Clean and easy to use and drive RV. Owner is very accommodating and clear communicator. He had linens, towels, full kitchen utensils, bowls, pots, pans...He made recommendations about where to stay in the Tucson area and was very responsive if we had questions about operation. Very roomy RV for the size. We very much enjoyed out experience...

Review:

Brian was extremely nice and provided all the documents necessary in a timely fashion. Being fairly unfamiliar with renting RVs, Brian was knowledgeable and answered all questions we had about the entire process. He was able to help us out and accommodated our unique schedule. Towing the RV was made easy with the weight distribution, sway bars, and the electric power jack. Everything was clean and very nice inside, and the outdoor kitchen was very useful. It came stocked with just about everything we needed, including utensils, cookware, bed sheets, and bathroom towels. At night, the outdoor lighting on the awning was great and provided just the right amount of light. The instruction manual that was provided came in very handy when we were unable to figure out how to operate components of the RV. We were very pleased with the RV and the service provided. Would recommend to a friend.

Review:

The trailer was very spacious & it fit 7 of us comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Jared the owner was fantastic he dropped off the trailer to me & walked me through everything I needed to know to set up & haul the trailer for my trip. When it was time to turn in the trailer Jared picked it up from my home making everything super convenient for us. We will most definitely be renting again for our trip next year.

Review:

My first rental off of Rvshare was not exactly exactly the best. I was a little skeptical about renting off of this site again but my view all change for the better after renting the Springdale from Andrew. I highly recommend renting from Andrew. He was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. On top of that the trailer is just amazing. I will hopefully be renting from Andrew in the future.

This travel trailer is in fantastic shape and extremely comfortable. A/c worked great as well as all other amenities. Eva and Aaron responded with urgency and when I picked it up they showed me exactly what I had to do to hook it up to my truck. I would definetly rent from them again, they made me feel like a hotel guest at a 5 start hotel. Thanks guys!

Review:

This was the first time we have ever rented an RV and the owner Matthew made the entire experience easy and fun. He gave us a full walk-through when we picked it up on how to set it up, operate everything, and also how to prepare it for travel again. The RV itself is awesome and just about everything you need is already included down to paper plates, cups, utensils, coffee and coffee pot, bedding, blankets and more! We easily slept 3 adults and 3 children in the camper with no problems. The propane tanks and generators both seemed to last forever and we never ran out of power or propane. I would definitely recommend Matthew and his RV to everyone!

The owner let me pick it up the night before which was nice. He rents the camper with no battery. I didn't realize how important that was because I have never used a camper before. When we got to our spot we found out there was a leak in the water hose under the camper so we couldn't use any water. The toilet was also apparently not lined up correctly because we couldn't get that to work either. At night it was so cold the heater didn't do much even though it operated properly (after I figured out it needed to be reset). Ended up coming back a night earlier than expected due to the problems. When we returned it he said he would never buy another camper like this again. He only offered to refund 10% of the total which I felt was too low considering most of the functions of the trailer didn't work but he didn't budge. Then after we inspected the trailer and I left he sent some pictures of some clips that were broken. He said they were very inexpensive in the $5 ballpark shipped. He then put a claim on the security deposit for the clips. It's been about 2 weeks since returning and I still haven't received any refund in the mail but the security deposit was returned in full. Maybe he decided to use the refund to pay for the clips? Not sure since I never heard back from him and the clips were supposed to be really cheap so I would still have a refund. I wouldn't rent again.

Jose was nice enough and maybe my expectations were too high, but the soft floor due to water leaks (from the water pump), the tank sensors not working, not all of the dashboard instrument panel lights worked (only the RPM and MPH worked) so driving at night was a little weird (at one point we almost ran out of gas because we didn't know the level until the orange "low fuel" light popped up), the first step into the RV seemed to be soft and wold bend every time someone would get in or out of the RV, and not having a manual or directions on how to do anything (Jose did a decent walk through but we forgot something and had to call him after fumbling around for half an hour instead of just having some simple directions to follow); made the trip less enjoyable than I think it should have been. Other than that, it really was a pretty good RV, and we did have a great time on our trip. Once those few things are fixed I would highly recommend renting this rig and renting from Jose.

Review:

We rented this trailer for a 3 night/4 day trip to a desert campsite outside of Tucson. We brought our 2 and a half month old daughter thinking this would be a wonderful trip. Which most of the time is was great but our trip turned out pretty bumpy after having some issues with renting the 2016 Keystone Bunkhouse trailer. The trailer was great and we were so thankful we had rented it because it ended up raining really hard two days of our trip and it was cold. But what we wished the host would have told us was that we needed to purchase/bring lots of extra gas for the Generator that we used and rented from them. This was our first time renting a trailer and using a generator so we didnt know that we needed to add gas to the generator. After an hour and a half of use the generator stopped working so we couldnt charge the trailer's battery any more. We had no lights the 3rd day of our trip and we had to have somebody jump the battery to get the hitch lift to raise up so we could re-attache it to our Jeep to come home. Also they didnt tell us that you didnt need the generator to use the heat in the trailer it ran off of the propane tank attached but that would have gone out anyways because the battery died and you need the battery working to run the heat so we had no heat 90% of the trip. We were not told to flip a switch in order to get hot water. So we didnt have hot water for the 1st day. So if you are a first time renter...make sure you ask for a manual and make sure if you rent a generator to bring lots of extra gas otherwise you will be stuck in our same situation. All in all the trailer was very clean and was great to have.

Review:

This was our first time renting an RV, so we were a little unsure what to expect - it was just 2 of us, my girlfriend and I, using it to roadtrip around National Parks and National Monuments in Arizona and New Mexico for 6 days. However, both Jared (the owner) and the RV delivered. Before booking, we had a number of messages back and forth with Jared who was super helpful answering our questions about what to expect, pick-up / drop-off times, and insurance - replies were fast and helpful. We picked up the RV as planned at 8am on a Saturday morning - Jared gave us a thorough walk-through of all the features, how the hook-ups work and how to empty the tanks. He also showed us how to hook the trailer up to our vehicle and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we headed off. We towed this trailer behind a 2016 Ford F150 with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. Despite some rain and, at times, strong winds, the trailer behaved itself perfectly - likely thanks to the load-distributing hitch and sway-control bar that it came with. It didn't say it in the listing, but this trailer is model 245DS - we found it useful to look up the trailer online ahead of time so we had a better idea what to expect. The trailer itself was completely clean, and Jared provided it with full fresh water and propane. There was bedding already provided although we brought our own to use anyway. It has a huge 69 gallon fresh water tank, the grey and black tanks are both 32.5 gallons, and it has 2 x 20lb propane tanks too. Although we had full hook-ups each night, we didn't need them - after 5 nights (6 days) of use in February, we used 15lbs of propane, there was still plenty of fresh water left, and neither the grey or black tanks were near full when we emptied them. Emptying the tanks was super easy and nowhere near as bad as I had been led to believe reading about it online - takes a bit of time to flush the tanks, but not complex or dirty. The RV has a connector for a 30A electrical hookup and one RV park we stayed at only had a 50A hookup so they lent us an adapter as we couldn't find one in the RV. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience renting this trailer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Although this was our first experience renting an RV, it certainly won't be our last!

This was an excellent experience for us. J.D. was great to deal with. Good communication. Very willing to accommodate. J.D. uses this RV for his own camping experiences so he keeps it in great shape. Something to think about if you are planning to rent from a dealer or someone who has a fleet. Personal vehicles are usually better maintained.

This was such a positive experience and the trailer was perfect for our needs. We really needed the trailer for a space to house family for a sad event . Our dad was sent home from the hospital in Tucson to hospice in his home. Our family flew in to say goodbye and my parents have a very small house. We received the trailer on Friday thru Monday and the whole family fit into it and was able to say goodbye to our father. He passed away that weekend and it was wonderful to be able to spend those last hours with him all in the same place. The owner was great and considerate and brought the trailer to our home and picked it up. They could not have been more considerate and the trailer was amazing. We were all so comfortable and comforted to be together. This could not have been a better solution and experience. Thank you Matthew and RVshare!

This was a great experience!! Matt is exceptional in working with you. Everything you need to drive up and pull away is there. All you need is the correct receiver and vehicle. The trailer is very spacious and clean. Matt provides all the instruction you need to get you on the road. We used this as overflow sleeping quarters for family coming in for Christmas. It worked perfectly. Hot water and heat for showers as well as extra refrigeration space. Parked along side my home, we plugged in with a 110 cord and all worked like it's supposed to. Flat screen TV and DVD player/stereo is an added bonus. If ever I need an RV again I wouldn't hesitate to call Matt.

Review:

This was our first time renting an RV/Travel trailer so initially I was nervous. After making my reservation and speaking with the owner I felt a lot better about our choice. When I picked the trailer Matt gave me a very through walk through and showed me how to operate everything. The trailer was very clean and easy to use. This all ended up being much easier than I anticipated. It was like dragging a luxury hotel room around the White Mountains. I towed this with my 2 wheel drive 2015 Silverado 1500 with no issues at all.....in fact I was impressed with my fuel mileage going up trough the mountains. To my surprise the trailer came stocked with everything we needed minus food of course , everything from dishes to shampoo to garlic salt for steak. This was all included in the regular price which i was happy with. We chose to rent this trailer because there was not a long list of fees like other trailers on this site. Price per night and $15 to refill the propane tanks....Which I am sure we used a lot of. The propane ran the fridge for the 7 days we had it and we used the oven/stove to cook with every night so it was well worth the "one time" $15 charge. I will rent this trailer again in the future If I don't purchase my own first. One great thing about renting this through RVshare.com was that the rental came with road side service at no additional charge. We had a flat tire in at a lake outside of Show Low . We called the road side service number and we had a technician out in less than an hour to change the tire out!!! If this is your first time renting or you 10th time you can not go wrong with renting this Jayco. Without hesitation would recommend this to anyone..... in fact I have already referred a buddy !! Thanks Matt for letting my family enjoy your trailer!!!
