Last year’s 400 at the Chicagoland Speedway ended with one of the greatest finishes in NASCAR history. This year, be on-hand to see the revving engines, the speedy drivers, the roaring crowd, and the excitement of what’s sure to be another nail-biter of a race!
2pm, June 30: Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Camping World 400
There are many amenities at the track for Camping World 400 weekend! To beat the heat, bring water or grab some drinks at the concession stands. There are also misting stations to help cool you off, and a splash zone at the Rail Jam wakeboarding demonstration. There’s an air-conditioned Driver Meeting Tent, which is open to fans, and First Aid Stations are available as well.
You can bring one soft-sided cooler into the stadium, or one soft-sided bag. There is stroller storage available when you get into the stadium. You can find out more about guest amenities here.

If you’re RV camping at the Chicagoland Speedway, you’re making a lot of things easy on yourself! You get a unique, up-close view of all the action, and have all your food, drinks, and other necessities just a few steps away (including a private bathroom!) If you don’t own your own motorhome, renting one from RVshare is a great way to plan to visit! You can watch the races while having your own personal retreat just steps away in case you need anything.
If you decide not to camp, there are plenty of hotels in the area as well. You can often find good deals on travel sites like Expedia or Travelocity, or by checking the sites for your favorite chain hotels in the area.
From Chicago: Take I-90 E, merge onto I-94 Express E. Keep right at the fork and continue on I-57 S, following signs for Memphis. Take exit 345B for I-80 W toward Iowa. Merge onto I-80. Take exit 133 for Richards St. Turn left onto New Richards St./Richards St. Turn left onto US-52 E/Manhattan Rd. Turn right onto Rowell Ave. Follow signs to the Speedway.
There is free parking at the Speedway. You can check this map for all of the lots, and the best way to get to each one.
Tickets can be purchased online. There are a variety of different options, from individual tickets to fan experiences you can purchase for the weekend!
