Owners were extremely friendly and communication was excellent. The trailer was clean and everything operated properly, with a full explanation of how to use each amenity. Easy setup and teardown with just the right amount of features and space. I highly recommend

The actual trailer was new & easy to haul but the battery would not charge therefore I had to purchase a new battery while on my trip. I was in text communication with the owner who approved the purchase & he stated he would reimburse me. Once I returned, he stated he would take the new battery & again stated he would reimburse me the $. After making many excuses why he had not returned my $, we exchanged multiple emails & he stopped responding & has not returned my $ & now has his old battery which he claims was fine, my new battery & my $. Very unhappy with this owner. He actually told me he did not plan to rent again so he didnt care if I gave him a bad review. Do not do business with this owner.

My wife and I had our first RV trip – and it was great. Marvin was very helpful in explaining things about the RV. We only had one phone call back to Marvin for a quick question and he was readily available. The RV was in great shape, very clean and had no issues. The RV was easy to drive. We would recommend this RV from Marvin.

My husband and I rented this for a weekend trip. I think it is more suited for a single person as the area is quite small for moving about inside the unit. Our only issue was the heater wasn't working at the time but the new air unit has a low heat setting that was sufficient for the chilly nights we had.

Everything ran great. There was plenty of storage and the trailer had everything you need to cook, including a grill. The owner had plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, soap and more. We really enjoyed going a camping trip without having to load all of our gear. What a great value. Thank you Brandon!

The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests for additional information. They were flexible and easy to work with during the pick up and drop off. They took the time to familiarize us with the operation of the trailer and made themselves available during our trip if needed. It was a positive experience and we would definitely rent from them again.

Review:

Mathew exceeded all expectations for this rental. He was more than accommodating of my schedule or pickup and delivery. The the best part was that it was ready to go on pickup with everything in it from water, plates, untensils, etc... which allowed me to pack less. Also, it allowed me to have an enjoyable and stress free time during the weekend. The trailer was great, excellent condition, and extremely reasonably priced. I would recommend this trail to anyone.

Joan and Jim were wonderful to work with and the RV was perfect for our little weekend get away! From the first contact with Joan to the drop off our experience was delightful. The motorhome was spotless and obviously meticulously maintained. We did have a question while setting up and it was quickly answered through a text message and Joan followed up with a phone call. We could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend this RV to anyone considering renting one. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

This trailer was amazing! Our family of 5 fit perfectly and it made the camping experience so great with 3 little kids. Matt was beyond helpful in going over everything we needed to know about his trailer at pick up. I was impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The extras (grill, mats for outside the door, cooking stuff etc) he has in the trailer were great too! We will definitely be renting this again! Thanks Matt!

Marvin was very good to work with. He was quick to respond with all communications, very flexible with pick up/drop off and willing to take the time needed to answer all questions about operating the RV. This was our first time renting an RV. Marvin helped make it a very positive experience. The RV was like new, in great shape and fairly priced. I would recommend renting this RV from Marvin.

Review:

The RV has issues with the front end that need to be repaired which cause a vibration/shudder that shakes the entire dash and front end of the RV. At first I thought it was a bent rim or tire as it started around 63 MPH once I got on the freeway after picking the RV up. I mentioned this and was told it had just been checked out. It almost seems like a ball joint or the front shocks are worn out and or damaged as it would come and go at all highway speeds which was not a pleasant experience at all to drive. Marteese was excellent in coordinating the pickup and drop of the RV but there were several basic items that we purchased and left in the RV as they were not there, along with burned out light bulbs no functioning table as the stanchion was broken for the main table and the second table top had no stanchion. We spent time inside cleaning before we headed out to the Grand Canyon as a layer of dust was on the windows and flat surfaces. This RV supported our trip for 4 with great comfort when stopped for the night. The 4 outside chairs that came with the RV along with the George Foreman grill were MONEY as it was very windy at several stops and outside grilling would have been impossible.

Camper is comfortable and clean. We took it to Flagstaff and used the electric mattress which worked great since the temps dipped down into the 50's. The owner is very accommodating as we had a 4 pin connector instead of 7 pin. The outdoor grill unit fires up very nice and heats food really fast. The awning is nice for the extra shade. Make sure to bring 2 hoses though one for fresh water and one for grey water.

Review:

The RV rental from hell! Be aware, there's a myriad of problems with this RV that the owner and agent (Marteese) are aware of. They will not disclose the problems until you hit the road and discover them yourself. Lesson learned the hard way! I'm an RV owner myself and for this trip, me, my wife, a toddler, and infant were looking to experience a much larger rig. Our destination was Tucson to Oregon and back. We planned our trip for 5 days of traveling with shore power along the way then 14 days of dry camping and then 5 more days of traveling with shore power along the way. This RV is nice on the surface! The RV interior was dirty upon pick up. The floors were so dirty when our kids crawled/walked on them their feet and knees were black! Bathrooms and kitchen looked as if a wet rag was dragged over them but not cleaned, gross! As we drove off from picking up this RV we started smelling raw sewage. Checked the black tank meter and this RV registering 3/4 full. We tried to flush the tanks ourselves without much luck. The tanks wouldn't empty past half full, meaning these tanks are cemented with feces and toilet paper and need proper servicing. Several hours down the road we noticed the refrigerator wasn't working with propane switched on. We contacted Marteese and he suggested we just run the generator to power the fridge. Wow, that's gonna be a lot of extra gas and generator hours. This turned out to be one of those problems they already knew about! At our first RV Park stop, we planned to do dishes and shower. We quickly discovered the water heater doesn't produce any hot water. So that's broken as well! Great, 21 more days without hot or even warm water. We finally arrived at our dry camping spot in central Oregon (no cell signal or wifi). I had a production job on site at a music festival. A day later the generator dies. Fault Code 45. Somehow I managed to get shore power off the festival grid. So we at least had power! 14 days later we left the festival site with no generator power, no 12v (no lights), and no refrigerator so our remaining food was left to spoil in the refrigerator until our next stop 6 hours later. Luckily we brought ice packs (which helped) Also broken: door between master bedroom and main area, kitchen table, windshield wiper fluid (full but didn't expel), kitchen drawers (top and middle kept coming out completely, we had to tie a scarf around them to keep them from coming out while driving. Also, our infant burned himself from the metal part that holds the table between the front seats. This is not the owner's fault however it is dangerous! It is right above the motor and heats up to a frightening degree. We had to put towels on it to keep our kids from getting injured. When you rent an RV you shouldn't be forced into constantly troubling shooting and problem-solving issues, you should be trying to enjoy your vacation. I spent half of my vacation troubleshooting this RV. When we picked up the RV, he had said that we are the last renters due to other renters negligence, however, we question that since what we have experienced. We own a cab over camper and know how to properly maintain it. The owner admitted he didn't know how to do some simple maintenance, and it shows. Marteese or the owner never once offered an apology or at least a partial refund for the misery of renting his RV.
