoy the motorhome so much. You guys take wonderful care of your motorhome and we’re very efficient. Thank you so much the Johnson family
This review is a little overdue, but our family of 4 really enjoyed staying in Jessica's RV in July. We had the RV for a weekend and it was just perfect. Jessica was very easy to communicate with and the pick up and drop off was perfect. The RV was clean, beds were comfortable and we will definitely be renting from Jessica again.
Excellent Owners, very helpful and accommodating. Coach was super nice and handled very well on the highway. There were a few things that were pending repair but we were advised ahead of time and decided to rent the coach anyway. The only thing that was different than other coaches we have rented is the rental was per day vs per night, this allowed for earlier pickup and later drop off but I'm not sure the few hours added were worth an entire extra day of rent plus extra insurance and fees but the coach is definitely top of the line and we would recommend it especially if you have a family or grand kids to take with since it sleeps 10 comfortably and has two full baths! Plus the master bed is an adjustable air bed so it was very comfortable.
We had a lovely time in this RV. Candace and her partner were very easy to work with, very helpful and friendly. They even accommodated a late delivery when we were stuck in traffic! We were 3 adults and 1 child and originally planned on pitching a tent to have more room to sleep, but ended up not using it, as the RV was comfortable enough for the 4 nights.
Renting from Michael was real solid! Definitely recommend the RV for anyone looking for a streamlined experience, It absolutely got the job done going to the Oregon coast!
Curtis was wonderful to rent from. The listing is accurate and he was really accommodating. We appreciate his punctuality and professionalism. We will definitely be renting from him again soon!
Great experience! Joanne is a very caring person that went out if her way to make me comfortable.
Paul was easy to work with and the RV was as stated. We are approaching our 70's and THOUGHT we might like to buy this style of camper, after camping we decided our camping days are over! Better to rent than buy for sure! Airbnb here we come.
Patrick was excellent to work with. All of our questions were answered promptly. The trailer was beautiful, clean, very well kept. Super comfortable and spacious. I will definitely suggest Patrick's trailer to all of my friends and family. The added bonus of delivery, set up and pick up was wonderful!! Thank you! Lynne Butterfield
We had a great experience and everything was easy to use! Our kids can't wait to go on a trip in an RV again.
I enjoyed an easy driving rv. No worries about taking camping in the woods. Would recommend to anyone.
This RV was perfect for our 10-day stay at the Reno Air Races. Large and comfortable, with everything we could want. Very easy to drive and maneuver. Queen bed in the master has a memory foam topper making it super comfy. Airbed on the sofa is much better than expected. My brother slept on it for 10 straight nights & said it was great. Communication with the host was easy. Definitely recommend this coach.
This trailer is amazing and lovely! However, because we were "dry camping" there being no hookups for electricity, water or sewer - we had major issues i.e. battery running down and not being able to keep the refrigerator going (not enough juice to fire the propane operation for cooling) during the day or night. We had to continually run the generator which was extremely loud. The Pinecrest Lake camp ground rules did not allow you to run the generator after 8 pm. For whatever reason the water heater would not start, (Scott was extremely accessible on the phone with us trying to help with all these issues) we had no hot water, we could not get the oven to work, and had to put a new fuse in for several of the battery operated lights to work and in the process found there was no fuse for the heater to work, so we put one in there as well. In the end Scott said that he is going to do some research on making this trailer more usable for dry camping and as it is now he will not be renting it out for dry camping until these issues are resolved. He says that the trailer works perfectly when on full hookups. Which I do not doubt. We also discovered that the fireplace amenity does not work unless the generator is running or if you were hooked up to electricity. The trailer is very beautiful and feels clean and spacious, but unfortunately for our particular use (dry camping) a lot of the amenities didn't work. Once Scott can come up with a bigger battery to hold the charge longer, as to keep the frig operational at least all night etc. We would love to rent it again! If, we have a need for a trailer were there are full hookups we would diffidently love to rent this trailer again!
Amber and Ric were great to rent from and this trailer is just perfect for us - we will definitely like to rent it again. Thank you!
The RV was great and so was Joanne. She was super kind and very helpful. After meeting with her we had no trouble at all. Upon return we were running late and she met us near the airport and didn't complain when we had not put adequate time into restoring the RV to the EPIC cleanliness level it was given to us in. I hope she forgives usl her kindness is unmatched and it shows in every corner of her RV.
The camping trailer was perfect for our hiking vacation. It easily fits 3 adults and 2 kids and had all the things you could wish for. The renter, Allen, was very nice and helpful in getting everything hooked up! We had a great vacation!
