Camper is comfortable and clean. We took it to Flagstaff and used the electric mattress which worked great since the temps dipped down into the 50's. The owner is very accommodating as we had a 4 pin connector instead of 7 pin. The outdoor grill unit fires up very nice and heats food really fast. The awning is nice for the extra shade. Make sure to bring 2 hoses though one for fresh water and one for grey water.

Review:

The RV rental from hell! Be aware, there's a myriad of problems with this RV that the owner and agent (Marteese) are aware of. They will not disclose the problems until you hit the road and discover them yourself. Lesson learned the hard way! I'm an RV owner myself and for this trip, me, my wife, a toddler, and infant were looking to experience a much larger rig. Our destination was Tucson to Oregon and back. We planned our trip for 5 days of traveling with shore power along the way then 14 days of dry camping and then 5 more days of traveling with shore power along the way. This RV is nice on the surface! The RV interior was dirty upon pick up. The floors were so dirty when our kids crawled/walked on them their feet and knees were black! Bathrooms and kitchen looked as if a wet rag was dragged over them but not cleaned, gross! As we drove off from picking up this RV we started smelling raw sewage. Checked the black tank meter and this RV registering 3/4 full. We tried to flush the tanks ourselves without much luck. The tanks wouldn't empty past half full, meaning these tanks are cemented with feces and toilet paper and need proper servicing. Several hours down the road we noticed the refrigerator wasn't working with propane switched on. We contacted Marteese and he suggested we just run the generator to power the fridge. Wow, that's gonna be a lot of extra gas and generator hours. This turned out to be one of those problems they already knew about! At our first RV Park stop, we planned to do dishes and shower. We quickly discovered the water heater doesn't produce any hot water. So that's broken as well! Great, 21 more days without hot or even warm water. We finally arrived at our dry camping spot in central Oregon (no cell signal or wifi). I had a production job on site at a music festival. A day later the generator dies. Fault Code 45. Somehow I managed to get shore power off the festival grid. So we at least had power! 14 days later we left the festival site with no generator power, no 12v (no lights), and no refrigerator so our remaining food was left to spoil in the refrigerator until our next stop 6 hours later. Luckily we brought ice packs (which helped) Also broken: door between master bedroom and main area, kitchen table, windshield wiper fluid (full but didn't expel), kitchen drawers (top and middle kept coming out completely, we had to tie a scarf around them to keep them from coming out while driving. Also, our infant burned himself from the metal part that holds the table between the front seats. This is not the owner's fault however it is dangerous! It is right above the motor and heats up to a frightening degree. We had to put towels on it to keep our kids from getting injured. When you rent an RV you shouldn't be forced into constantly troubling shooting and problem-solving issues, you should be trying to enjoy your vacation. I spent half of my vacation troubleshooting this RV. When we picked up the RV, he had said that we are the last renters due to other renters negligence, however, we question that since what we have experienced. We own a cab over camper and know how to properly maintain it. The owner admitted he didn't know how to do some simple maintenance, and it shows. Marteese or the owner never once offered an apology or at least a partial refund for the misery of renting his RV.

This was our first time renting/driving an RV. Danny was very good to work with! He was always available to answer questions during our roadtrip. He was very helpful and wanted us to have a great experience. The RV slept six of us comfortably-2 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of storage as well.

It was a pleasure to borrow Matilda. The RV was very nice, well equipped, brand new and lots of space for 4 persons. Despite all last minute arrangements, Martha Alicia and Blake, were very helpful, diligent, super friendly and flexible. We were first timers in RV renting and they helped us a lot with a walk through and many utensiles and stuff for the trip (camping chairs and table, hammock, basics for the kitchen, sheets and pillows, games, etc). Really appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone willing to have an awesome experience, 5 STARS!!

They RV was great. Delivered to us spotless. This was our first time not only using RV share but using an RV altogether. A bit nervous to say the least but Jared made it a pleasant experience. His communication through the entire process was wonderful. Helped me hook it up to the truck, went for a test drive to make sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions as I pestered him through text messages. Would HIGHLY reccomend. Can't wait for our next trip! -Mike

Danny is so extremely helpful and willing. He was very flexible with pick up and return times and places. The Chalet ran and drove flawlessly. The E-450 is a very stable platform for a class C Motorhome. I have driven class A's that didn't handle as well as Danny's rig. Great experience. Definitely will rent again from Danny!

Clayton was great to work with. He was immediately responsive from the beginning, answered the million questions I had, and the rental was in great shape. He included a lot of extras which proved valuable while on a camping trip including chairs, tables, etc. We returned the trailer and the security deposit was refunded same day.

We contacted Joe when we were in a panic. We were at the airport and got a call from the person we rented our original RV from that it had broken down. I got onto RVShare right away and we found Joe. He was very responsive to our questions, got on the phone with me, he worked with us on the price to try to match what previous RV owner had given us. Gave us extra mileage which we didn't end up using. When we picked up the RV he showed us how to use things. Told us the generator was acting up a bit in regards to the AC. The AC on the dash worked fine but we would need to start the generator in order to use the AC for the rest of the RV while driving it. Well, unfortunately, my husband who is very handy and can usually figure anything out, couldn't get the generator to allow us to run the AC while driving. May not sound like a big deal bc we had the AC on the dash working but in Arizona in the summer it's brutal. My daughter ended up with mild heat stroke and a horrible rash. One of the screeens broke because we had to open the windows. We accidentally left one of the windows in the bathroom open and that cracked. Joe wanted to charge us for both but when I explained that the windows were open because we were all dying of heat he didn't require us to pay for the screen. Still made us pay for the bathroom window. In my mind, there should have been some compensation for lack of AC. RV was great except when driving in 100 + degree weather. Then it was almost unbearable. I liked Joe but didn't think he was reasonable. I recommend anyone wanting to rent to make certain that the AC will work in the RV. Also it does not sleep 8. The bunks are super small but 1 is suitable for a small child. The bottom is not suitable for anyone. Both bunks are small and my daughter fell out of hers in the middle of the night. Too small for anyone really.

A well built and well maintained RV. Ludwig and Daniel from Phoenix RV Rental went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable - even taking us to the airport in a hurry when we were faced with Hurricane Harvey in Texas leaving us stranded in Phoenix. This was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had in our many years of travelling and renting. I would highly recommend them

We had a wonderful two week vacation with Molly. Starting in Flagstaff and driving 1,395 miles around Northern Arizona and Southern Utah my family was able to experience many beautiful national parks and outdoor activities. (Arches, Capital Reef, Bryce Canyon, Zion, the North Rim and Sedona) It was a trip to remember. The RV was clean and in perfect working order with many of the supplies you will need. All that was needed was food and our suit cases. This was our first RV trip ever so Scott (the owner) walked me through all the RV's systems and had a handy reference guide for us to take on the trip. This made it easy to operate. This was a wonderful vacation and I would recommend it to anyone...even non-campers like my wife. She had a lot of reservations about the trip fearing days without a shower or not finding a camp ground and sleeping in a Walmart parking lot. Neither of these scenarios happened and she found the trip more fun than she could have imagined. She is now talking about a similar trip next year. I'm shocked.

This Travel Trailer was very open and it is very light. I was able to easily cruise up the hills towards Flagstaff at 75mph with my Yukon Denali. I'm surprised on how easy it is tow with an SUV, so I'm sure a 1/2 ton pickup could tow it easily. Also, Matt is very easy to work with and strives to make the experience pleasurable. Thanks!
