Review:

The travel trailer was new and had A/C and heating. With the owner provided sway control hitch, it was easy to tow. The owner provided generator was also a plus. The owner overall did a good job with explaining how everything worked on their travel trailer. However, there were some items the owner was not sure how to operate that I felt as an owner of the trailer of 3 years should've known. Upon arrival to my camp site and following set up of the trailer, an audible alarm of a dead battery occurred inside the trailer. I had to run into town and purchase a replacement battery which the owner did reimburse me for. This is something I would expect the owner to verify and check that the battery is operational for the renter prior to pick-up. We did lose water pressure during our trip as the water pump failed. However, this was no fault of the owner. These things happen. We felt the trailer could've been cleaned better and that the owner should have checked under the seat cushions, mattresses, etc. for dirty clothing, trash, etc. The shelves and cupboards could have been better organized and stocked with items for the renter. I understand that the owner also uses this for personal use, but many items could've been cleaned out of the drawers, cabinets, and cupboards. The items that were of use for renters could've been better organized. All that said, the owner was great in making up for this rental and refunded my money, (exception of insurance which RVshare kept) quickly and without any pushback for the inconveniences we had.

2014 Thor Motor Coach Hurricane

Review:

This was a good value. The RV has some wear and tear but met all our needs and our entire family had a great time. We had seven adults in this RV for five days. It was cozy, but we fit, and had the time of our life. Marteese is a gentleman. This was our first RV rental. He walked through everything we needed to know, he was available by text to answer a question we had, and he was very flexible with our drop-off time. This is a fairly large vehicle, so don't expect sports car rack and pinion steering. However, my son and I had no problems and it drove similarly to large trucks that I have driven in the past. Marteese was very good to do business with.

2016 Jayco Jay Feather 17

Review:

We are a family of 5, which can be difficult when deciding the best layout of a trailer for everyone’s comfort. Also, we are new to towing and feel more comfortable pulling the smallest possible trailer that can hold all of us. This trailer is perfect! Lightweight and could sleep 6 easily! Easy to tow and has a nice sized bathroom and refrigerator -it even has an oven! The sleeping quarters make you feel like you are still outside in a tent. But the temp went down to about 35 degrees and being able to turn on the heat made all the difference! We would highly recommend! Note: We towed with a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and had no trouble at all.

Review:

This is a must rent trailer. You would think that a 28+ ft trailer is intimidating and difficult to pull with a 1/2 ton truck but it is not! It pulls like a dream. I highly recommend this rental.

2010 Coachmen Freelander

Review:

This was an old POS with lots of things not functioning, old, dirty and most of all smelly bathrooms with a sulfur (rotten egg) odor. Not functioning: TV, Awning, Shower (broke), torn bedding, windows, curtains all contributed to a bad experience. The rental manager who was trying to be helpful ended up not helping and never came through with a rebate for all the hassle and lack of functioning components. Elite RV is the last company where one should rent an RV, Not sure how the connection is with Nathan who appears as the third party agent but overall, this is a very poor RV service at full price. Let me conclude with the quote from the manager: "Everyone always complains about things but you cannot expect everything to work, it is a rental'.. Nothing to add, point made..

2015 Fleetwood Storm
$229
Review:

The 2015 Fleetwood Storm was perfect for our crew for the week (2 couples and 3 singles)! Everything on board worked accordingly. Driving this beast for my first RV experience was a little intimidating at first but after the first day's travel I found it relativity simple to navigate. Our host was super friendly and communicative from the second the RV was booked. She answered all our questions before arrival and gave us an entire walk trough which took roughly 30 minutes before we took off. I highly recommend this renting this RV for the amenities, comfortably and access to having a great reliable host.

Review:

This was our first RV share experience as well as overall first RV usage experience for camping. We rented the trailer for 3 days and 2 nights for a camping trip at Mt. Lemmon in Tucson. During the entire rental process, even before meeting Michael in person, he was always attentive and responsive. We asked many questions (maybe even some stupid ones), to be sure that this was the right trailer for us and for our needs. He reassured us and guided us each step of the way. Upon meeting in person on the pick-up date, Micheal was friendly and super helpful. He gave us a guided tour of the inside and outside of the trailer, showed us how to use each and every button/ switch/ plug/ hose/ cables/ locks/ keys, basically everything and anything. He gave us plenty of tips on how to really make the most out of our camping trip with "Cole". He really made our first experience a memorable one, so much so, that we will definitely rent "Cole" from him again. The price is great and all the items you may need are included, such as generator, unlimited miles, full propane tank, extra fuel containers, table, butane burner if you need, and a wonderful bedding set. Micheal and Cole are definitely a must rent and must meet.
