Overall good value. Great experience with renter.
Nothing short of an A++ experience. Camper was in excellent condition and very clean. Owner responded almost immediately to all inquiries. It was very easy to tow and set up. Owners very knowledgeable and helpful.
Matt provided us with an awesome experience! His trailer came equipped with everything anyone would need to be comfortable (linens, utensils, cleaning supplies, you name it!). He was very attentive and answered all of our questions right away and thoroughly. We would absolutely rent from Matt again and recommend others to do the same.
Beautiful trailer, clean in great shape! We truly enjoyed our trip and JR was a super nice person to work with! Great communication, great rates, honest and thorough on how everything worked with trailer. Great guy!
Wonderful RV. Great amenities. Stock items touch all the bases for short and long trips. Definitely will use again.
Very responsive to all my questions - We very much appreciate everything the owners have done for hrs
Everything about this rental experience was smooth. Josh was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and all questions we had. He dropped off and explained everything to us, picked it up as planned. We would rent the Dragon Wagon again!
Marcus was very friendly and pleasant to do business with. I would definitely rent from him again.
I had an excellent vacation thanks to 'Padre's getaway machine'! The camper was well equipped with dishes, utensils, cook ware, as well as linens and towels. The over cab bed was spacious and comfortable. It was great to be able to "carry your house on your back" and have cold drinks and hot meals wherever you go. The camper is fully self-contained, with generator and air conditioning if needed, so camping in National Forest campsites in beautiful places was easy. The truck performed well and I really appreciated the standard transmission for mountain roads. I highly recommend Father Gary and his "getaway machine" and would rent it again. SGN
First of all, we did not receive the 2016 Coachmen Leprechaun that we had paid for. We received a call 2 hours prior to RV delivery that the Coach was not available due to transmission problems and the only coach available was a 2009 Tioga. That was the first misrepresentation as the unit was actually a 2007 according to the paperwork. With such short notice and other people involved in the trip, they knew our hands were tied. We were told that this Coach was $20.00 cheaper per night. We never would have rented a 2007 Coach!!!! That is why we went with the 2016. We notified the owner upon delivery that we smelled propane and his excuse was that they just topped off the tank. That was another misrepresentation as the lot attendant that checked in the RV when we returned it stated that it had been a problem but he thought it had been fixed. There was a constant smell of propane for our entire 3 days. It was so bad that our son would not let our Granddaughter sleep in there as planned. The RV we reserved had a slide out for the bedroom with a queen bed. The unit we were given had no slide outs and basically a pad for the bed. We would never have accepted that with a bad back and total knee replacement. The Coach had another overall bad smell which could be attributed to the age and obvious wear. The Coach was not clean to our specifications. The passenger seat was dirty and in bad shape, The porch dome light didn't work nor did the oven. The shock absorber on the rear storage door was broken and kept hitting me in the head. The bumper was also missing. When we returned the Coach we were told that the 2016 Coachmen had been rented. We were just told on Friday that it had transmission problems. The RV Share calendar did not show it rented. We think that the owner received an offer for a longer rental not via RV Share and stuck us with a dirty, unsafe RV. This was our first Motorhome rental and we were excited about it. It turned out to be a nightmare as we are accustomed to nice things and that is the reason we reserved a 2016. Our weekend was ruined and it was a substantial investment. With the reputation of RV Share, we hope that you will get involved in this gross misrepresentation. We would like some type of communication and feel that we are entitled to a substantial refund.
We rented this RV for 2 weeks and had the best vacation in it. We even extended our stay a night, which was super easy. There are no additional fees with this RV, which makes it even better. It ran great, the beds were comfortable, and David was so helpful and nice. It also comes with everything you need, so you just have to bring your clothes! I would HIGHLY recommend this RV.
Ultimate Family Trailer is a perfect description of this trailer. It was perfect for our family of 6. J.R and is wife were so easy to work with and everything in the trailer worked exactly as expected, not to mention the great price!!! Thanks for making our vacation an A+ experience!!
Great little trailer. Perfect for a fishing weekend up in the cool country. Trailer pulled great and Eva and Aaron were very responsive and made sure we were well prepared, educated and ready for the rental. We will use them again for sure.
We had Molly (the RV, affectionately called thus) for four days, and we can only say that she behaved like a charm. She took all we had to throw at her, and resolutely withstood our whims! More importantly, the owners, Scott & Sharon, are amazing people who go out of their way to help you and make the rental experience a memorably pleasant one. They were nothing but gracious to our family of five (2x grandparents, 2x parents, and 1x handful of a two-year-old li'l girl). Everything they did before, during and after rental was way beyond your expectations of the normal duties of the renter (e.g. Scott went all the way to make a list of suggested places and attractions we could enjoy while in the vicinity of Flagstaff). All-in-all, if we could give this 6 stars, we would, but RVshare has only 5 stars max! ;)
Great value and quality. Beautiful comfortable coach. AC is powerful and cold. Clean facilities. Plenty of storage space. Refrigerator runs cold. Drives very well. Doesn't drift. Auto leveling works like a dream. Love the 1.5 baths. Makes it very nice to not disturb the master bedroom occupants. Overall great value and great experience with the renter.
I have owned and traveled extensively in TWO motorhomes. My first was a 24' Flair, my second a 32' Winnebago Adventurer, both Class A's. The first took us up and down the entire west coast. The second took us across the US, and included the entire length of the east coast. I tell you this because I am a very experienced motorhome OWNER who has missed that lifestyle! Thus began my search for RV rentals. Scott and Sharon, and their beautiful rig were a dream come true! And they lived in Flagstaff!! Sharon even bought us a Keurig-like coffee pot for the trip!! She could not have been more delightful and helpful. (She also alerted us to the problematic bedroom door. It was stuck and remained so the entire trip.) Scott gave me a really good tour of the outside...diesel, compartments, stabilizer-location and operation, all hook ups, switches, slide-outs, etc. They even delivered the unit to my house the night before we left! I was in heaven! Then Day One. Couldn't get the main door open because the key had fallen from a very loose key holder Scott had provided. . Called. Scott delivered another set on a stable key ring. (He found the missing key on the ground as he was fixing the steps that wouldn't open and close!! (First clue?) While packing the night before, one of my neighbors inadvertently and unbeknownst to me, put the big, heavy books (including the RV manuals!) that were stored in the drawers below the wardrobe, in my garage! We needed those drawers for lingerie, etc. The bottoms of both had to be ducktaped shut and later repaired because the items would fall back into the LPG compartment! TV problems at every site. Very sophisticated TV and DASH unit. I am quite up-to-date on smart phones, internet, etc., but these two units are NOT for technically-challenged!!). We bought a coax cable (not provided) and managed to get sporadic TV connections. Most "searches" failed. Leaks at hose connection. Park Mgr couldn't fix and called repairman who verified leak there AND inside and other trouble spots. (Owner paid him @ $125 for repairs. Loose vent on roof, drawers below wardrobe, electrical connection to post, leak.). Replaced outside hose connector (that leaked and had to be wrench-tightened) with brass hose connector. He was not easy to deal with once we started communicating problems. His responses echoed comments like "Well, that never happened to me", etc. The implications that WE must've done something wrong permeated the trip. On our final day, while checking under the sink for items we put there, paper napkins, garbage bagels, etc, we discovered a plastic tub that was 3/4 full of brackish, foul-smelling liquid. After emptying it outside ( I NEVER would've poured that down the RV pipes!), we could see a residue on the sides of the tub. Wanting the owner's to see that dirty, brown residue, we did not clean the tub. Upon returning "Molly", Scott declared that the culprit in the tub was from a dig-cleaning wand that leaked! NOT ON YOUR LIFE! Would I rent this rig again? NO Should I be entitled to a partial refund? ABSOLUTELY. (Even she agreed) Respectfully, Carol
David and Brenda were very friendly and easy to work with. Loved the "all-inclusive" rental model so we weren't worrying about extra miles or generator usage the whole trip. Worked perfectly for our family of 5.
Amazing trip with Clayton's R-Pod. Hell of a camper, luxurious with the pop-out and bigger tires got us down some gnarly dirt roads. We cooked and showered every day. Clean up was super easy (was my first time). After a couple days, with talking to Clayton, we realized it was better to run the refrigerator off propane. Around 10 days without filling up. Call it a miracle or call it an R-Pod.
Rob is a true professional. I had him deliver the trailer to the camp ground. There was an issue with the designated spot. However, Rob dealt with the camp host to get me relocated. He took care of everything.
Matt was great! He went far and beyond to make your experience as smooth as possible. Communication was very fast either by email or phone. Ive rented trailers before but he still gave detailed information to make your trip go smooth as possible.
Great little RV. Had a lot of Fun and the RV was exactly as described. The Solar was extremely useful and I would high recommend it. Brian was also very nice and extremely helpful. There were even a few minor scraps when I returned it. Brian was nice enough to over look them and did not take any of my deposit. I would highly recommend this RV and Brian to anyone looking for a smaller trailer to use.
First time renting an Travel Trailer. Matt was great to work with. Gave me a full walk through and showed me how to operate everything. Clean! Roomy! Great Value! Will rent again!
We had so much fun! We loved the layout of the RV so much we are saving up to buy one. Danny was great and it was worth every penny!
We had an excellent experience with this rental. The RV was clean and easy to use. The owners are accommodating and explained everything we needed to know. The RV included more than we thought it would and surpassed our expectations. Looking forward to renting it again soon.
This was a great experience. Would recommend this RV. Owners are great and cared about the customer and there reputation.
