Cox Camping is home to some truly unique amenities, including a catch and release fishing pond and a petting zoo! There are miles and miles of marked nature trails for hiking, a children’s playground, horseshoe pits, a pool table, and “red neck golf”. Cox Camping is also home to some of the best that West Virginia has to offer when it comes to campsites and facilities- each site has a fire ring and picnic table, and access to hot showers, modern laundry facilities, and a free dump station.
“Beautiful campground with spectacular views. The place is well kept and the showers in the main building, though unusual, work really well and pump out warm water. The owner and the workers are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay!” – Jacob, Google reviews
