Review:

This was such a great rental experience with Diane and Tin. They both heavily communicated from the start and were very accommodating in finding a price that worked for my rental week. Leading up to my rental date Diane was able to add an extra day to the beginning of my rental and allowed me to grab the RV earlier than the original check in time. They were very instructive with the RV and even provided a very detailed video that explained how to operate the vehicle. Most importnantly, the RV was beautiful and perfect for our trip. Everything worked perfectly over the 8 days! Thank you guys!

Johnny was amazing! He answered all of our questions immediately, always answered the phone immediately and helped us troubleshoot anything we had questions about. The RV was in amazing condition, had all amenities necessary and he even dropped it off and picked it up. We couldn't have asked for a better RV experience for our first burning man!!! highly recommend.

Hi, I have informed the owner that at 6am that since he a threatened me I will Not be bringing the RV to his house. The RV is back in the city and I have him the address to pick it up with the keys inside as he instructed. Also The vehicle has stopped working. AGAIN and is not turning on and he will need to address that. Along with that this is a list of things i wanted to emails RVshare to bring to Your attention. This RV should have never been rented out and it is apparent the owner does not do regular maintenance and has turned this RV into a safety risk. The following are issues I had with the RV: -Refrigerator door not properly secured (flew off in the transit) - bedroom roofs leaks when it rains - windows are not properly sealed ( was caught in a dust storm and entire inside of RV is covered in dust) - generator does not work (upon inspection of it found that the was absolutely no oil in and had not been maintained), cause of this for our entire trip the inside lights, microwave, tv, etc did not work. - the two car batteries do not hold a charge. (Had to have to RV jumped 6 times) - propane tank was empty (after they said it was full and ready to go) (no oven use CSU’s rod this) - shower leaked into the mail room - passenger side mirror is broken and does not stay in place(causing the entire right side of the vehicle to be a blind spot while driving) -maintenance with septic tank has not been done causing the tank smell the fill the entire rv even when it’s empty - back door stairs completely do not work (had to buy a step latter to get in and out, and make a very loud and unpleasant sound every time the door opens and closes) Along with the grey and black tanks where completely full when I picked up the RV, the pick up location was not the location that was advertised(it was 45min away from it), and I had to to take the RV to a mechanic which cause me to have to extend the trip which the owner is trying to charge me for. All in all this has been a nightmare of a rental and this rv should not be out on the streets. It is a huge safety concern and I hope Rv share take this issue seriously and someone gets back to me about this?

I can't say enough good things about this RV and Its owners. The RV is Excellent. Clean, well stocked, comfortable and easy to drive. The Owners have excellent communication, are well prepared and are very thorough in making sure you have all the information to operate and enjoy the RV, including an instruction binder with pictures and an Ipad with video. If you are looking to rent anywhere near Burbank stop looking now and just book this fine machine. You won't be disappointed.

Just returned from our first family vacation with our 5 month old baby and we decided to rent an RV and head to Zion. My husband and I were very impressed with Lonny. I was struggling to find an RV that was not total crap and/or heading back from Burning Man and came across Lonny's RV's. Not only were his units in great condition, but he was very easy and to work with. We rented his 24' Class C and it was perfect for our little family vacation. I highly recommend him for any RV travels. We will be returning to him for future RV trips!

Review:

FIVE STAR experience from booking to the return of the RV yesterday. I’m a 45-year old man who has never traveled in an RV. It was high time that changed so I turned to the newly found website of RVShare.com where an easy and fortunate search happened upon Alex’s immaculate RV. Alex was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Before and after booking, he happily and helpfully answered all of my questions promptly. The online process of booking the RV went incredibly smoothly. Upon pickup, we were instantly impressed with the practically brand new RV and Alex’s continued professional demeanor. Alex spent an hour of his time (including a test drive which I requested) walking my family and me (wife + 2 kids aged 6 & 8) through the necessities and I’ll admit, I was a wee bit intimidated and took lots of notes. Alex also gives you a couple of helpful checklists to make sure you’ve properly prepped the rig for departures and arrivals. The RV is incredible and exactly as the pictures show. With the two large pushouts, there’s tons of room to move around. The fully stocked kitchen is ample and the refrigerator/freezer is massive with double doors; the kitchen offers everything you’d need down to a Keurig coffee machine, pots, plates, bowls, cups, nice plastic wine glasses, a sommelier quality wine opener [especially helpful after a long pool day with the kids :D ] and much more. Alex offers quality bed linens, blankets, the best pillows (no joke, I took a picture of the brand so I can order some myself) and towels (although we did bring our own towels). The RV really is amazing offering everything you need for extremely comfortable living, including a good sized shower, 4 TVs (3 inside and 1 outside), satellite cable TV and a DVD player (with a large library of provided DVDs). In storage down below, Alex also provides some folding chairs, a folding table, a tool kit and a double propane stove. For my first time driving one of these monsters, I was surprised at how easy it was to drive (except for a very small stretch of wind). The huge mirrors, massive windshield and blind spot/rear view cameras were a big help. Once at the Flying Flags resort in Buellton (which, by the way, is an incredible place), setup after Alex’s expert tutorial was a cinch. The automatic self-leveling is amazing and works perfectly as does everything on the rig. Onboard heating and A/C worked perfectly. Alex also provides plenty of hoses (both for water and waste) to accommodate all types of RV spaces. On top of all that, Alex was super accessible during our 4-day adventure. Whenever a question arose, he almost instantly responded. To be clear, we didn’t have any problems whatsoever; these were all newbie questions because I’m such a spaz. Bottom line....I highly recommend Alex and his beautiful, big rig. We’re already looking to rent again next Labor Day weekend so keep that open for us, okay??

Awesom Travel trailer! Brand new and super clean with everything and more that you’re going to need while camping. Ryan even provided a really nice Monster Rockin Roller Bluetooth speaker that we were able to wheel around the camp site, put on the boat, and bring on the beach. The living room option gave everyone plenty of space to lounge around after a long day out. Pick up, set up, and drop off was very easy. Highly recommend renting from Ryan.

Great set up and easy to deal with, the day we showed up he had everything set up with chairs and propane grill tables, even told us that there was coffee, sugar, and creamer for us. He was very nice and made sure we were having a good weekend. Would recommend this trailer to anyone.

Mark is a great guy. He is knowledgeable, patient and flexible. He is exactly the kind of person you want to rent from. And his rig is exactly as described. It is perfect for a family and can truly sleep 10 people, but you can utilize the three beds for 6 people and never impact the living space. He also has nice amenities like a blender and a microwave.

Nice trailer. Walt is a good guy and tries hard to make things right. Disappointed that the potable water tank ran out on the 3rd day and the gray-water tank filled up on the second day. We were in boating for over 16 years and never had a problem running out of water or filling-up the waste tank. We know to conserve water. Apparently the gray-water tank was nearly full when we got to the campground . We noticed a leak below the drain plumbing that was not there after we emptied the gray-water tank. We probably should have checked the tank levels before we headed up to the campground. All the other trailer features worked properly.
